School had ended and I was walking down the hallway to the literature club. Sayori was excitedly bouncing next to me.

"oh mc this is wonderful! You know I'm really glad you chose the literature club since I did tell the girls that I'd be bringing in a new member"

"you really shouldn't make promises you can't keep" I rolled my eyes fondly.

"Well it all worked out in the end so it's fine" sayori giggled nervously.

We finally reached the door and she confidently swung them open.

"guys meet our new member!"

I looked around at the girls.

Yuri

Natsuki

Monika

This time I can't let them down.

"eww you brought a boy? Way to kill the atmosphere" natsuki whined.

"natsuki be nice" yuri scolded her gently.

"hff!" natsuki huffed

Yuri turned to me with a gentle smile "sorry about her. She doesn't deal well with strangers. Welcome to the literature club"

"oh thank you!" I bowed politely.

"wow mc it's wonderful to see you again" Monika smiled.

"Monika!" I gasped. Dose she remember me from last time?

"I remember you. We were in class together last year weren't we" she hummed happily.

"Umm yeah we were" I scratched the back of my head. She doesn't seem to remember me at all. Did her getting deleted erase her memories of the last few runs?

That means she's still a threat!

"right everyone" Monika clapped her hands to get everyone's attention "let give our new member a warm welcome"

"oh yeah I got a special surprise for our new member even though I would have preferred a girl" natsuki skipped away.

"I'll go pour us some tea" yuri calmly followed natsuki to the kitchen.

We put the desks together and ate cupcakes and drank tea together. I only had one thing on my mind though. That this time I will save them all.
