Hinata POV

I could no longer feel my face as I ran through the land of snow. I ran faster as I heard them approaching. I was weakened so drastically when I was attacked. I frowned at my self again as I recalled the events. I had misjudged their skills, that was my biggest mistake I made as of 1 hour ago.

I quickly dodge a shuriken thrown at me, but in doing so slipped on the tree that had ice on it.

As I fell, I sighed. It felt like I had been running for hours and now i was just to tired of it all. My body had reached its limits. I felt my arm fractured, or sprained.

I groaned as I felt a body crash with mine. Everything happened so fast, one minute I was seconds away from hitting the ground, and the next I was in a pair of arms.

I was placed on the ground and I finally looked up. Although my vision was blurry from the excess use of byakugan, I could make out shapes with the blurriness, it was definitely a man that helped me.

My eyes felt strained. I heard shuffling but I was to weak to turn to look at the commotion. I was out the next second not caring if the man that had caught me mid fall, was friend or foe.

Sasuke looked up at the Hyuga now fast asleep in his sleeping bag, she had a fever from her wounds.

He rolled his head back and placed his hands back on the fire the cave he had found had been a good one. Only problem was now the entrance was covered in deep snow.

He glanced at the Hyuga who stirred and opened her eyes blinking several times.

He didn't recognize her, but her eyes were of Hyuga Naturally.

Her eyes focused on her surroundings and then directly on him. She slowly stood and looked down at her body. She was clothed with a shirt that wasn't hers, although she still had her pants on, but Sasuke had needed to bandage her wound that she had received just under her arm pit, which indicated that he had had to remove some clothing and touched parts.

Hinatas face turned beet red and she instantly covered herself, with the poncho he had so graciously let her borrow as she lay on the floor unconscious.

Hinata peaked at Sasuke but he only focused his gaze on the fire.

"Uchiha-san! ?......thank you for saving me!"

Sasuke glanced at the red faced Hyuga as she tried to face him slowly. She bowed to show her gratitude.

"Hn... I could have helped you sooner I just wanted to see if you could save yourself."

Hinatas face went red again this time not from embarrassment but from rage.

"Well then, you should have let me face the consequences of my actions."

Sasuke raised a brow as the Hyuga turned her back on him facing the wall completely ignoring him.

Sasuke smirked he thought of how if she could she was probably thinking of taking that gratitude back from him.

Sasuke left her alone and he laid down on his back. He was getting worried the air got colder but the snow fall was not letting up and he wondered just how long they had. He had given her his last ninja pill. Leaving him completely defenseless he furrowed his brows at how stupid he was being.

If she could, she would easily kill him, with him barely being able to help himself. He was brought out of his train of thought as he heard her speak again.

"Sasuke I really am thankful... if there is anything I can do to pay you back I will do it."

Sasuke didn't bother to speak until he felt the fire die down. He looked towards it and frowned it would be out any minute now, and he had no more fire wood or even twigs.

He looked towards Hianta a she also looked worried and glanced around.

She slowly stood but groaned and sat back down. She should still feel pain on her side after all the wounds were pretty deep.

After a few hours as they sat in silence the fire went out fast and they were left shivering.

Sasuke sighed after he thought of their options at this point. Sasuke decided that his third option would be better until his chakra replenished enough to carry the Hyuga. He got up and stood infront of the Hyuga who looked up at him. His pack laying beside him contained dry meat and water so that would be well used for now. He took out the container and handed her the meat and a few mixed nuts.

He sat next to her lifting the poncho and got near her not enough to have their bodies touching but enough for Hinata to feel the heat radiating of his body.

Hinata had frozen up, not because of Sasuke being near but because him lifting the poncho had let the cold air in. If he hadn't acted she had been getting ready to tell him of a way to keep warm was for them to be under the same poncho.

They were both tense but the felt the difference and warmth inside the poncho were they're bodies were.

"I really am thankful Uchiha-san!"

"Hn just Sasuke."

Hinata eyed the Uchiha and nodded. His big shirt covering her felt quite large on her small frame. She moved a little and they brushed arm and shoulder.

"How long was I out?"

Sasuke thought about it. "About 6 hours it shouldn't be long before the sun comes out."

"It was morning when I was being chased, around 7/8am if I'm not wrong."

"Hm you had a fever."

Hinata turned and stared at him she felt perfectly fine a little sore here and there. But that explained the rest, Of just how tired she was and weak at the moment.

"Thank you."

Sasuke eyed the girl and nodded closing his eyes. Hopefully she'd take the hint and shut up.

His own headaches had just been constant these days. He instantly opened them and she froze when they sensed the figures approaching. He sighed and moved away from her as the snow door at the entrance was tumbled down and a body hit the ground in a rolling position.

Sasuke rolled his eyes and closed them back again. He had sent a message out to her teammates looked like Karin had found them.

"Hinata are you ok??" Sasuke had noticed the Unazuka markings on the guys cheeks and knew who he was. He finally remembered who the Hyuga was when he said her name. He remembered her from the academy but she sure had changed a lot.

"Haii Haii Kiba I'm fine thanks to Sasuke." At hearing his name he opened his eyes and stared at them.

Kiba nodded towards him. Sasuke was fine with just a nod of appreciation. He stood and walked towards Karin who was standing a few feet away.

He was just about to walk past Karin when Hinata called out to him.

"Sasuke! Thank you! For staying with me, and saving my life."

"Sasuke looked back and nodded. "Hn. If you had been stronger yo u wouldn't be in this situation."

"Listen Uchiha just becau-." Hinata placed a hand on kibas chest to stop him from continuing.

"I understand that now, maybe when we meet again I can repay you somehow."

Sasuke turned and began walking. He instantly stopped making Karin bump into his back. He didn't turn.

"Does this repayment have restrictions?"

Hinata frowned thinking that he thought that she wasn't greatful enough for having her life saved.

"Of course not! I will repay you in any way you would want."

Sasuke turned and stared at her contemplating his repayment.

"Become the mother of my child."

Kiba and Karin where left dumbfounded while Hinata and Sasuke stared at each other.

"I-I uhm."

"You have 2 years to think about it. I have things to do."

Sasuke left while Karin ran after him calling out and asking him if he had gone insane.

Hinata stood there and she smiled. He was kidding right?

2 Years Later

Hinata stood beside her sister as They waited for the arrival of Uchiha Sasuke.

"Nee-chan will you really marry him?"

Hinata smiled. "Haii." She knew the question coming.

"Why?"

"Because I want to."

"But you guys have never talked! Who does he think he is sending father a message saying that he will arrive today, court you, marry you, and give him grandchildren??? Who does that."

Hinata laughed out loud. Only Uchiha Sasuke of course.

They had sent letters back and fourth through the last 2 years and each letter she had saved. She smiled at just how Sasuke can be. He would send her gifts with each note. Little by little she had fallen in love with the dark avenger.

When she saw his Figure approaching she smiled happily. Yes she was greatful to have had that fateful meeting.

What do you guys think? To fast? Maybe but I think it was sweet also.
