2 MONTHS LATER

Today.

Today. Me, Goku, Vegeta, Todd, and Jocelyn will fight to determine the fate of our world. yesterday, I talked to Whis, he was extremely anxious. "The Majin Gods are stronger than me and You haven't even seen my full power"
Whis's comment for yesterday made me very worried. Were my friends going to die? Then I thought about future me's warning. "He kills them. He kills them all. Even Ellie." I clenched my fists. "Jonathan." I heard a small voice behind me. I turned already knowing who it was. "Kath." She groaned. "Stop calling me that! My name is Jocelyn or Joce." I shrugged. "You just look like a Katherine to me." She pouted which made me smile. The last smile she might see from me. I frowned. She picked up on my uneasiness. "Jonathan. We've trained hard in the hyperbolic time chamber these last few days or years. I trained with Gohan. You trained with Todd. By the way, What happened in there. You two were kinda weird when you both came out? "I shrugged. "We just trained." She nodded her head slowly. Then an awkward silence followed.
"Do you think we can win against him?" I stayed quiet. To be honest I didn't know. I turned to see Goku stretching. Whis stepped out of shadow of the umbrella."Everyone. Cheerus is now ready." Silence. Vegeta stepped outside of the doorway. Goku stopped stretching. Todd was already there and we followed Goku. "Well, I vote we travel by Instant Transmission." Goku raised his hand. "Kay everyone! Grab on!" We both said at the same time. "Goku, you still use your fingers." He opened his mouth but he decided against what he was going to say. "Kay, now everyone." Everyone placed their hands on my back. "Whis, where am I going?" He used the staff to show me a map. "You will arrive at this point then Cheerus will let us in to the Void dimension." We all nodded. I closed my eyes and suddenly we arrive at a blanket of fog in space. "Huh?" We all looked around. Nothing was out there except for fog. "Wait, I sense something." Goku said. We all looked around. Then I felt it too. "Welcome, to your deaths." We all tensed up. "Cheerus." I growled. He smiled. "Nice to see that the group's back with us. Let's go shall we." He held up his hand and the fog swirled around us, becoming thicker and denser. Then it dissipated. We were all standing on a platform and there were other just like this one. Cheerus appeared with Ellie. I forced myself not to rush up to her. "The rules are simple. You win if you kill your opponent or if they forfeit the match, I'll do the honors of killing the one who forfeited. If you win then you will go up against the winner of the arena to your right. The winner on the far right will fight against the winner of the arena one the far left. Jonathan." Cheerus grinned evilly which made me growl. "You and I will battle on the biggest arena. After everyone on a team has been defeated; you and I will fight to the death. The if you win, the deadman switch I've implanted in me will inject the cure for a lethal poison she has coursing through her veins." I clenched my fists. "You won't get away with this!" He smiled. "Only if you beat me in 2 hours time." Then he snapped his fingers. Everyone around me was teleported to the other arenas. They were now occupied by 2 fighters. "First, up is Goku vs Swarm" Swarm was a collection of moving parts that looked alive. "Begin!" Swarm released a torrent of nanites at Goku and he was completely covered in them. "Goku!" Cheerus laughed. "He can't hear you." I watched as he went super saiyan and the swarm dispersed. He charged at Swarm and his fist went through him. " Huh?" Swarm turned and kicked him away. "Gah!"  I sat down, worried. "Goku. You can do this."

Goku

"Gah!" I felt something connect with my back and I kicked back. My foot passed right through him. "Damnit!" I wasn't going to beat him with normal force. "Ka. Me. Ha. Me." I charged my signature move and Swarm wasn't moving." HA!" The blast was released at him and I scored a direct hit. "YES!" Then the smoke cleared to show him still standing. "What?" Then he rushed at me and I tried to fight back bit everything to did went through him. When he was about to punch me, I realized something. If he attacks me then he has to be solid so it doesn't go through. "Yes!" I dodged the punched and quickly kneed him. Contact. He split in half but he reformed himself. He's just like meta cooler. I rushed at him. I went through him and landed on the ground. "Gah!" Then suddenly I remembered the match against cooler. We had to hit him really hard to even damage him. I dodged a attack from him. I saw a sliver of metal underneath the nanites. He has to solidify himself to attack me. I quickly thought up a plan and I whispered  "Sorry, Goten but I need your move." I charged at him. Just like i expected i went through him. He was about to attack me again but I repositioned myself around and launched right at him. 'CRACK!" I went through covered in wires and those little gray blue thingies. I blasted the remains of the creature." There we go." I dusted myself off and then the floor glowed with a bright light and a picture of me was floating in the sky. "In arena 1, Victor is Goku!"

Jonathan

I watched as Goku was teleported to where I was. "Good job." I turned my eyes on Jocelyn. She was fighting against a creature who looked like Janemba. "Well, she hates the color black ,so this should be interesting.”

