"Hey what's up?" I asked when I entered Ryan's room taking a seat on Ryan's bed that was freshly made. "I missed you." He said pulling me into his warm chest kissing me.

"I was just with you," I said laughing and looking up at him.

"Yeah, but I still missed you. Word in the pack house is about you. They are all talking about you saving the little boys life." Ryan said kissing me on my lips.

"Violet told me what to do, is one of the things I could do since I'm a silver wolf, and that's saving a life but I was pretending that I was giving him chest compressions as if he was choking on his breathing or something so no one knows," I told him.

"Isa you are my silver wolf, and my amazing mate, I wouldn't change you for anyone," Ryan said kissing me again but his time passionately.

"You know I'll never get tired of your kisses right," I said looking at Ryan.

"Why? Is because my lips are nice, pulp, and juicy?" Ryan replied bring his lips up together doing a duck face by pushing his lips out.

"Well yeah but mostly because your kisses are filled with love, not other things," I said remembering the forced kisses I had before. Ryan understood what I was talking about when he wrapped his arms around my body bringing me closer and giving me a kiss on his forehead.

Around 9:30 I left with the others back home, where I felt safe and once in a long time I felt loved by my family, but I felt like I was missing something or should I say, someone...

Ryan

The next day

Ryan's POV
(finally, someone else's POV)

"Alpha!" Lewis screamed through mind-link awakening me from my sleep.

"What happened Lewis? I'm sleeping." I said pulling my pillow closer that smelled like Isa's scent, I wished she stayed here, but she had to go home.

I should be her home

"Rouges well more like hunters, they are here in town, they all want someone." He spoke breathing hard.

"Who?" I asked getting up slowly removing the sheets from my body and getting up.

"Isa they want her." He said slowly. I felt my eyes grow wide.

"What! Why would they want my mate? She's mine!" I yelled wide awake and alerted.

"Someone in our pack told a rouge she's a silver wolf, you know they are special and rare, they want her powers to test them and to start ruling others," Lewis said through mind-link.

"Did you call her parents?" I asked getting dressed and brushing my teeth and heading downstairs to go to Isa's house.

"Yeah but they haven't seen her, and she left her phone at the house and she's not home yet," Lewis replied. I felt my heart beating faster.

"Let's go looking for her and bring weapons just in case, and keep them well hidden," I said ending my mind-link with him and trying to communicate with Isa.

"Isa," I said through mind-link.

"Hey Ryan how are you?" She asked sweetly, my wonderful mate even at times like this she makes me smile.

"Not good I need you to run quickly to your house drop everything your doing and hide your scent please hurry." I said getting into my car quickly turning it on rushing to her house.

"Why?" She asked clearly confused and scarred. That's the last thing i want her to be - scared.

"Better yet where are you?" I asked her stopping the car on the side of the road.

"A little bakery near my house, how do I hide my scent?" She asked yet again scarred.

"Think of scent tell Violet to hide scent she will know how just hurry, don't talk to anyone. I'm on my way." I told her.

I drove for a few minutes before I saw her "I see you Isa." I pull up on the side of the road where Danny's Bakery was located.

"What's wrong Ryan?" she asked breathing heavily settling in my car with her bags.

"I'll tell you when we get to your house," I replied speeding knowing I'm passing the speed limit. I intertwined our fingers to calm me and Isa down. We arrived at her house when she was tackled by hugs.

"What's going on? I was buying us breakfast at the bakery and Ryan mind-linked me telling me to run home, is something wrong?" She asked.

"There are rouges in town, there are really bad wolfs who don't belong to a pack anymore, but there are also hunters they are even worse, they found out you are a silver wolf and they want you I don't know who told them but I will find them and make them pay. They will do anything to get you, they will do bad things and hurt you if they reach you, and I'm not letting that happen." I told her taking her hands into mine.

"I-I" she stuttered. I turned to her parents, Justin and Emma.

"I think it will be best if she finished school online, it's safer and we will all know she's safe, better yet I think we should all do online school, if they knew Isa was here in town they will find out you are relatives and hurt you and make you tell them where Isa is, but that's just my opinion," I said holding Isa's hand firmly in mine again.

"You know son, I think you are right. It's better for all of us. We won't have to worry that much, but what if we have to fight them? It always happens but both of our packs is not big enough we will lose." Rob (Isa's dad for those who forgot) stated. Damn he was right.

"We could join our packs together and become a bigger and stronger one, we combine our land and we can train altogether if we come to a point we have to fight, but knock on wood that doesn't happen," I said.

"Ok, I'll talk to my pack about it first thing tomorrow morning," Rob said.

"But who told the rouges, that's the main problem, it wasn't anyone in our pack because we still have yet to introduce her to everyone and that's was going to be in a month," Justin stated.

"Isa you saved the little boys life yesterday in front of a crowd, so someone there saw you and told the hunters," Emma said to Isa.

"Did anyone give you a strange look or any time of attitude, mean comments anything rude?" I asked her.

She fidgeted with her fingers on her right hand.

She's hiding something

"Can we just say the boy was choking? And for the person w-well." she stuttered, before taking a deep breath before she spoke again.

"There was one girl who gave me this weird nasty look yesterday when you were going to introduce me to the pack, I really didn't look her way again and I didn't think too much into it," Isa said.

"Someone knows the truth so that won't work and how did she look like?" Emma asked looking at Isa intensely.

"She had dark hair almost black or even a very dark brown hair color, her hair was up to her shoulders, she had the brightest brown eyes I don't know if they had any other color in them, she's pale, she's around 5'5." She said describing this mystery girl to the others trying to find out who it is while I knew who this girl was, the girl who now is obsessed with me, who wanted to be my mate before but left me because she thought she found someone better, she wanted to be a luna so she came back to me, the girl I lost my virginity to, my first love and last love before Isa came, my lovely mate who I love and will never stop loving.

"I know who you are describing Isa," I said bringing everyone's attention to me

"Who is she telling us about Ryan." The others asked out loud.

"Lilly." I said spitting out her name through clench teeth.

"Who is she?" Isa asked innocently looking over to me.

"She is my ex-girlfriend," I said looking straight face to face to see what her reaction will be.
