Ok so her Kekkei Genkai is going to be similar to Accelerator's power with a few tweaks of my own. I chose the battle up top because it sorta explains what his ability is but you can ignore the part where it says he can only reflect that of what he doesn't need. Also pic up top is how she looks.

Rai POV

I had lost hope in humanity a while ago. The only people I trusted were my grandmother and Gaara.. but it's been a week since I got back and I haven't seen him. Today however I was going back to the academy to graduate properly.

Granny hadn't let me out of her sight until I told her everything. I just told her that now there was something sealed within me, something that had helped me escape from that horrible place and that it would't be a danger to anyone as long as they didn't know about it.

I explained that people knowing about it would only lead to chaos and that it wasn't necessary, telling people of what happen would only make things worse and she understood agreeing to keep it to herself. However today was going the be my first day of the last year of the academy.

As I walked in the whole class stayed quiet as I glared at them until my eyes landed on Gaara. I smiled a bit before making my way to the empty seat next to him. His eyes on me as I did.

"Hi." I say to him seeing as the teacher was yet to arrive.

"What are you doing here?" He asked giving me a glare and I was taken back.

"What do you mean?" I ask a bit hurt by his words and tone of voice towards me.

"You left 2 years ago and you expect me to just be friends with you again?" I widen my eyes.

"I didn't leave I was kidnapped." I say looking at him hurt causing his eyes to widen.

"What?" He asked.

"I was kidnapped for the past two years.. I didn't mean to leave.. why would I want to leave?" I answer back before the teacher walked in and looked at me before shivering and starting with the class neglecting to even look at me which didn't bother me at all.

We graduated and I was placed on the team with Gaara and his siblings. We went back to being best friends but anyone could tell my bubbly personality didn't exist anymore. Now I only gave small smiles and sarcastic laughs along with smirks.

I learned what my kekkei genkai is, Vector Manipulation. Vectors are properties existing as either one of two types: position (location) and momentum (velocity). Position is distance (or coordinate) and direction in relation to something (orientation); momentum is speed and direction of motion (trajectory). The manipulation of momentum results in changes in motion; the control of position allows for alteration of location.

In other words I can mirror attacks back to their owners with just a simple touch but I could also do it with my eyes, as long as I could see it I can reflect it or stop it among other things but of course it's all with chakra. I can also use wind to create a vortex by using this ability. I've been learning to use the abilities of the spirits within me as well.

Snow, fire, crystal and electricity. I've learned a bunch of other jutsus and have created those of my own as well. Gaara and me have become probably insensible by now. And so we were both sent with his siblings and two other people I don't even know to take the chunin exams, but this was really just a mission for us. As we made it to the leaf village I asked Gaara to come with me to see a store that sold weapons since I wanted to see if they had something interesting I could buy they didn't have in the sand.

"They don't have anything interesting." I say with a sigh and walking out where Gaara was suppose to be but he wasn't making me frown before sensing his chakra close by. As I make my way towards it I heard voices from there and decided to use my snow to appear on the branch Gaara was but on top instead of beneath.

"You're an embarrassment to our village. Have you forgotten the reason we came all the way here?" Gaara said in a serious voice.

"I know, I-I mean, they challenged us. They started the whole thing really. See here's what happened-" I cut him off as I make it to the branch.

"Shut up, or we'll kill you." I say causing everyone to look at me and Kankuro to swallow hard.

"Ah, right. I was totally out of line. I'm-I'm sorry Gaara, Rai. I was totally out of line." He said as Gaara turned to the kid next to us.

"I'm sorry for any trouble he caused." He said before looking at him for another second before using his sand to get down.

"Let's go we didn't come here to play games." Gaara said before looking at me and I smirked snapping my fingers and a appeared next to him with slight bolts around my body.

"Alright sure, I get it." Kankuro said before we all started to walk away.

"Hold on! Hey!" A squeaky voice said annoying my sensitive ears making me stop as did the others.

"What?" Temari asked.

"I can tell from your headband that you come from the village hidden in the sand. Of course the land of fire and the land of wind are allies. But no shinobi can enter another's village without permission. So state your purpose. And it better be good." I almost face palmed, I had to listen to that squeaky voice for this?

"Really? Have you guys all been living under a rock or what? You don't know what's going on do you? We have permission. Of course you're correct we are hidden sand genin. Our hone is the land of the wind. And we're here for the Chunin exams. Get the picture?" Temari said as I roll my eyes.

"The chunin exams? What's that?" This time I groaned.

"This is way too much talking." I say as the chit chat continued while I get on Gaara's side picking his cheek.

"You were suppose to wait for me." I mumble causing him to look down at me.

"Let's just go now." He said turning around as I happily follow after him.

"Hey, you! Identify yourself." We heard another voice but this one was at least less annoying than the other two.

"Huh me?" I hear Temari ask.

"No, them. The one with the gourd on his back and the other girl." I turn around to see the kid that was next to us on the tree.

"My name is Gaara of the desert. And this is Rai of the red sand. I'm curious about you too. Who are you?" I look at him weird. Really he is?

"I am Sasuke Uchiha." He answerd and I sigh before and look at the blonde who spoke next.

"Hey there I bet you wanna know my name!" I look at him tilting my head.

"I couldn't car-" I cut Gaara off.

"I do actually." I say causing Gaara and the rest to look at me like I'm out of my mind.

"I'm Natuto Uzumaki! Believe it!" He said with a big smile and I tilt my head taking a few steps closer to him and smelling him.

"H-hey!" He said with a blush as I look into his eyes and smirk before turning to Gaara walking to his side before we all jumped.

"Why did you ask for his name?" Gaara asked.

"Because like you he too is a jinchuuriki.. and I have a weird feeling about him.. and it's not a bad one." I answer making him hm before we made our way back to the hotel.