Jocelyn

"In Arena 2, it is Jocelyn vs.” There was a pause. "In have received word that the name of this creature is dubbed Janemba Black." My eyes widened. Wait so that creature overpowered Robert and Vegeta.? I fixed my gi and set myself in position. He just stood there. "You going to come at me?" No response. "Fine, I'll bring the fight to you!" I charged at him and kicked him. No response. "Dammit, fight me!" I kept kicking and punching him but he would not move. "Hello." JB spoke. "Huh?" Did he say hello? "Hi? Are we going to fight or what?" He turned and grinned. "You're very pretty." I felt shivers trail down my body. "Okay, thanks but I need to kill you." I charged at him. I tried to kick his head but he grabbed my foot. "Night Night." I suddenly got sleepy. "Black! Don't you dare!" Cheerus yelled. I tried to fight the drowsiness but was soon overwhelmed.

Kath’s Dream

I woke up and there was debris everywhere. Stone and dust flew through the air. I slowly sat up and checked my surroundings. This was my hometown. My home before I moved to Satan City. I remembered everything that had happened here. Bandits flew through and destroyed the little village. My village. I watched as people rushed by but with silent screams. I tried to yell. “Guys! Calm Down!” My voice wouldn’t work. I ran against the mob to see what they were running from. I was tossed around and had my feet stepped on so many times that I lost feeling in them. I finally made it out and there was a woman lying down. She had a bullet wound in her abdomen. Wait, that woman. That’s my mother! I rushed to her aid but was blocked by one of the bandits. “Hey, there little girl. That’s your mommy?” He teased mockingly. My voice returned. “Let me go, you bastard!” He laughed. “Didn’t Mommy Dearest tell you to polite with strangers?” He whacked me across the face. “Stop it!” I turned to see my father running towards the man with a shotgun in his hand, armed. “Touch my daughter again and see what happens.” He threw the shotgun at the bandit and ran at him. He knocked the man off his feet and sent him flying. His hair was a blond color and his eyes weren’t the familiar shade of brown. They were teal. “Jocelyn.” My mother croaked. “Mommy!” I ran for her. “Run. Get out of here.” I shook my head furiously. “No, I’m not leaving you to die!” She took a deep breath and held my hand. “This was a gift from a very special person. He gave it to me and told me to find a man named Raditz.” My mind reeled. Wasn’t Raditz a Saiyan? She kept on talking. “He was the sweetest man I’ve met. I fell in love with him though he ate like a starving cat.” I chuckled. “Dad always had a huge appetite.” She smiled. “The man also said to give this to my child when the time was ripe.” I didn’t understand what he meant but now I do.” She gave me her ring. I felt tears brimming on my eyes. “Mom, no keep it you’ll need it when you recover.” She shook her head wearily. “No, today is my last. Now, go.” I didn’t move. “GO!” I forced myself away and ran. I turned to see my father yelling and there was a massive explosion. I screamed. “NOOOOOOO!” My ring glowed green and I passed out.

Reality

I opened my eyes to see Janemba Black standing above me. “Hello again. Now you may try to kill me.” I stood up shakily. I looked at the ring on my finger. It was no longer green. It was a light shade of yellow. “You’re wearing a species ring.” I looked up and saw Cheerus standing there. ‘What?” He rolled his eyes. “It telled you the species of the wearer and it says you’re a saiyan.” I blinked. That golden hair and the teal eyes. I wasn’t delirious; my father was a super saiyan. I watched as Cheerus left and JB walked towards me. “I’ll kill you now.” He tried to grab my hand but I stopped him. “No.” I spoke to him coldly. “You’re not going to kill me.”

Xeno Jonathan

“Trunks, what’s going on?” He scanned the scroll and it glowed a bright pink. “It’s too late. It’s been fixed.” I took the scroll from him. “Wait if there was a change, the only thing that would be different is.” Pieces snapped into place. “They don’t die.” I said in a soft voice.
Jocelyn

I twisted his hand. “You made me relive through the worst moment of my life.” I threw him across the Arena. “I learned that I was a Saiyan and now I pretty pissed off. Pissed off at the Bandits, my father, and now you.” I charged at him. My hair turned goldenrod and my eyes morphed into a teal color. I’ll finish you!” I held two fingers to my head. “SPECIAL BEAM CANNON!” I released the beam and watched it swirled around him. “BTW I don’t like the name black.” The beam dove in for him and it went straight through. He fell forward with a hole where his heart was supposed to be. I powered down and fainted.

Jonathan

I watched her faint and the picture appeared above the arena. “In Arena 2, Victor is Jocelyn!” I stared in shock. “She’s a saiyan huh. Well our sparring matches just got better.” Goku whispered. “I heard that you dummy.” He chuckled. “Next up was my Father, Vegeta.”

