Liam And Arian's First Meeting And Date.

Love might just be a four-letter word. But someone who knows the extent of it will know that it's a feeling that never dies.

The first time, he met her was at Mike and Mandy's place. He was mesmerized by the way she was. But he knew that beneath the whole stone heart facade was someone beautiful that needed to be discovered.

He tried many times to get her alone so that he could get to know her but all she wanted was to be far away.

Until they met at the club where his best friend and business partner forced him to go. It was one of the best moments in his life when he saw her.

Liam knew that this girl was it for him. Arian wasn't the type of girl who seemed to want attention from anyone.

"Hey, would you like to dance?".

Arian turned to see who was talking to her. She saw a drunk guy who couldn't get himself to stand properly.

"I am...."

"Hey babe, there you are". Liam quickly went by her side. He saw how uncomfortable he was making her.

"Is she your girl?"

"Yes, my fiancée".

The reply came as shocking for Arian. She just met him and now this. The drunk left leaving them alone.

"Thank you but you didn't need to do that".

"I did it because I could tell that you are uncomfortable in this place. We could leave if you want. I know you might not trust me but you trust Mike and Mandy as they trust me.

Arian thought about it. It seemed a pretty great idea.

"Yeah, it's a good idea. Should we tell Mandy and Mike?"

" It is okay, I will text them. Don't worry am not going to kidnap you".

This made Arian laugh because of the way Liam is. He didn't look like someone who would kidnap or even hurt someone.

"You? Kidnap? I don't think these two words go together", she tells him while trying to stop laughing but she can't.

Arian busted into laughter this made Liam join in. As she was laughing, Liam couldn't help but look at her.

She is one of a kind. I want to get to know her and maybe just maybe set a future for us. This also depends on her.

"Hey, what are you thinking about?" asks Arian bringing him back from his thoughts.

"Where we should get some food. I don't know which places are open at this time".

"I know a place, except you need to drive then walk there. Don't worry it isn't that far". They both got in Liam's car.

Arian started giving his directions to the eatery. She hoped that it would fit his standards. She couldn't help but remember the time that she made dinner for Theo who criticized it by throwing it in the garbage.

"Hey, are you alright? You seem quiet all of a sudden", asks Liam who shopped at the place where they get off and start walking.

"Yeah, sorry..."

"No need to apologize. I understand. And we are here. What is next?". Liam knew that when she was ready to talk she would.

"Ready to walk Mr. Dalton?".

Liam laughed and got out of the car.

"I am ready as you are Ms. Foster".

"Ok, then this way". Arian started walking thinking why did she this, especially to someone she just met.

"Yeah, so that you won't get lost". Liam just shook his head.

After a few minutes, they reached their destination It was a cute and homey eatery that belonged to an old couple.

"Hola Como estas", Arian greeted the old woman who was there. ( Translation; Hello, how are you?).

"Hola querida. Cómo estás", replied the old woman. Arian then turned to Liam. ( Translation; Hello my dear how are you?)

"This is Talia...."

"Él es tu novio?", interrupted Talia while looking at Liam who was looking at Arian. (Translations; Is he your boyfriend?)

"No soy su novio Pero Espero serlo en el future", Liam surprised both of them by speaking Spanish. (Translations; I am not her boyfriend but I hope I will be in the future).

"Well, my dear it seems that you have the one who holds your heart, and you can't deny it. This old woman has seen a lot. And love will come to you".

"Talia, love isn't on my mind and you know that. Where's your better half?" asks Arian trying to change the subject.

"He is inside. I know where to put you. Come with me", she led them inside the eatery.

It was beautiful and homey. The type of feeling that you feel when you find the right thing.

"Let me guess. Your order will be the same as usual", Talia tells Arian.

"You know me, Talia".

"And you young man", she then turns to Liam.

"I will have what she is having, thank you".

This made the two women laugh at him.

"Did I say something wrong?" he asks.

"No, but I will get you the meal when a jug of water. Then you will understand why we are laughing".

Talia went to get their food.

"Does this pass your standards?" Arian asks Liam who is confused by her statement.

"I guess you aren't used to eating in these types of places..."

"That's where you are wrong, my grandparents had a place just like this but due to my grandfather's death, my grandmother had to close it down", This surprises Arian more.

"Am sorry..."

"It's okay...."

"Here you are my lovelies. Enjoy and Marco says hey. And he says that you have to meet him to get his approval to date her".

Arian wanted to say something but Liam beat her to it.

"I would love to meet Marco. And get his approval to date Aria".

"That's enough Talia. Go before I get him out here".

"Fine". She walked away leaving them alone.

"Before you start apologizing, it's okay. She is right. Let's eat. And it looks delicious".

Liam took a bite of his food while Arian was just watching him while holding an already-filled glass of water.

"This is really delicious...."

He didn't even finish what he was saying when the chili hit him hard. Arian handed him the glass of water. She wanted to laugh at him but she somehow kept it in.

"Damn, that was spicy. How do you even eat that?" He asks her.

"Like this", she showed him while taking a bite out of her food.

"You don't feel the pain?"

Arian shakes her head.

"Here I thought you might want this", says Marco who appeared just in time with another plate of food.

"Thanks, Marco. How are you?".

He turned to Liam ignoring Arian.

"So this is the young man that my Talia told me about. I just had to come and see for myself if he is right for you or if he is just...."

"Marco, could you help me with this", Talia called him just in time before he could say anything else.

After that day, they would spend most of their free time having fun and joking around even though Mike thought they were dating.

"Liam, why don't you just ask her out? I mean you two are perfect for each other, " Mike tells him.

"I want that but I also want her to be ready for our relationship. I am not the person who will pressure her into this while her heart isn't in it", Liam explains to him.

"You are in love with her. I can see it in your eyes when you look at her. But what if she doesn't give you a chance then?".

"I am a patient guy to her. I am willing to wait for her own timing".

"Well, I don't think you will wait for too long knowing my wife. She is looking for a shipname for you two. She is your biggest supporter. This Arian isn't the same one that came to Spain...."

"I know because she told me about it a few days ago. She is the one for me, bro", Liam tells him.

"Well, I guess all your secret admirers will have to stand aside because your heart has already been taken", Mike explains to Liam.

"I know and I promise that I wouldn't hurt her. I will love her for the rest of my life and beyond that".

"I am glad she found you someone who will be there for her. She deserves to be happy and maybe you are her happiness.I never thought that the great Liam Dalton would be in love. I guess things change".

"Well, don't forget that you proposed to your wife on the second date?".

"I guess you are right. But remember one thing, we might be business partners but she will always come first. Break her heart I will let Mandy handle you", Mike smirked knowing that the friendship between her and Arian is built on solid ground that is impossible to break.

The memories we have of meeting the person we love for the first will always be engraved in our hearts and our minds. Memories are always going to be cherished.
