This is something I had in mind about like 4 months ago, thought it would be time to write it, it won't be as long as my other stories.

Chapter.1 🍎

"Wow! Look at that sky!" I said out loud as I walked out of my apartment.
Today was such a beautiful day, the sky was blue, the sun was out shining  it's a great day in L.A today....
I wonder what wonders I'll face today? Probably nothing new since I've only moved here a week ago.

I am from Canada but when I graduated, I thought it would be great to go study in L.A so I saved up all the money I could save since I started working when I was 15 so I managed.
I am studying to become a teacher, it doesn't really matter for what it can be for preschool, middle school, high school or maybe university.

I put my purple earbuds in my ears and selected a song from my playlist.
I picked the song American Boy by Estelle and made my to the Uni.
Sigh... I wish I could skip classes just for today so I can enjoy this lovely day.

I looked at my watch, 8:23am classes don't start until 9am and the park and the Uni are pretty close... So I'll take a quick walk around the park.
I made my way to the park which was a 10 min walk from where I lived and it's a 5 min walk from the park to the Uni so it should be good.

I made it to the park and it was so nice and it's only 8:35am, only it's less crowded and you don't hear the traffic that goes on near the city.
"Excuse me miss, do you have the time?" I heard a male voice ask me.
"Why yes I do, it is 8:36am." I said cheerfully. I can't help it, it's such a nice day today.

"Thank you miss, Alright Ava we still have 10 mins left then it's off to school ok?" The man said and turned to his daughter.
"Oh my gosh!!!! She is so adorable!!!" I said as I looked at her.
Round face, blue eyes, wavy blonde hair, cute smile, she wore a pink shirt with a bunny on it, and a purple skirt with white leggings and black shoes.
The little girl was shy as she hid behind her fathers leg.

The man chuckled.
"Yea she is, say thank you Ava." He said trying to get her to come out
"Thank you." She whispered out.
And my heart just melted.
"She is so adorable! How old is she???" I asked.
" 5 years old, and excuse us, I'm sure Ava would like to play for a bit before leaving her at school." The man said.
"Ah, yes of course, I apologize." I said and remembering that there's a small playground here.

"No need to apologize." The man said smiling at me and they continued their way to the park.

Awe <3 that little girl is so cute! You know what she reminds me of? A sweet little angel... I want a daughter someday!!! or a son too of course.

Sadly I had to head to the Uni.
After going to my classes I finally got out for the day and started to head home.
Hmm, today is actually my first day off from work I think I'll go to a coffee shop, and see what else they have.
I managed to get a job as a cashier at a local bookshop, I worked for a week and today was my day off.

I found a good coffee shop and ordered a coffee along with a small grain muffin.
I sat down outside of the coffee shop said sipped my coffee.
It was only 4:35pm and it's still such a nice day out.
It's a bit strange though, usually there would be a lot of people out, but there's hardly anybody out.
Huh, slow day maybe?

After drinking my coffee and eating the muffin, I decided to head back to my apartment, it is now 5:10pm
Hmm... It's not that late I may as well take another walk in the park then.
I thought happily.
Huh the park is pretty empty today, I wonder why?
I walked around for a while.
Well it's nice to be alone every once in a while.

Well I better get back then before it gets dark.
I turned my heel.
Then I heard a muffled scream.
Hm?
What was that? Or where did that come from?
I heard it again and this time I followed the sound.
It seemed to be coming from behind the large bush.

I made my way over, shoving the branches out the way.
I came to see what it was.
"Gasp!" Three men were trying to kidnap a little girl.
W-where are the parents?!?
Isn't anybody gonna help?!?!
"Daddy!" The little girl managed to yell out.

If nobody is going to help then I'll do it myself!!!
"Hey! Let that little girl go!!!" I yelled out as I ran after them.
The guys noticed me and they quickly shoved the little girl in a large black van and shut the doors as they all got in. I began to bang on their door.
"I'm calling the police if you don't let her go!!!" I yelled out.

The men completely ignored me as they drove off, in panic I looked around and noticed a red bike,
"Oh... I am so sorry!" I said and grabbed the bike and rode after the black van.
I quickly got my phone out and called 911.
"Help! Three men kidnapped a little girl! It happened at the park but they drove away! They got into a black van and-" I squinted my eyes and noticed a white logo.
"-and they have a white logo of two cobras wrapping a rose, I think." I said then they turned to the right, I also turned to the right.

To my surprise a car was about to run me over causing me to scream and dropping my phone to the ground.

"Miss? Miss?!?" The operator called out but the car ran over the phone cracking it.

-NORMAL POV-

"Alright guys that's a wrap for today!" Danny announced and the guys cheered that they were done for the day.
"Good job guys, if we keep at it we can finish the album pretty soon." Jordon said as he put his guitar away.
"Ah finally, tomorrow we get the day off." George said and the guys exited the studio.

"What are you all going to do tomorrow?" Danny asked.
"I think I'll hit the gym who's with me?" Jordon asked.
"I'm in." Matt said.
"I'm going to see Vanessa, I haven't seen her in a while." Jorel said.
"I think I'll stay at home and be lazy." Dylan said.
"When are you not?" Matt said.
"Hey! I worked hard today and these past couple days too." Dylan remarked.

"I'm going to see Scarlett and Theresa, they want to go to the movies with me." Danny said.
"What about you George?" Jordon asked.
"I'm going to spend the day with my little Ava." He responded.
"Weren't you with her in the morning though?"Jorel asked.
"Yea but we haven't been able to spend a lot of time with her.
But I will tomorrow." George said.

George's iPhone started ringing.
"Who dat?" Dylan asked.
"What the?" George said when he read that Ava's school is calling.
"Hello?" George said.
The guys watched George and they all flinched when George angrily got up.
"What the hell do you mean she's missing?!?" He said.
"Fuck that, I'm going to look for her." George said and hanged up.

He grabbed his hoodie and headed out.
"Wait! George, what's wrong?" Danny yelled out but George ignored him.
"I think Ava has gone missing.
Come on we gotta help George out." Jorel said. They all nodded and grabbed their hoodies or jackets then they all went after George.

-ANNABELLE'S POV-

That car almost ran me over but thank god I was fast but that caused me to drop my phone but forget the phone! This is more important!

My legs felt like they were going to give out but I endured it to save that little girl, even if I'm not strong, even if I'm not very brave, and even if I don't survive, it will not stop me from going after them to save that poor angel!

I almost lost the black van but eventually they stopped and so did I.
The three men came out of the car and came towards me.
I got off the bike and ran towards them, I am going to do something really stupid but I can't help it as my anger got the best of me.
"You will let go of that little girl right now or I swear I will-" before I could finish my sentence they bashed my head with a baseball bat.

Everything else went black.