Vegeta

I watched as a purple man walked out. “Hello, my name is Hit.” I smirked. “I’m the prince of all Saiyans and I will mur-” I didn’t get to finish when I couldn’t catch my breath. “Ack!” Did he just punch me? But I didn’t see him move! “GAH! You’ll regret that!” I charged at him and once again he punched me without moving. “Gah!” I flipped back on my feet. He’s ridiculously fast. Fine! I’ll go all out! “Ahhhh!” A blue light enveloped me and I charged, but I leaped to different positions of the Arena. “Ack!” I was winded once more. Wait, is he somehow predicting my moves? Then I’ll predict his. “I repeated my trick, but when i charged, I blocked his punch. “Heh. Gotcha!” I kicked him away and charged again. He tried blocking my moves, but I was too fast. “Now. Take this! Big Bang Attack!” my blast hurled towards him but it missed. “Damnit!” I looked around but he wasn't anywhere to be found. Then I felt a presence behind me and I shoved my elbow backwards. I made contact with something solid. I turned and the wind was knocked out of me. “Ugh!” I fell to one knee. “Damnit!” I turned to Jonathan. He nodded and I shut my eyes. Do I really have to resort to that stupid form? “Well. You're good. But I’m better.” I closed my eyes and calmed myself down. “Please Don't kill me.” I leveled out my power and looked up. “Kioken!” A red flaming aura erupted from my blue aura. Hit looked shocked or scared. I stood there trying to focus on not fainting. “Here I come!” I charged at him and I almost ran into him if I hadn't stopped when I did. I punched him and he spun around and landed on the floor. “Whoa, I’m ridiculously fast.” This power was unbelievable. “You have gotten stronger but I stop time.” I watched as the area around us turned crystalline and he flew for me. I tried to break free but I couldn't. He attacked me multiple times and I was left spinning in circles. I stopped myself from falling off the arena. I pulled myself up with one hand. I charged at him again but I stopped in front of him then dashed behind him and flew up. “Take this!” I formed a blast in my hands and threw it down. I scored a direct hit. Then I was winded again. “Damnit, stop doing that!” I caught my breath and looked up. Hit stood there with barely a scratch on him. “How did you?” He stood straight. I improved and progressed from 1 second to 2 seconds.” I growled loudly. “Jonathan! I have to use it.” I yelled out. His eyes widened. He shook his head rapidly. “Tell Bulma that I love her.” I whispered. I charged my energy again, breaking through all of my limits. “Kioken times 10!” The red aura grew bigger, the area around us became negative. (Means that the colors inverted.) “Now, I will finish you!” I rushed at him and kicked him upwards against the boundary of the Arena. “Final!” As I yelled, I felt my life slipping away quickly. “Galick Gun!” Hit was frozen with nowhere to run. “FIRE!” The blast zoomed towards him and Hit couldn't get out in time.

I descended down and I powered down. Immediately, my muscles cramped up, twisting in weird directions and ways. I fell back panting. Yay I survived. I love it when I do that. A picture of me floated above the Arena. I held up a fist. “I'm the prince of all the goddamn saiyans.” Then I passed out.

Todd

I rose up and sensed an odd energy. The Final match will begin with Todd vs. Majin Buu.
I almost pissed my pants there. Majin had destroyed the world once. And it took the world’s energy in a mega Spirit Bomb to defeat him. I went Mystic. White aura surrounded me and my hair went from dirty blond to a glossy yellow color. “Hello, mortal. Are you ready to die?” A large pink blob appeared and suddenly a blob of it came at me. I was engulfed in pink slime and I felt myself hurtle forwards. I instinctively put up an energy shield. Then I saw black

Jonathan.

I watched my best friend get absorbed by Buu and I screamed. A painting of Buu hovered above the arena. “I turned to Ellie and a needle was extracting from her skin. “I just injected the poison in her. You have 30 minutes to beat me or she dies. I yelled out and my body was surrounded with a yellow aura. “I will kill you!” I charged at him and caught him off guard with an uppercut. I dashed towards him and kicked him down. He landed on the ground. I charged at him. “Super Kioken!” A red aura merged with my yellow aura. I phased behind him and blasted him. I released the form quickly but I had to recover my stamina. Cheers stood up and laughed. “Your attacks are nothing to a god!” He charged at me and I couldn't guard. He punched me in the face and kicked me repeatedly. “Fine then try beating this!” I yelled and a blue aura took place of my yellow aura. My eyes turned to a bloody mix of blue and red. My blue hair had dashes of red in it. “This is me when I am pissed off.” I walked towards him. “Now, I will kill you.” He growled and kicked me away. He was now going all out. I grinned. Perfect. He still can hurt me so I have to be careful. I stood up. “You have 10 minutes.” I swiveled around to look at her and she looked like she was fading away, fast. “Hang in there.” I charged at him and started lashing out with a series of punches and kicks.

