~Jhope POV~

Rapmonster's phone went off in the middle of our game and it made us both jump. My king almost fell off the chess board, and V was watching us, sometimes interested and other times bored, and Suga was fast asleep on the couch, he literally was bored to sleep.

V wanted to play the winner, and so far that's Namjoon in terms of how many he had taken, with five of my pawns, a tower, bishop and my queen. But I had his queen, both bishops, and a knight.

"Sorry. I'll check it." Rapmon chuckles and grabs his phone and opens it while I study what my next move should be.
A tiny gasp escapes his lips and I look up at him to see his worried expression before he sees me watching and pretends he never made a sound.
"Come on, we gotta go somewhere else." Namjoon says and stands, passing V his phone as he goes to wake Suga.

Tae's eyes move as he reads the message and for a moment he is also shocked before his eyes flicker to me and they're back to normal. I frown, confused and I try to figure out why they're reacting this way, but I can't think of anything.

Suga is groggy and slow as we all pile outside to the van, and Namjoon hops into the drivers seat and Tae goes to the back with Suga and Rapmon's phone, leaving me the passengers seat.

It's completely silent as we drive, its a tense, awkward silence, like they're hiding something and don't want to speak so they aren't risking their secret.

"Where are we going?" I ask finally, and I can tell by Namjoon's expression that he was hoping I wouldn't ask.
"Nowhere really, we're just going to meet up with (Y/n) and the guys." He finally responds, smoothly dodging my question.
But he's answered another of mine.

They're hiding things from me...they don't trust me enough to tell me......they don't trust me...

I feel a stab of betrayal, but I mask it and look out the window, unlike Rapmonster, I'm much better at hiding things.

We pass a store that has police tape around it, and people gathered curiously on the other side of it, two men are being spoken to by a police officer, their hands handcuffed behind them and there's an ambulance pulling out, just turning on its siren and blasting into our ears, distracting me from my mental pain as it flies by us when we pull over. The cars part for the ambulance and then resume their driving after it's faded from view, as do we, but we're moving faster than before.

The atmosphere loses its awkward tinge and now its only tense, and I'm the only one that's confused still. Soon, we pull up to the hospital, and I frown, confused about why we're Here, the ambulance we saw earlier is pulled into the emergency area.

Confused, I step out and everyone else does, meeting me at the hood of the van, Suga hands me Rapmon's phone, and its open to the message, and it was a very large message.

Jin
(Y/n)'s is really bad condition, he saved us from a robbery in the store we're at but he was shot...twice. One time in the arm, the second in the chest. He's clinically died twice......and....he might not make it...meet us at the hospital soon, we're going there in the ambulance soon, don't tell Hoseok about this until you're at the hospital...

"You were...hiding this..." I whispered, fear taking over me, and my hands were shaking and I could feel my face paling as Rapmon takes his phone back slowly. Suddenly my entire being is focussed only on (Y/n), the sting of betrayal is gone and my whole existence is terrified I'll lose (Y/n).
"Yes. Jin asked us to..." He said quietly, and Suga places a comforting arm around me.
Only it doesn't comfort Me.
I break away from them and run at full speed into the hospital, stopping only to get (Y/n)'s hospital room number, and I was too impatient to take the elevator, so I took the stairs instead.

The room the secretary told me to go to was a viewing area, and I could see into the operating room, my breath was fogging the glass and I kept having to move to see.
When I finally could see, I saw only one thing.

A heart monitor, showing no heart beats.

Hey guys, sorry for the cliffhanger.
So, I've noticed less people are reading my new updates...did I mess up the book in a chapter and that's why everyone's leaving?

I'm not sure, honestly, and I feel really pathetic for asking -_-" but I just really hope you guys are enjoying this book, because it will be drawing to a close soon.

I'm thinking about making a sequel to this book, after everything happens, what do you guys think I should do?
