"Maybe she felt bad about what she did to us." A new voice told me.

Where the hell did that voice come from?

"Who are you?" I find myself asking.

"I'm violet you wolf."

"My what?" I asked loudly to myself.

"Your wolf silly willy." She exclaimed. Was there something in my food?

"I'm going crazy, I'm human wolves don't exist I only draw them, I'm going crazy," I said to myself again.

I'm having a full-on conversation with myself

I'm going crazy

"No, you are not going crazy stupid. Wolfs do exist and you'll see your wolf soon and see how pretty we are."

"How the hell will I see you when wolfs don't exist and you are only in my head. I don't think I'm the stupid one miss violet." I pointed out to her.

"You are going to be a wolf, you will have a mate, and you are powerful. I'm the one giving you all this strength and courage that you have now that you wouldn't have if I wasn't here. I don't hear a thank you miss Isabella White." She said angrily.

"A wolf, you are insane. What the heck is a mate?" I asked her.

"The moon goddess sent me sweetheart and I'm very powerful so that makes you powerful too. A mate is someone that will love you no matter what, he will be your soulmate, your other half. In your case since I'm powerful your mate will be powerful too since we have alpha blood in our blood."

"When do I know if I meet my mate?" I asked curiously, you never know maybe this is real.

"When you feel sparks all over your body when you feel safe with that one person and you never want to leave them." She said dreamily.

"But there's only one person that makes me feel sparks that way and that's...."

"Ryan, he is your mate but he thinks your just human so he's taking it slow. I just came today just a few minutes ago. So now people will know you are a wolf because of the different scent you will have from now on. But your first shift will be soon my dear and it will be painful I'm not going to lie to you but it will be worth it in the end. When you go home read the letter your mother wrote to you because that holds some secrets she kept from you. I'll talk to you soon bye go to class you can't be late." She said.

I was left stunned. I'm a wolf my mate is Ryan no wonder why I felt the sparks but that also means he is a wolf and that weird noise came from him when I said Justin's name, he probably thought I liked him or something.

Eww

But are his other friends wolfs? What do they do?
Do they also eat dog food?

Even worse...

Will I eat dog food?

The bell rung and brought me back to reality, time to go to class.

Fast forward to the car ride

"Hey, Isa are you okay? Your really quiet, well more than usual." Justin asked.

"No, not really, dad just told me some news that brought my mood down. I should be somewhat happy about it but it's weird." I spoke shaking my head.

"What happened if you don't mind me asking." he said turning off the radio that was on playing the song "Happy" that was the total opposite of my mood.

"Um, my Julie passed, well more like she committed suicide in her jail cell," I said quietly. It was awfully quiet. I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding.

"I'm sorry." Both Justin and Emma said.

"It's okay I guess. I just want to know why will she kill herself, I know it has nothing to do with me." I told them.

It wouldn't be about me

She didn't care about me

Never has and certainly not now either

"Maybe she felt bad about what she has done," Emma said suggesting the same thought Violet said earlier.

"Haha, that's exactly what Violet said," I said laughing quietly to myself.

"Huh, who's violet?" They asked.

"I've been attending this school since forever and I know a lot of people but not a violet," Emma said looking back at me.

"Oh, she's my wo-." I stopped myself before I said wolf.

Did they know about wolfs? Are they wolfs? If I tell them will I be crazy?

Will it go against some wolf rulebook of almighty rights? If I tell someone will I get fined or killed?

I let out a nervous chuckle. "Haha on you know an old-old friend of mine, my imaginary friend."

They both looked at each like they were communicating with each other again, using their eyes.

Strange

"Well me and Justin both have imaginary friends as well."

Maybe they are wolves and their imaginary friend is their wolf.

We arrived home and I made my way to the front door waiting for Justin to open the door so I can quickly get inside.

I ran to my room upstairs and there laid the letter on my bed in a yellow folded piece of paper. I hesitated to open it. What was it going to say? Is she going to apologize or make matters worse than it was already?

"Well open it, dummy, if you want to know," Violet said I did as told and started to read line by line.

Dear Isa,

I'm so sorry for the hell I put you through. I'm sorry for all the hits you have gotten from me and my ex-boyfriends and not believing you when you were telling me the truth about the rape. But I chose to not believe you and ignore it and that was very wrong for me to do. I've been a mess since the moment your father left me... this all happened when your father left me. He found his mate, we both thought we were never going to find our mates so we decided to be together after all we were high school sweethearts, we were in love but when I found out I was pregnant a few weeks later after we decided to be together for good. We went to go to the hospital to confirm my pregnancy. Your father whispered the word "mate"  right when the doctor walked in and I knew he would leave but I don't blame him, there was always a part of me that knew one of us would leave when we found our mates. I know you hate me but listen, you are a very special wolf Isa, your father Rob, your stepmother Sam, and your siblings are as well. You have alpha blood in your blood from your dad. You are strong with just that but I'm a rare wolf we don't exist a lot, and you will be too but keep this a secret a lot of wolfs and hunters will die to catch one of us. You will turn to a silver wolf, one of the luckiest wolfs out there. You will control many things. By the time you get this letter I'll be gone, I just can't live with myself knowing what I put you through but I hope you live life to the fullest and I hope you find your mate who will love you forever. Take care, my dear. I hope you have plenty of kids who you will cherish for your whole life. Do not make the same mistakes I've done, it's not worth it in the end, you will end up alone with no family, just like me relying on men to make me feel happy, it's not worth it.

I love you so much Isabela, I'm so sorry I didn't show you that I cared about you and  please don't believe all those names I called you before your not any of those things you are far from that, when you find your mate, love him and hold on to him and don't let go, care for each other. I hope all goes well for all of you guys especially you, goodbye take care. -Julie your mother (as you called me)

I felt my eyes tear up and bit. Not of happy tears but angry ones. She knew the truth this whole time and never once stopped any of her boyfriends from raping me, that was sick. And she kept this secret from me this whole time, who does that to their child?

And I'm a special wolf

I'm a wolf, my parents are wolves, my mother was a wolf, and my siblings here are too. I will talk to them about this tonight at dinner and we all get settled in.
