When Helcurt's Dark Night Falls appeared, the light forces grouped together with Tigreal in front of them, protecting them with his shield.

Natalia was nowhere to be seen, but they knew she was ready to attack once the dark forces started attacking.

With her senses that she got from his father, Lesley sensed the attack coming from her side. She was about to use her tactical grenade but she was disabled to use it.

It made her panic for a jiffy before she grabbed her rifle and shoot that direction. The rest of the Moniyan followed her, attacking that certain direction which earned whines from the demons.

The Dark Night Falls disappeared, there were still a lot of demons— but Lesley noticed that Helcurt had a scratch.

"I told you it won't be effective." Dyrroth said from a distance, watching them.

All of them looked at him and when Silvanna laid her eyes on him, she quickly teared up.

"Brother..." Silvanna whispered; her lips were quivering, "...my dear brother."

Dyrroth raised an eyebrow to her.

"Dyrroth!" Thamuz roared, "I told you to stay in the castle."

"It's boring there." Dyrroth said while playing a stone in his hand.

"I don't care if you are bored, just go back to the castle!" Thamuz shouted.

"You're not my father!"

"Don't shout at my brother like that!"

The siblings said at the same time, making them looked at each other but Dyrroth broke the eye-contact first.

The Moniyan warriors were gaping at the scene in front of them. Now, they saw the missing prince of the empire— the prince who was taken away by the Abyss— or Alice to be exact.

I was right. Guinevere thought while looking at Dyrroth. Maybe... Maybe he still has goodness in his heart. He saved me earlier, after all.

"I saw him when he was a baby but I don't recognize him at all, Sil." Lesley commented, "Are you sure?"

"Hundred and one percent sure." Silvanna said while not breaking her gaze at her little brother, "He is my brother."

"Just go back, dear." Selena said and caressed Dyrroth's face which made someone gasped but quickly composed itself as to not be noticed by the Moniyan warriors to avoid questions.

Dyrroth just flicked away Selena's hand and sat on a roof, "I'm staying. I want to watch."

"Watch?" Silvanna said and gripped on her lance, "I'll fight you, my dear brother."

"Oh?" That made Dyrroth interested, "I thought I am your brother? Then why would you fight me?"

Silvanna didn't answer and just jumped towards Dyrroth to capture him with Imperial Justice but he managed to dash away.

But Dyrroth went back and flipped towards Silvanna, damaging her armor.

Silvanna didn't want to hurt her brother that much but she didn't have any choice but to use her Spiral Strangling.

"I'm sorry." She whispered.

Selena released an abyssal arrow with a trap to stun Silvanna, but Granger was fast enough to catch the abyssal arrow. So Granger was stunned with the abyssal arrow.

Tigreal dashed towards Granger, and when Selena transformed into her demon form and attacked Granger, Selena still managed to scratch him while he was still stunned but before the half elf, half demon could dash out, Tigreal managed to knock her up.

The abyssal trap on Granger was released, giving him wounds— he even coughed some blood.

"Ger!" Silvanna shouted and was about to run towards him but Granger raised his hand to stop her.

"I-I'm okay, Princess. Take care of your brother." Granger said weakly, catching his breath.

After the knock up, Selena was able to use a dash again, escaping from them. Tigreal didn't expect that. He thought she could only dash for once.

"There were times she could dash for three times." Silvanna answered when she noticed the shock on Tigreal's face.

Lesley used her camouflage. She could fight up close but she was more comfortable shooting them from a distance. She needs to find a good spot.

But she was contemplating. She was hundred percent sure that Selena already placed abyssal traps around. They couldn't see the traps; but Selena could know their locations if they were near the traps.

Nonetheless, Lesley swiftly went away from the main battlefield and found a spot for sniping.

When she found the tower of the castle, someone grabbed her on the waist and teleported to the tree below it.

It wasn't high enough for sniping, but it still had the perfect view of the battlefield where she could see them.

"There's a trap up there. Actually, there are traps around the roof of the Swan Castle. You can't use roofs." Emperor Scorpion said.

Yes, he was the one who stopped her from stepping into the tower.

"This is an uncomfortable spot, but I think you can still manage to snipe them." Emperor Scorpion added.

"You saved me again." Lesley whispered, "Are you good or evil?"

"What do you think?" He asked.

"That's a wrong question. The right question would be: Do you still remember who am I, despite you, being in the VENOM squad? Dr. Leo erased all of your memories." Lesley asked while staring at his eyes.

His eyes displayed different emotions she couldn't read. Though his eyes were gleaming under the moonlight.

