Chapter 2

It had been a few weeks since my mom would let me go back to Freddy's since the incident. When we walked into the place, I went over to pirates Cove. Foxy was so cool, he was also very entertaining. I watched him wave his hook as he told pirate stories, I went up to the front and sat next to a kid. "Hey," I said cheerfully to him as he had a wide smile. He had a eye patch and a hook on his hand, I could tell he was a foxy fan. "Hi!" He spoke, "what's your name?" He smiled at me, "Mike, what's your name?" I giggled, "Y/n." We both looked up at Foxy, "so you really like Foxy?" He nodded, "he's the best thing to ever come here!" He stood up quickly, Foxy was stepping towards us, he seemed a little different. "Mike, what are you doing?" He was crawling on the stage, "I'm gonna be just like Foxy!" He got too close to the fox. Foxy had started to malfunction and got Mike. He fell to the floor, blood splattered everywhere as Foxy kept moving and swinging his hook and chomping his mouth. We all screamed, running away from pirates Cove and running to our parents. Panicked parents were frightened of the incident, paramedics rushed in, people being escorted out of the premises. My mother looked horrified as we watched him being rolled out on the stretcher, they were trying to keep him alive. The manager that we had spoken to stood at the entrance, he was standing next to William. My mom pulled me to the car, taking us home, away from the scene.

The boy had been wheeled out, Foxy had malfunctioned on him. I walked back into the store, William behind me as we looked at Foxy. He smelled like he was rotting, blood had covered him. "Poor kid, can't believe that happened," I spoke quietly to myself. William came up beside me, he had the same blank expression on his face. "I didn't know Foxy would malfunction," I shook my head. "None of us did William, well, we better get started." He grabbed a wash bucket, slowly washing down Foxy with a cloth. "We're shutting down in about two weeks William," I told him. He looked up at me, "we'll be opening the new store after we shut down fully." He nodded, "so, I have the robots almost finished for the new store." I nodded, sighing as we left pirates Cove. "The store will stay open until the last week before the store opens, we're growing, franchising. Our store is so liked, I'm trying to make this new store bigger." We made our way towards the steel door, opening it and walking in. Blood stained the floor, the smell in here was putrid. "William, we're just gonna keep foxy shut down, okay?" He nodded as I left the room, going back to my office.

My mom let me go to Freddy's on the last day they were open. It was Friday, so many kids ran around here screaming and laughing. Pirates Cove was completely shut down, poor Foxy couldn't perform the last day of being opened. I walked over and looked at the sign, reading out of order. I sighed, there was still blood stained on the tiled floor. I could see Foxy there the opening in the curtain, it looked like he was still moving around. I walked away from the Cove, back to the front stage and looked up at the three characters. They were now permanently stuck on the stage due to what Foxy did, it wasn't their faults. It felt as if they were watching me, mom said we could stay till close because we didn't get here till 8. Freddy's closed at 10, it was almost that time. Everyone else left as we got ready to leave, I went back over to pirates cove. "Bye Foxy," I could hear his limbs moving. "Where are ye going Lassie?" He spoke, I was stunned. "I'm going home," I told him, his hook pulled back the curtain as his nose poked out from behind it. "Why don't you come in here with ole Foxy? I need someone to help keep me company," I shook my head. "I don't want to get hurt," His voice softened. "I won't hurt ye, ole Mikey just got too close to me, my body lost control. Trust me," I slowly walked towards the curtain, climbing onto the stage as I slowly pulled it back. Foxy walked back into the back part of his stage, sitting on a box that would be used to store him in. "Why are you in here alone?" His yellow eye darted to me, watching me. "You have to be careful, I brought you in here because he's watching." I questioned him, "is it that William guy, the one who tried to kidnap me?" Foxy shook his head, I sat across from him on the floor. "Lassie, he'll hurt you if he gets you," He stopped, going quiet as he looked at the curtain. He stood up, pointing to the box. "Hide behind there Las," I did as he told me to, foxy stood completely still as I watched a male figure walk into the darkness. I ducked behind the box, hiding from him as he scanned the room.
