Rai POV

"Hey Gaara.." I say taking in a breath before I did and said what I was about to. He's blood thirsty and I can feel it.

"Be careful." I say wrapping my arms around him and kissing him. We hadn't talked about it, we had been avoiding the subject of what happened during his last match and I had given him some time alone seeing as I too needed it.

The kiss suddenly become hungry as he wrapped his hands around me and pulled me closer. I let him, this opponent was strong but I needed Gaara to calm down.

"I love you Gaara.. so please be careful." I say finally pulling away looking into his eyes. He stayed quiet before he turned around and started to leave. I stayed quiet too, it wasn't like I was expecting him to say something back. That kiss and my words were to try my best to keep his demon at bay.

"You're bleeding." I hear Kankuro say before I lick my lips tastier my blood.

"I know." I say finally turning around to look down. He really is blood thirsty if he kissed and bite me that hard. Not like he hasn't done it before, drink my blood to feed his demon, but this seemed different. He really was looking forward to fighting this boy.

Not long after Gaara made it to the arena he seemed a bit calmer which could only mean one thing.. he already killed someone on his way down. And his little conversation with himself confirm that for me. As the match continued and Gaara locks himself behind his sand barrier I start clenching my fists.

"Do something Rai!" Temari yelled at me making me glare at her causing her to flinch.

"Are you mad? I can't intervene when he's like this." I say glaring at her harder.

"You're stronger than him Rai you can-" I cut Konkuro off by using Vortex Manipulation and pushing him to the wall.

"It seemes that you don't understand, it doesn't matter who's stronger. We made a promise, we promised that we would become stronger for each other and each other alone! That means that we can't hurt each other, we swore to protect each other and if I intervene here and now that promise would have been for nothing. The only way I can get him out of this is if I hurt him and I am not going to do that." I growl before letting him fall to the ground coughing.

I glare at him of the ground before looking where Gaara was just to see the Uchiha running with electricity comics from his hand and actually go through Gaara's sand making my eyes widen.. this is not good.

My heart dropped when I heard him scream.. he's hurt. I swallow and lick my lips, you need to calm down Rai. Calm down. I see the arm.. that arm. My body froze and the only thing I could hear was my heart beat it faster and faster. This can't be happening.

As the shell brakes I grip the rail. Soon it turns into sand and shows a bleeding Gaara. I feel the rail bend due to the force of my grip before I finally noticed that our operation had begun but that was the last thing on my mind as I rushed to Gaara.

"I must kill him!" I hold him back.

"You must be healed Gaara. You almost lost control... Gaara look at me!" I yell getting in his way of looking at the Uchiha but it was no use so I bit my lip making sure to draw out more blood and kiss him letting him taste it.

This has to work.. please let it work. I pull away just for him to fall on his lips as I hold him as best I can.

"The wound is deep and his chakra is low." I mumble placing my hand on his cheek.

"Alright you three go tend to Gaara's wound as soon as his chakra is restored the operation will be continued." When did he get here? Whatever I don't care. I quickly take Gaara and start making my way to a place where he can rest and we can tend to his wound.

'I can help him.' I hear Yuki's voice. Non of them had talked to me in a while.

'How?'

'I have healing abilities, who do you think kept healing you every time they hurt you and kept you alive this whole time when you get hurt? I can help him if you let me.'

'Since when do you actually like someone other than me?' I ask confused. Non of them really like anyone, that being the reason they always somehow continued to kill their hosts so this didn't make any sense.

'We've talked ok? All of us wanted to know why he made you so happy. How he did it, how did he understand you so much. And so every time you fell asleep next to him which was quite regularly we took over your body and talked to him. We started to get to know him and he isn't so bad.' I smile a little now understanding.

'There's more people following us.' I nod knowing it. Now it wasn't only the Uchiha but 3 other people.. wait.

'Is that a dog smell?' I ask Yuki.

'It.. actually is.' He answered.

"The Uchiha is close." I say as we stop.

"What do we do?" Kakuro asks.

"Just leave everything to me." Temari says as she sets traps and I let Yuki take over. He takes a look at the wound before extending my hand over his wound and start healing it.

"Wow, I didn't know you knew medical ninjutsu Rai." Kankuro said.

"She doesn't." Yuki answers as he finishes with the wound and let me take over again.

'Thanks.' I say before I take Gaara in my hands again.

"We should move." I say as we continued to move and the two stayed quiet.
