Twenty Nine
Jungkook was frozen in fear. The alpha was pushing out his pheromones, making it nearly impossible for the omega to even think straight. Instinct was taking over, and that instinct was to cower and submit.
Jungkook was soaked in fear, his own omega releasing pheromones of distress, much harsher than before.
Doyoung smirked, reaching forward and scooping the omega up into his arms, Jungkook rendered immobile. With ease, he walked out of the room and down the hall, avoiding areas where fighting was clearly going on.
And walked out the door.
And into the woods.
Without any kind of resistance.
“Such a pretty little thing.” Doyoung said, studying Jungkook’s frozen face as the omega stared up at the trees. “So submissive, too. I think you’ll make a wonderful omega for me. Carry my pups and serve me through the night. Won’t you, omega? You’ll take care of your alpha, won't you?”
Jungkook didn’t respond and Doyoung clucked his tongue in annoyance. “You’ll respond when spoken to, omega. I won’t repeat it again. You’ll take care of me, won’t you?”
“Y-Yes alpha.” Jungkook whispered softly, feeling tears prick his eyes. This wasn’t his mate, this strange alpha didn’t own him, wasn’t his fated match, wasn’t anything.
He was just an alpha abusing his power over him as an omega.
Jungkook was so frightened, his wolf and himself crying out for Hoseok silently, letting tears fall down their cheeks. They couldn’t reach their mate, they were fading too fast, going too far.
And then there was nothing.
-
Hoseok ran through the halls, about to scream. When the Blue Lily wolves had suddenly gone and retreated he’d lost it.
Because it meant that they’d gotten something they’d come for.
And the search Hoseok was doing, through the whole house, through the whole pack lands…
Was proving his worst nightmare come true.
He growled, throwing the last blanket, the last pillow, turning over the last rock.
Nothing.
He threw his head back and released a long, desperate filled howl into the woods.
Howls filled the air, following his, his pack members, his new family, mourning over their losses, angered at what was taken, the burning desire to get what was their’s back.
Their missing pack member.
Jungkook.
Hoseok snarled, shifting into his wolf and running off into the woods, weaving through the trees, ignoring the snapping and yipping of the other wolves behind him, trying to tell him to stop, to think a little about what their plan was.
But there was no plan for Hoseok.
Only the burning need for his mate, the crying beast inside of him, howling for his mate.
Hoseok would not fail. He would die before failing.
No, he rejected death.
He would not die.
Not until Jungkook was safe.
Not until his omega was in his arms again, his angel.
With those thoughts, Hoseok burst forward once more with even more speed, leaving the other wolves behind and dashing off into the woods. Crossing over the pack boundaries. From now on…
He was on his own.
-
Jungkook was thrown into a cell. The alpha holding him captive grabbed some of the chains just hanging around the cell and started to attach them to the omega’s wrists, but nowhere else.
“You should like this cell.” Doyoung said, looking around. “It still reeks of him.” The alpha’s nose curled in disgust.
Jungkook took a tentative whiff of the scent in the room. And his eyes widened.
Hoseok.
It smelled like Hoseok. Jungkook felt fresh tears fall from his eyes as he looked around.
These four walls.
These were the four walls that raised Hoseok, that kept him company, that witnessed all the wrongdoings to the true blood.
These were the walls that would, in turn, witness the ruthlessness of an alpha to a helpless omega.
Doyoung licked his lips, watching the omega take everything in. Fear was still present, but this time, instead of just laying there, frozen, the omega began to tremble in terror.
Doyoung circled the omega, taking in everything. He loved the distress, the fear in his eyes, the way his body shivered and trembled in his presence. He loved the absolute terror seeping from the omega.
He wanted this. Wanted the fear, the submission.
And no better omega to have it from than the true blood’s he’d always hated.
Doyoung dove forward, trapping Jungkook on the floor, his arms uselessly hanging above him, unable to move in the chains. Doyoung hovered over him, his eyes hard with hatred and lust. “I will make you mine.” Doyoung snarled, and a whimper escaped Jungkook’s lips from the mere threat. “You will be mine!”
“I...I am S-seokie’s…” Jungkook whispered, his last strength of defiance being used in that one, small comment.
But it was enough to enrage the alpha, who growled threatening, placing his teeth against the omega’s neck, biting down, not hard enough to break the skin, but still hard enough to hurt. Jungkook whimpered, crying openly.
“You are mine.” The alpha growled, his eyes going red. “And I will fuck it out of you until you say it. Until you forget that fucking true blood’s name.”
