Skylars POV

I woke from a nightmare, and rolled over. I heard the jet black door open with a creak. I looked up at the clock to see the time.
"Uhhh.....9:30" I groaned as I pulled the sheets over my head. A ginger haired, light skinned woman came into my room. She was a staff worker that worked at the mental hospital. She looked at me and my roommate, Jessica.
"Wake up girls. Get ready for breakfast. I have an announcement to tell you after you eat." The word eat echoed in my head because I barely ate in this place.
As she left the room I pulled myself out of my bed and slowly pulled myself to the bathroom. I threw on my batman sweatshirt, some ripped, black skinny jeans, and my black high top Converses. I grabbed all my ristbands, and put them on my arm to hide the cuts and scars. If anyone saw they would think I was insane I thought to myself. I looked at myself in the mirror. I grabbed my makeup and put in on my face. I started with applying concealer under my eyes, because I barely ever get any sleep in this place. I then blended it in with a beauty blender. Thirdly, I grabbed my eyeliner and put a straight jet black line on my eyelid and slightly winged it at the end. Lastly, I put my dark red matte lipstick, from elf on. I bit my bottom right lip ring in fear. Will I ever get out of here? I started to panic. I brushed my crazy, black hair and teased it lightly. An announcement sounded.
"Attention everyone!!!" It began. "Everyone in unit 6 come down to the Cafeteria for breakfast."
"Uhhh" I groaned lining up for breakfast. The staff unlocked the door with their 'special' key and we headed down stairs. When we reached the Café my stomach felt queasy, but I decided to enter anyway. I didn't get a tray. I just sat down at a table, and leaned my back against the wall. I hear an announcement sound behind me, so I turn around.
"Attention everyone! Their are too many patients and not enough beds. So I have a family that volunteered to adopt some of you, and help you get better. So here they are Mr. And Mrs. Biersack."

Juliet's POV

I stand next to Andy as I hear our names announced. We walked into the cafeteria smiling. I look at all the children and teens. I spot a girl looking down at the ground. Her hair was purple.

"Hello." I said looking at her.

"Hi?" She says looking behind her.

"I'm talking to you. What's your name?" I said as Andy walks over.

"Hey. Who is this" Andy asks as he puts his arm around me. I smile.

Skylars POV

I hear a person talking to me. I take my eyes off the ground slowly. Weird they sound like Andy Biersack, my hero, and Juliet Simms, my idol. I think. I look up to see Andy and Juliet starring at me.

"OH MY GOSH IT'S ANDY AND..... JULIET" I say out of breath.

"Yep it's us." Juliet said with a smile.

"My name is Sk-Skylar. Skylar Williams"

"Thats very pretty" She said with a smile as she laughed.

"What?" I asked.

"Nothing." She said with a laugh "Just...your shirt."

"What about it?" I said with a slight panic. "Do you not like it? I-I I could go change."

"No. No. Your outfit is very very pretty." She said in a calming voice I just laugh because of how much Andy likes batman."

"Just wait until he sees my top." I laugh and so does Juliet.

"Juliet...Juliet look at her shirt!" Andy said in a child like tone. I just laugh and look at Juliet. They looked at each other, then back at me.

"She's perfect!" They say in unison.

"Hold on a second Skylar. We're gonna sign the adoption papers.Okay?"

"Okay." I said as I hugged Juliet and Andy in a group hug.

Andys POV

Juliet and I walked over to an office in the adoption center.

"Hello Mr. and Mrs. Biersack. What can i do for you?"

"We're gonna adopt a child."

"Which one. I will tell him or her to pack their things."

"Skylar Williams."

"Ok. One second."

She walked out of the room.

Skylars POV

A staff worker came up to me, and tapped me on the shoulder. I look at her fear running through my body quickly.

"Yes?" I said in a shaky, terrified voice.

"Please pack up your things and meet Mr. and Mrs. Biersack in the office."

"Okay. Thank you." I said as i ran up the stairs and up to my old room. When I finally reached my room, I grab my black travel bag with the faces of all the members of My Chemical Romance on it. I walk into the bathroom, and quickly stuff my black hairbrush that my mom gave me before she left me at this place into the bag. I look at the sink and the vanity. I open the second top drawer to the left. I look inside at a small scale they hid from me. I hadn't been on a scale in a while. I won't let this number consume me. I thought. I put the scale down on the floor with my hands shaking. I slowly stepped onto the scale, closeing my eyes. When I open my eyes the number reads 82.3 lbs. "What the heck!" I muttered. "How did I gain weight?" I'm so fat I thought. I tried to push all the thoughts of my weight out of my head. I grabbed my phone and got unlocked it. I tapped on the app Spotify. I plugged in my black earbuds into it. I listened to the song 'Saviour' by Black Veil Brides, while laying on my stomach on my bed. Minutes and minutes past, and my eyes started to shut.

Beth's POV (staff)
I opened Skylar's door and saw her asleep on her bed.
What am I gonna do with these children I thought , and chuckled. I tapped her lightly and she woke up in fright. She sat up and started to speak
"what?" She asked.
"You're supposed to be packing."
"Oh yea." She said remembering. Just then Andy stepped into the room.
"Hey Andy." I said looking over at him.
"Hey Beth."

Skylar's POV
"Hey Skylar you can go calm down and wait for me in the car."
"But what about my stuff" I questioned.
