Chapter Two

"so Crowley-" Cindy started.

"I hate Crowley, Cindy. You know that." Crowley (who's real name was Steven) was the son of a man (who also went by their last name which made everything confusing) who went to school with my dads and gave them lots of shit.

"it's Cin. and let me finish: Crowley is having a huge back-to-school party this friday and you, ma'am, are going with me!" She jumped up and down excitedly as i began putting my things into my new locker.

"I don't do parties." I reminded her.

She rolled her eyes, "How are you Dean's daughter and you don't do parties?"

"I'm also Castiel's daughter, that's how." as I said this my older cousin Eavan walked up to us. "Hey, Eav. How's it feel to be a senior?"

"Not different at all." She smiled and greeted us both with a huge hug. I hated standing next to her because she had gained her father's height and stood at a towering 5'7 which seemed huge comparing to my tiny 5' stature. "You're going to that party on friday."

"That doesn't sound like a question." I said as I fixed my red lipstick.

"Because it's not. I already talked to your dad and it's all cool! And you aren't bailing on me this time." She gave me a stern look and walked off.

i guess im stuck going now. i sadi my goodbyes to Cindy and made my way to class.

On Friday morning i almost faked being sick to get out of the party until Cas walked into my room. Unusual since he enjoys sleeping in so much.

"hey, Angel." he greeted me. "So, you're going to this party with Eavan and Cindy?"

I shrugged, "I was dragged into it."

"Well, i know that feeling. i can't even count the number of parties your dad made me go to in high school. but i just wanted to say that i know you're a great kid and you have great self respect but people are manipulative. and whether it's a boy or a girl... which ever you're interested in.... boy or girl... they can trick you into things you don't want. boy or girl..."

I rolled my eyes. I knew full well what he was doing. He and Dean had been bugging since the start of high school about my sexual orientation. they both wanted to know whether they had raised a lesbian or not since i had never had a relationship or even crushes on anyone. but I would not give in. I felt like it wasn't something I should just advertise, it was simple human nature and i refused to make a big deal out of it. "I know, Daddy."

"Lord.. can you give me a hint?"

I kissed his cheek and shook my head before bouncing out of the room. when I reached the kitchen Dean handed me a cup of coffee, "Sit down, little soldier." i obeyed. "I really hope Cas handled the respecting yourself part of this conversation because that is not my strong point because i manipulated plenty of girls when i was your age, that i am not proud of. but i can tell you something about drinking because I won't be a hypocrite. I don't care if you drink but you drive yourself home while drunk or get in the car with a drunk driver and I promise you will wish you weren't born... or weren't placed with us... either one. ya hear?"

I smiled softly, "I know. I promise if nobody's sober I will call you."

"Good. now let's get you to school."

I was about to fall asleep in English when i felt someone poke me with a pen. "If that left a mark im breaking all of your fingers." i didn't even lift my head.

"wow, I heard you were different." I heard a boys voice that I didn't recognize. I peeked out from under my arm and saw a gorgeous boy with flippy blondish hair and hazel eyes that almost looked yellow.

"Who are you?" I mumbled.

"I'm Azazel. I'm new here." He reached out a hand to shake mine. I just stared at him until he pulled it back. "So are you going to that party tonight?"

I groaned, "I'm being forced to."

"By whom?"

"My best friend, my cousin, and my parents." I finally decided it was a good time to sit up.

"Your parents?" he laughed. "That's great! I had to tell mine I was going to dinner and a late movie with a group of friends. Your parents force parties on you. What's their policy on drinking?"

"Don't drive." I shrugged and tried to make it seem like it was no big deal but he flipped out more. I was enjoying this way more than I should.

"That's so cool! Wow, my mom would kill me... how'd your mom get so cool?"

I shrugged, "don't have a mom. Don't need one."

He looked confused, "you said 'parents.' As in plural. As in more than one."

The bell rang so I stood up. "I've got two daddies." I gave him a flirty smile and walked out of the class.
