((-2-))
He slid down so he was sitting. He took a few deep breaths letting out whimpers. Again a loud boom was heard. Chat screamed again startled by the bang. It was the saddest thing she had ever seen. Chat was her best friend. And something was clearly bothering him. A lot. To the point he would cry.
Of course ladybug got startled by the thunder. But only for a second. Not like Chat. Then it hit her. Chat is scared of thunder and lightning. This poor cat is scared. It all makes sense now! Why he seemed so nervous. He had seemed so distracted. Why he had said rain makes him nervous when she said she loved It. She had just tought it was a dumb cat thing.
He took a few more breaths and looked slightly up letting rain drip on his face. If she knew he was so scared they would never have done this. Never!
"Chat, are you ok?" She asked, calmly. She sat down beside him and put her arms around him.
And yet again a loud boom startled her feline friend. He had let out a horried screach and clung into her as if it depended on his life. He had litterly jumped on to her lap. Those eyes where so scared she tought she would cry.
"Chat..? Are you scared of thunder?" Ladybug asked him.
He looked up at her face and nodded. She had seen him. No piont in denying it now.
"Dont worry, everything will be ok." She asured him with a warm smile as she hugged him tight.
There was another boom and he let out another scream hugging her so tight she couldn't breathe.
"Shhh..." She soothed him.
She heard him wimpher into her suit. God how bad she felt. This poor alley cat is scared of thunder!
She snapped back to reality as another loud boom. And a screaming Chat hugging the life out of her. She started stroking his back trying to calm him. Thats when she realised he was shivering. He was so damn scared. (My poor child...) And cold probably.
Was there somewhere she could bring him. Home? No. What would he say? ("Cool Lets break into her house." Lol)
"Chat, are you still ok?" She asked again.
"Y-yeah..." he replied weakly not even looking up at her.
Would the mayor spare a room for them? Without Chloe. Nah... Thats a chance not worth to take. Chloe wouldn't understand Chat's situation. She Would probably laugh... that bitch. Then it hit her. She knew an old warehouse. It had been empty for years. If she got him there and home to get blankets so she could like calm him and talk about it. Becouse Marinette belives talking about things makes it easier.
"Hey, Chat?" She asked.
"Mhm?" He responded still not looking up.
"Wanna go somewhere else, with a roof over and stuff?" She asked him.
He looked up and nodded slowly. And so they left.
~~~~~~~~~~~
"Chat?" She asked as she watched him look around in the building.
"Y-yeah?" He answerd turning around to her.
"Do you think You'll be fine for like 5 minutes? I have to go get something." The cat nodded.
"Good. I'll be back very soon." She smiled and left.
And so the cat was left alone. He had never been here before. It was huge. But he was to scared to look around in the huge building. So he just stood there for what seemed like an eternity. Dripping wet, cold and scared.
It felt like she Would never come back. Suddenly he heard a loud bang from the roof. The cat jumped.
"Chat? You still here?" Ladybug spoke.
"Y-yes, m'lady." He replied.
"Im sorry for being gone for so long." She said and hugged him.
"You must be cold." She said and put a blanket over him.
"Thank you." He smiled at her.
Ladybug went and sat down on some crates.
"Come sit." She said patting the spot next to her.
He obeyed and sat down. She put her arm around him. And another boom was heard. The cat jumped and squeaked, trying to hide from the world. Ladybug held him again. Protecting him from the thunder.