She didn't know if it was her imagination, but she could feel that he was leaning towards her. It was her instincts to lean backwards.

If only he was in his Gusion form, she would met him halfway.

Lesley was leaning backwards that her hand slipped from the branch of the tree, making her almost fell down but Emperor Scorpion was fast enough to wrap an arm on her waist to prevent her from falling.

"That was close." Emperor Scorpion said in a low tone. His hot breath was fanning to her ear, making her heart beat wildly.

Taking a deep breath, she composed herself and slightly pushed him away from her. "And you're too close, Mister."

"Wow, is that how you say thank you?" He said fantastically.

"I didn't ask you to save me." She said while fixing her rifle.

"Can you at least be thankful?"

"Even if you didn't catch me, I can land myself safely on the ground- maybe. So yeah, thanking you is unnecessary."

"Wow." Emperor Scorpion said unbelievably, "When did you become so rude?"

"When I spent times with the rudest and most savage person in the Land of Dawn?" Lesley said in a matter-of-fact tone.

An emotion flashed in his eyes, it disappeared before Lesley could recognize it.

"You can see Selena's traps, therefore, I conclude that you and your squad are their allies. Leave before I shoot you." Lesley said while pointing her rifle to his forehead.

"Then why don't you?" He provoked.

She gave him a sad smile, "Maybe because I'm still hoping." Those were her last words before she pressed the chip to transform into Stellaris Ghost and used her camouflage to find another spot for sniping.

"I'll take charge of that white-haired leonin." Octopus said while gripping his scepter.

"And what about Exploder? Vespid can't handle him since Savior is also around the corner." Nephila reprimanded Octopus.

"I'll handle Exploder and that white-haired leonin. Does that satisfy you?" Octopus said while rolling his eyes and dashed away, leaving one of his hats.

He appeared in front of Harith, making the latter stopped from using his Chrono Dash.

"Y-you're Big Sis Lesley's little brother." Harith commented, "Harley, right?"

An angry vein appeared in his forehead, "Don't call her big sis."

Harith was stunned for a while before he smirked, "Oh? Are you jealous? She likes to cook for us too."

Octopus flinched and gritted his teeth.

"Hurry up and come back, or else I will be her new little brother." Harith added, pissing Octopus more.

Meanwhile, Dyrroth and Silvanna were still fighting. Tigreal was facing Leomord, Alucard was fighting Thamuz. SABER Squad was trying to stop VENOM squad. Lightborn squad with the help of Baroque siblings and Odette with the Swan Kingdom force were trying to hold the Dark Abyss force.

Lesley found a spot and focus her sniper to Dyrroth.

It was risky, but Silvanna told her to use her Ultimate Snipe to Dyrroth.

She didn't if it was really effective, but she knew her adoptive mother made her rifle released purifying bullets when she used her Ultimate Snipe.

But maybe it works since the Blood Queen hasn't still gained consciousness— but there is also a possibility that she won't wake up anymore. She thought.

She was about to snipe Dyrroth but she saw in her peripheral vision that Moskov was aiming towards Octopus who was busy dealing with Harith.

Her lips trembled, "N-no..."

Lesley quickly jumped and used her camouflage to run faster and when Moskov released its arrow, she used a flicker spell— just in time she hugged Octopus and at the same time, she was hit by the arrow on the back.

Everyone seemed to be slowed down with the sight of that.

Lesley coughed blood and she fell down along with Octopus, who was too stunned with what happened.

He was holding her in his arms, his eyes were widened and his lips were trembling.

"A-are—" Lesley coughed blood again while slowly raising her hand to Octopus' cheek, "—y-you hurt, baby b-brother?" She whispered.

Still too shock, Octopus shook his head.

That made Lesley smiled and gasped, she was having a difficulty in breathing.

It seemed that one of her lungs was hit by the arrow.

She coughed some blood again and opened her mouth to speak again but Octopus stopped her.

"Stop talking! Don't waste your energy." Octopus reprimanded her.

Witnessing that, Emperor Scorpion was in rage and didn't think twice to throw one of his blades towards Moskov.

It hit him so he managed to dash towards him before throwing his ten blades and recalling them as he neared Moskov, hitting him with his ten blades— killing him.

"I-I'm sorry..." Lesley said weakly, "I'm still not strong enough..." She said, out of breath.

"But I still managed to save you, one last time, right?" Lesley said and gave him a small smile, "Live longer, Harley."

Those were Lesley's last words, before her hand on Octopus' cheek fell down and at the same time, she closed her eyes.

"N-no..." Octopus was trembling, "No!"
