As we made our way to the Cottage, Gene began calculating the area code on her phone "31782" she said. I smiled and nodded. I felt something move in my bag and something jumped out. It was the black cat I had seen earlier. I picked HER up and carried her. We got their and immediately I went in. It was a normal sized house and it needed work. I set down my bag and looked around.
Gene's Pov
We were in the old house and I thought that I could make this place like home. I began thinking of ideas for it.
Gene's List for the new place

*make food (I'm starving)

I set the list down and finally broke the silence "I think we should re make the house". Everyone turned and looked at me. "That's a terrible idea. This place is a mess" Rachel said. "Eh- I like the messy look" Mathew said. Rachel rolled her eyes and was about to speak again, but Holly spoke "Gene, let's do it". Gene smiled and showed them the list. Mathew and Alisha nodded and started by fixing the walls.

     "A little to the right!" I say. They have to re-nail it in the right place, but we need more nails.
    "Listen, you need to get some nails. But I don't even know where the other ones came from!" Mathew responds.
   "Okay, break down the house. Well get a fresh start" I demand, in a semi-nice way.
   "I salvaged everything I could find. Some books, carpet, a bed, couch, and two nightstands. We got rid of the three skeletons, one looked to be a child. We hurried them in the back, so you can't build behind the house but you can build in front" Holly says.
    "Got it, now let's bring the house down!" I respond, slamming into the wall, "That didn't go well....".
Holly's POV:
   An hour later, we finally bring it down.

"Nail, Nail, Knock, Knock, Wood, Wood, Hammer, Hammer, Up, Up, Down, Down-" Gene says, loosing her sanity.
I give her a look and she just stares into the woods. A car pulls up in our empty lot.
"Excuse me, did you buy this house?" The guy asks.
"No, we took it down. If anything, we are doing you a favor. It was our great-aunts, she passed it down to us when she died. My sister, Holly, and I inherited it. Now I advise you go, oh and if theirs no one living to the left, we would like an explanation!" Gene demands, lying about everything.
"Of course, and yes it is. It was your Aunts too! I'm so sorry for bothering you!" He says, running off to his car.

"Wow," I say, I never expected that to come out of her.
"We need to get some wood and stone at the store, or hire someone" She says.
"I'll call a construction team that could most likely do it within a month" I tell her.
"Okay, well let's go to the other one. I can't believe he bought it!" She laughs, running to the house. It was in good condition, so we decided to keep it up.
    I go to the store and buy some more carpet. Just random colors, it adds up to about $257. I get some mattresses at the other store and decide to call it a day. I walk to the house and decide to pull out my phone and call my Aunt.
Aunt: Honey? Where are you?!?! I've been worried sick!
   Me: It's fine, I'm fine. I have some friends.
  Aunt: Some bad friends, I want you to come him right now!
  Me: No, my friends keep me out of trouble. Plus, I don't even know my way home.
  Aunt: Your little cousin misses you! So much! Come home- wait what?!?!
  Me: I'm sorry, I have to go, I'll keep in touch, bye!
  Aunt: Wait-wait! Holly-

     I hang up and go inside the house, taking a roll of carpet.
"Hey, need any help?" Gene asks.
"Sure, the truck will be here in a second to deliver the rest. We just have to wait" I respond, setting the first down.
"Look, Mathew and Rachel already put the couch in here, wanna come sit?" She asks, going over and padding the seat.
I go over and then I hear a honk. I sit up, along with Gene; and we run out of the house to the truck.
"Yo, need any elp' Yo look tired!" The truck driver said.
"No, but can you drop all the carpet off at the front door. We can do the rest" We say, picking up two each.
"Ot' it kids" He says, getting out of the truck. Alisha comes over to help him get it all to the front door.
He leaves after everything is done and drives away.
"Where are we going to put everything?" She asks, "What are we going to do with the Carpet and Mattresses?".
"Use them. Now can you find Brendan and Rachel, you guys could probably get the older carpet up and out of here" Gene tells her. Alisha walks off and over to the two.
     <5 hours later>
   We finally got the old carpet out and the new carpet in. I look over to see Gene holding a clip board.
    "Everyone, line up!" She calls out, looking away from the board.
   "What is it?" Rachel asks, rolling her eyes.
    "We are going to talk about sharing rooms!" Gene responds, biting the tip of her pen.
    Kevin runs into the wall, like always.
   "Okay, get ready:

      Alisha and Rachel
   Brendan and Mathew
  Nick and Lori
Ronnay and Kevin
Holly and Gene
We also have 2
Bedrooms

Any questions?"

"Why do I have to share a room with Kevin?" Ronnay asks.

"Don't think your getting one of the guest bedrooms! If Nick and Lori have kids, it's for them!" Gene responds, putting her hand on her hip, "Now maybe you should go get decorating!".
"Sorry" Ronnay says, turning to the right and into his room.

The mattresses had already been put in and we have a variety of bed frames. Kevin takes a normal one and sets it up. When he's done, he puts the mattress on top and tied balloons on the ends.

Holly & Gene's Room:
    Holly's side of the room was darker colors, along with a crystal blue on the lamp and lights. Her bed had a cat ear shape on the headboard. Their was even a rail on the bed that looked like books so she wouldn't fall off. Her bed was in a corner but better safe than sorry. Her bed had a canopy over it as well. The sheets where Harry Potter themed, and she had a bookcase. Her clothes where all stored in the closet.
    Gene's side of the room was bright and colorful, rainbows everywhere, but their was also a tiny bit of black. Her covers had Llamas all over it and her bed and little storage cabinets underneath. Yet they still had the same size bed, it was tall. They Put a TV in the middle, and all the movies bellow. They had bought this stuff previously at Target. Gene had a Bookshelf instead.

    Alisha and Rachel's
       Room:
    Alisha has a feather quilt over her bed, and a some accent pillows. She took some fake flowers and put them in a pot over on her bedside table. She liked to eat in her room a a kid, so she chose to get a Tree stump and have the branches lead up into a leaf table. She loved the outdoors.
   If your wondering how they got this stuff, it was from Rachel. She was rich, so she gave them each a limit to spend. Her side of the room had fairy lights hung across the room. Her bed was pink and white, with a crown bedframe.
  Mathew and Brendan:
  The two had the smallest room. They had Bunkbeds to save the room. They each where allowed half of the space (aside from the beds) so Brendan got a table and Computer. He could put studies behind the computer and clothes in the cabinets.
   Mathew however had a wrack with clothes and a mini fridge. Not too much since he's a single kinda guy.
   Nick and Lori:
  Nick and Lori shares a Laptop and a closet. They had room for something else, but where going to wait.
   Ronnay and Kevin:
  Ronnay had a loft bed, and underneath was a desk, with star wars on it, every where.
  Kevin, well, I've already said. But he has a clown theme.......
