The next morning, I awake to hear 'Jumping Jack Flash' blaring from down stairs.
I throw the sheets off my body, get out of bed, open my door, and walk down stairs with my pjs still on.
I turn the corner to see Keith cleaning up in the kitchen.

"Keith?"
I mumble slowly.

"Hey sleepy-head. What has you awake so early?"
Keith asked.

"Keith, it's 4:30."

"Yeah, and?"
He questioned.

"It's 4:30 and your blasting Stones music."
I mumbled again rubbing my eyes.

"Would you rather me play Chuck Berry?"
Keith asked as he switched the song to play 'Roll Over Beethoven.'

"Keeeeiiith Richarrrds!"
I groan.

"Ripper Cooper Richards!"
He groans back.

I'm so tied, I walk over to Keith and lean my head on his shoulder.

"I can't carry you back up stairs Melia."
Keith said putting his hand on my back.

"Why not?"
I asked.

He quickly though of an excuse.
"Because........ I'm busy. Vincent!"
Keith yells.

"Huh? What is it Keith?"
Alice replies coming into the kitchen.

"Can you do me a favor and carry her back up stairs, please? She's falling asleep on my shoulder over here."

"Why is she up this early anyway?"
Alice said taking me into his arms.

"Sorry, my bad. I was playing Chuck Berry."

"That aught to do it. She likes Chuck Berry."
Alice said turning away, taking me back up stairs.

"I was also playing Stones music."
Keith said as Alice started walking away with me.

"Of corse. I knew it."
Alice whispered.

Keith just smiled.

He took me up stairs, and put me back to bed.
He headed back down stairs.
Alice went to ask Keith a question.

"Hey Keith, you wanna go to Hawii?"

"Why?"
He asked.

"Idk. Vacation?"

"We were in Disney."
Keith added.

"So, no?"

"Heck no! I'm coming."

"Shhhhh! She's sleeping!"
Alice said pointing up.🏴
