" I don't care he is my brother you not taking him fucking anywhere he is coming home with me" I heard my sister yelling outside of the door.

I looked around the room wondering what it would have been like if I was in here but not alive and breathing.

" John" my sister cried out as she ran up to me and pulled me into her arms and I heard her struggle to breath as she buried her face in my chest.

I rubbed her back feeling my chest heart with every shaky breath she took " It's ok I will come home soon" I said and she pulled away.
She looks so broken.
" No you can come home" she said whipping the tears away but they were replaced with more.
" I can go home" I asked and she nodded her head before pulling me back into her and she rested her head in my neck.
" Shhh" I whispered rubbing circles on her back and moved her hair so it wouldn't get wet as she cried.
The doctor soon came in and looked at us both " Ok you will need to clean his stitches twice a day he will be off school till the weekends over, you have an excuse to sit out in gym, if Monday comes and you still don't feel safe to go back call and we can give you more time off, also take these before bed each night" the doctor said.
My sister nodded as he handed her a bottle and some papers.
" Your free to go whenever your ready" he said before walking out.
My sister grabbed my hand and pulled me gently out of bed " Lets go home" she said her voice sounded so strained.
Once we got home my sister sat on the couch and collapsed into her arms and I heard the cries " Sky" I said sitting next to her.
She sat up and put her head on me holding me tightly, I wrapped my arms around her and held her tight.
" It's ok" I said and she pulled away from me.

" NO it's not ok, I wasn't there for you, I didn't know, I shouldn't have went to work, I should have been there for you" she said and I just wrapped my arms around her holding her close.
" Shhh it's not your fault you did nothing wrong I was the one who should have told you" I said and she started to shake at how hard she was crying.
" I love you" I whispered into her ear as she continued to cry on my shoulder soon followed by Kino laying between us whining softly.
