The Break Up

I should have known better than to give that lying bitch another chance.  Our relationship from the beginning was based on lies, her lies. And now, she took it a step further, she decided to steal from me, and cheat on me. It's hard to tell what lies she'll come up with to cover her lying, stealing, cheating ass, but there is no possible way she can lie her way out of this. She won't be able to deny what's on this video recorder.

"Hey, Prince. How are you?" Jerome asks me as I lean back on the sofa.

"I am so fucking done with women, Jerome. What the hell do they want from me? I treated her with respect, I made sure she always had what she need, she wanted for nothing, and here she is out there cheating on me, and stealing from me. I am so pissed she stole the gold bracelet my niece gave me. She could have stolen anything else and I wouldn't be this furious. That bitch knew what that bracelet meant to me. She is in for a rude awakening when she gets here. Did you pack her bags?"

"Yes, I put everything out side."

"Good, cause this is no longer her home," I snap. Jerome looks over at me and I know what he's thinking.

"Prince,  I hate to bring up what I know is still so painful for you, but,-" I cut him off by shaking my head.

"I know what you're about to say, Jerome. Believe me, that's all I've been wondering as well. If the baby we lost was one of her many fuck buddies. I just can't allow myself to think I wasn't the father. She knew what that baby meant to me, she knew how much I wanted my son or daughter," I fight back the tears and hear the front door shutting.

"Prince, should I stay?" Jerome asks me.

"No, please, go to the security house and wait for my call," I order. I stand up and walk over by the big fern next to the steps.

"Hi, baby," she says and tries to kiss me. It takes everything inside of me to keep from grabbing ahold of her and shaking her.

"Where were you, Heather?"

"Oh, um, just hanging out with a few friends."

"I didn't ask you who you were hanging out with, I asked you where were you?" I snap. Her worried eyes look up at me and that's when I notice it."

"Prince, I was just out with a few friends. We went to the movies and then we went,-"

"Shut your lying mouth, you cheating slut.  Did one of your friends leave that hickey on your neck?" I shout and  grab her hair.

"Please, Prince, I can explain," her shaky voice replies.

"I don't want to hear it. I forgave you the first time I caught you kissing your ex, but no more. I am so fucking done with you. You do nothing but lie, cheat, and now steal from me."

"I have never stolen anything from you," She shouts. I grab the video recorder and push play. She looks down and sees herself in my bedroom going through the small white box I keep my jewelry in. She picks up the gold bracelet and shoves it in her purse.

"You still going to tell me you have never stolen from me? How could you do that to me, Betsy? You knew what that bracelet meant to me, what it still means to me. My six year old niece gave me that bracelet when I was in the hospital. It has out initials on it, and on the back it says, I love you uncle Prince. You thieving bitch, who the hell did you sell it to?"

"I don't know. I'm so sorry, Prince. I needed the money."

"For what, Heather?  You have everything you could possibly want, but you felt the need to rip me off?"

"I wanted to send some money to my sister."

"Bull shit, I sent her ten-thousand dollars two weeks ago. You know what, I don't care, I am done giving a damn. You made your bed, now you have to lie in it. Get the hell out of my house," I say and look down at her purse. I grab it and dump everything out on the floor.

"What the hell, Prince?" She shouts as I pick up my house key and the pearl necklace I bought her.

"That's my necklace, you asshole," she screams. Her hand lunges forward trying to grab it.

"No, you bitch, this is my necklace. You want to take things that don't belong to you, well, I'm taking back what I gave you. Get the fuck out of my house," I yell. Jerome comes in and gently grabs her arm. As I start to walk up the steps, she looks back at me and start to laugh.

"Hey Prince, you weren't the father, my ex was," she smirks. I literally grab my chest and feel my heart shatter into a million pieces. I grab the banister to keep from passing out.

"Oh my god, I wasn't the father? That's it, no more opening my heart up to these evil bitches. Sex, one night stands, and that's all it will ever be from now on."

"Prince, she's gone. I had Ronnie drive her to a motel."

"She can live in a fucking sewer for all I care. Did you hear what she said to me, Jerome? I wasn't the father," I whisper. He sits down beside me and places his hand on my back trying to comfort me.

"I am so sorry, I know how much you wanted that baby. But, maybe one day you will find the right lady, and she will be a lady and will love you for you, and maybe one day you will be a father."

"Hell no, Jerome. There is no way in hell I'm about to put myself through this again. I am convinced all women are evil monsters that can not be trusted, fucked yes, but they can not be trusted. All they do is drive men wanting to throw ourselves off the nearest bridge. Nope, I am officially done with committed relationships. They can suck my dick, kiss my ass, and scream for mercy when I'm fucking them. Seems fitting, considering how they love fucking us to get what the want."

"Okay, but remember the new cook starts tomorrow. Can you please try and be kind to her, Prince?"

"Damn it, great, another damn female that I know I will end up hating and wanting to send her packing."

"Prince?"

"What, Jerome? She's a female that's all I need to know to know she is just like all the other greedy bitches."

"You don't even know her, Prince."

"She's a girl, Jerome, that's all I need to know. You better explain to her she works  for me and she better not piss me off, or she will be finding herself in the unemployment line."

"I wont be here in the morning, remember? Me and Trey have to go interview some new dancers."

"Damn it, Jerome. You mean I have to interview her?"

"Yes, and do not scare her off, P. You know how long it took me to find anther cook after Mrs. Finley quit."

"Damn it, okay, but I better be impressed with her cooking skills, or she's out. And, she better not think she will be able to flirt her way into moving into the guest house, or trying to get something started with me. I'm her boss, and I will make it perfectly clear nothing will ever happen between us."

"Wow! P, conceited much?"

"Don't start with me, Jerome.  I'd hate for them to find your body in Tygart lake."

"Not funny, Prince. Damn, I, for one, will be hoping the new cook somehow puts you in a better mood."

"Never going to happen Jerome. I am officially done with women, all women."

"So, if by some chance you fall in love with the new cook, I get to say, told ya so, right?"

"Shut up, Jerome."
