Your POV

I sat down on the edge of a cliff and got bored so I jumped of it. Halfway down I allowed my black wings out and flew back up, only to be greeted by my life long nemesis, Sariel. I had a little crush on him, but being a fallen angel, and him an angel, I chose to ignore those feelings.

"Hello Sariel." I said coldly, not knowing how to act around him.
"(Y/N)."  He said calmly. His features were so enchanting....I couldn't help but stare a bit.

"Like what you see~?" He whispered in my ear. How in Ente Isla did he get there!? Was I that zoned out..?
"Hello? Anyone home?" He said, snapping me out of my thoughts.
I rolled my eyes and turned away from him.
"Dont get too full of yourself." I say before walking off.

After receiving my orders from Lucifer I flew off to find Emilia. My (H/L) (H/C) trailed behind me as I flew. When I found Emilia I took out my (weapon of choice) and lunged at her.

She was expecting this and easily dodged it, taking me off guard. When she attacked I wasn't as lucky, and I fell to the ground below. I waited for the impact of hitting the ground yet it didn't come. I weakly opened my eyes and saw Sariel's amethyst eyes staring into my (E/C) ones, but they were filled with worry.

He set me down and healed me.
"W-why...We are on opposite sides.." I said my tears threatening to fall. I didn't understand, why would he be helping me...Leading me on into thinking he liked me, knowing he doesn't.

"I cant hide it anymore. I love you (Y/N) (L/N)! I always have..." He said his eyes misty with tears.

"Sariel...." I was speechless. I finally found enough courage to talk. "I love you too" He moves closer to me and leaned towards me, I did the same until our lips touched and we kissed. It wasn't long before we had to reluctantly pull away for air. Once our delicate kiss ended he was lifted off the ground and his soft white wings turned sharp and black, like mine.

I covered my mouth as he sat back down next to me.
"You knew if you kissed me you would become a fallen angel...." I said sadly. He loved being an angel...Why would he give that up! Why would he give up heaven....For me?!

"I know....I guess you can say I've fallen for you." He replied.
"B-but we're still so different and-" He didn't let me finish.
"(Y/N), we don't love each other because of what we have in common....What we have in common is that we love each other"

I blushed and held his hand.
"Wow....That is the cheesiest thing either of have said, and I'm surprised it came out of your mouth" I said, smiling.
"You love it when I'm cheesy" Sariel said while placing an arm around my shoulder.
"Your just so good at it!" I laughed.
"I am good at it"

"Hey now...Dont go getting full of yourself again"  I said chuckling. The Church eventually found out about Sariel and I and tried to execute us but we fought back and lived happy lives.