Goku

“Whoa. They're so fast I can barely see them.” I saw Vegeta nod. “My son. He's surpassed me and you.” I nodded. I heard a groan come behind me. I turned and saw Kathryn getting up. I eased her up. “What happened? Why do I have a pounding headache?” I chuckled a little. When I woke up in yaradat(I think that's how it's spelled?) I had an headache for weeks. “It's okay. Jonathan is now fighting Cheerus.” She looked around. “Where's Todd?” I frowned and she knew. “What killed him?” I was about to speak when I heard a yell. Everyone turned to see Majin Buu screaming in pain. “Vegeta! Did he?” He nodded. “He must've put up a ki barrier before he was absorbed.” Then Todd came out yelling, covered in pink goo. He turned and vaporized the remains of the Majin. He turned to us and frowned. I just bought this shirt. Now it’s all ruined.” I turned to hear a scream from Jonathan.

Jonathan

“Your time is up.” I froze. “No!” I turned to Ellie. She was solid again but she wasn't moving. I flew to her. When I reached her body, I felt for a pulse. “Come on.” There! It was faint but it was something. I sat down. “Ellie. Oh God. Please don't die.” I saw her open her eyes. “Hi. Robert.” I laughed with tears threatening to spill. “Hey, you're okay.” She shook her head. “No, I'm not going to make it.” I was about to object when she continued. “Robert. Listen. I may be dead but I will always be watching you from the otherworld. Don't you dare lose hope. I don’t want you to be alone when I’m gone. Surround yourself with your friends. After you beat Cheerus, don’t try to bring me back to life. You need to move on. Now, go out there and show me the man I fell in love with.” I kept my tears at bay. “I wanted us to go everywhere. I wanted to get out of Satan City.” She smiled. “I’m so happy now.” I smiled with her. “I’m the happiest I’ve ever been in my entire life.” Then her head lolled to the side and her body went limp. “Goodbye.” I swallowed my tears. ‘She’s dead.” I announced. Silence filled the arena. Then sobbing came from the courts. “NOOOOO!” i already knew it was Kath and as much as I wanted to break down into a blubbering mess of tears and grief, I couldn’t allow it. I flew to Goku and passed her body to him. I turned and flew to the Arena. Cheerus was standing there tapping his foot impatiently. “About time.” I clenched my fists. “You. Bastard.” I said through clenched teeth. “That’s not very nice.” I growled. I. Won’t. Let. You. Get. Away. With. This.” My body started glowing and the arena was vibrating violently.  Cheerus was trying not to fall but was stumbling. “I. Will. Destroy. YOU!” I exploded and bright blue light shone from me. “His power is off the charts!” My father shouted while covering his eyes. I stopped yelling and the light faded away. “This is all the hope I've given to everyone. Mine included.” My hair had changed to white flame like style with one red strand hanging doone in my face. My eyes changed from blue and red to a pure rose. Cheerus chuckled. “That won't do anything to me. “ He charged at me and I caught his fist before it made contact. “This form surpasses even Whis’s true power. “ Whis from the sidelines gulped and a sweatdrop appeared on his face. “He’s not wrong.”  Cheerus growled and threw many punches and kicks. I kept dodging all of them. Then I grabbed one of his fists and kneed him in the abdomen. “Ack!” Saliva and blood comes out of his mouth. I delivered a roundhouse kick to his face. He starts flying to the left. He stops himself and growls. “You are NOTHING!” I grinned. “That’s where you’re wrong.” I ITed behind him. “I am everything.” I tapped his shoulder and he fell straight down. ‘BOOOOM’ The impact of the fall resulted in a huge crater and Cheerus was struggling to stand. “Now, You will pay for your sins. I closed my eyes. The whole arena transformed into a courtroom. Cheerus was in the prosecution seat battered and beaten. I was in the Judge’s seat. “I hereby declare, Cheerus, the majin god of destruction of Universe 7, Guilty of First Degree Murder.” I created a giant Ki blast above my hand. “You have been Convicted.”  The scene fell away and I yelled out “Wrath of Anubis!” The blast condensed into a single beam and shot towards Cheerus. The beam pierced his heart and his spine thus killing him. His face formed a silent scream and he fell forward. Black smoke emitted from his corpse and created a ball of condensed shadow. The ball exploded and shadow smoke went everywhere. Goku was knocked back while everyone still stood. “Get up Kakarot! Stop acting like a fool!” He got up and rubbed the back of his head. “What was that?” Beerus sighed. “That, Vegeta, was how a God of Destruction dies.” everyone went silent. “Shall we return?” Whis said to break the mood. “Sure. Everyone grab on to me and Goku make sure you have Ellie because I am NEVER coming back here again.” he nodded and he picked up Ellie and Vegeta placed his hand on Goku’s and my shoulder. I closed my eyes and we were home.
