"Tell us what it is!" I squealed in excitement. 

"You remember when the killer kidnapped and took us to a crematorium?" She asked.

"They did what?" Kaylee exclaimed with an expression I'd never seen on her face - rage. 

"Yes I do," I said recalling that horrible ordeal. 

"We should go investigate the place, we were in a hurry the last time but if we go when no one is there then we can find clues" She explained while I just nodded my head occasionally. 

"Sounds dangerous, when will we know when they're not around?" Kaylee asked doubtfully. 

"Are you sure you're not just jealous of my plan?" Taylor asked provokingly with a smirk on her face. Oh no! They were going to fight. 

"No! I just think the plan isn't good" She said with a disapproving nod.

"We can use your inventions to spy on them," Taylor said ignoring Kaylee "Surely someone who erases people's memory can do that"

"I never said I couldn't!" Kaylee said defensively. 

"Yet you questioned how we'd know when they're away?" Taylor asked as though trying to make Kaylee confess to something. 

Although Taylor had a point here, she could've just forgotten or maybe she's scared. I decided to stop the fight. 

"Ok, let's not fight over this!" I yelled. 

Taylor rolled her eyes but compromised anyway. 

"I'll go to my apartment use the camera, I'll spy on them for a while until we know their schedule, then we'll decide when to go," Kaylee said. I was about to agree but Taylor spoke up. 

"We'll come with you," She said smiling.

"It's not necessary but sure," She said returning the smile. 

"Let's go then," I said grabbing my bag. We got into Taylor's car as Kaylee gave her the directions. We reached her very small apartment, it had only two rooms, one bedroom and another storage room where I assumed she kept all her inventions.

"Wait here," She said pointing to the dining table as she went in to get the invention. 

She came out with a dead dragonfly and placed it on the table. 

"Ew! What the hell!" I screamed in horror. 

"Chill, it's the camera we're going to use," Taylor said expressionlessly. 

"Yes, we will use this controller to send to where you guys were held, and no one will suspect it's a camera," She said looking proud of herself.

"That's genius!" I exclaimed clapping. 

"Don't praise her, those things have existed for a long time" She said in annoyance. 

"Yes, but I modified them for longer distances" Kaylee replied with a hair flip. 

"Let's send it!" I exclaimed. 

Taylor and I tried to remember where to place was, while Kaylee sent the camera above her house, to test it. 

"I remember crossing dow's lake on the way back," She said trying to pinpoint the location. 

"Yes! There was a restaurant named Mexico roses" I said recalling some images of us running out of there. 

Kaylee sent the camera towards the lake, after a few minutes she spoke up. 

"Is this the restaurant?" She asked me. 

"Yes! Mexicali's Rosa! That's what I meant" I said. 

"Look, there's the crematorium!" Taylor said. 

She sent the camera inside, and we saw two people there, a man and a woman. 

"Send it close, but not too close," I said. 

"Yeah you don't want them squashing the bug," Taylor said. 

"Can you hear anything?" Kaylee asked. 

"There's a mic?" Taylor asked amazed. 

"Yeah but it doesn't work that well," She said. 

"That's ok, we might get keywords!" I said.

"Did she tell you when she's coming back?" The girl asked. 

"She said she'd be late that's all" The man replied. 

"Well in that case I'm going home," The girl said. 

"You know she expects us to stay," The man said. 

"I don't care! I need to get back to my kids" The girl said and stormed off. 

"Woah!" I said. 

"These must be her minions!" Kaylee said. 

"Yeah, but I know she has more. At least three people were fighting us" Taylor said.

"Maybe the third was C.A?" I suggested.

"No, none of them were blonde," She said confidently. 

"Let's try following the girl," I said. 

"Ok," Kaylee said. 

She hurried the camera towards the girl who left the cremtorium and waited near the bus stop for a while, she got on to one of the buses. We led the camera inside the bus but not too close to the girl, otherwise, she'd get suspicious. 

"Yay! Dragonfly! Let's kill it!" A dumbo on the bus said as he and his friend tried to smash our camera. We had no choice but to get out of the bus and follow closely behind it, however, the bus was too fast and after a few minutes, we lost sight of it. 

Kaylee took the camera back to the crematorium and let it sleep near one of the bushes.

"We'll spy again tomorrow," Taylor said. 

"For now let's discuss what we learnt today," I said.

"Nothing we didn't already know," Kaylee said. 

"It's not like the sidekicks were talking about anything juicy" Taylor added. 

"We can go tomorrow at midnight after everyone leaves," I said. 

"Just because that girl left doesn't mean the man and C.A will" Kaylee said "It seemed like the girl wasn't supposed to leave"

"I have an idea," I said and continued speaking without waiting for a response "We kidnap the girl's kids and ask the girl to tell us about C.A" 

"Come on Arya, we can't do that" Kaylee said with a nervous laugh. 

"I know, I just wish life was easy sometimes," I say with a frown. 

"It's ok," Kaylee said rubbing circles on my back. 

"Maybe we can kidnap the girl and tell C.A to show herself or we kill the girl," Taylor says. 

"Hmm ok, we can try following her tomorrow, like go in person," I said. 

"Arya and I can't go, they know us. But I think Kaylee can" Taylor says using her brain. 

Kaylee nods understanding what Taylor means. 

"Let's sleep for now," I said. We all somehow fit in Kaylee's small bed and woke up the next morning to her alarm clock.

"Good morning," She said cheerfully. We all got dressed and ate some sandwiches for breakfast.

"Now what? Do we wait till nighttime to catch the girl?" I ask. 

"Kaylee can wait near the bus stop when we give her a signal, we can go to the crematorium, ask people nearby about it" Taylor said.

"Why not me?" Kaylee asked.

"If the killers see you investigating too, you won't be able to follow the girl," She said.

"Good point," I say.

"I'll still use my dragonfly though, in case you miss something," Kaylee said.

"We can also use our spy earphones to communicate in the middle," I say. 

"Sounds like a plan," Taylor said winking which made butterflies run in my stomach. I felt like kissing her so bad!

"Let's do this!"

Hopefully next time it'll be better, I mean I know it'll be but whatever. They're getting closer to finding the killer, any guesses on who it may be? Only a true fan can guess correctly!
