The summary was actually pretty cool. I could tell I would like Allison right from the summary.

But it was too short for my liking. I would recommend adding a few thing to it but keep the central idea this short one has. I liked the cover too. Just pretty enough with the right amount of romance.

This book had very few mistakes and it was a joy to read.

Is it weird that I have a crush on Cory?

Normally I'd be wary of books with plenty characters as developing all of them could take time but I loved every single one of the characters here. Except Allison.

Why?

She seemed too excessive to me. Like a drama queen. She reacts to every single thing and I found I couldn't relate to her which is weird since we're both teenage girls and we should've connected based on that key factor.

This isn't all too bad as you can develop this into a character flaw. Since we humans aren't perfect it's important to show this imperfection in our characters. Just don't do it in such a way that Allison looks like she may be a candidate for a diagnosis of histrionic personality disorder. OK?

Writing Style: 4/5

I actually thoroughly enjoyed this book. I loved the humor and everything. I think it's because I'm a sucker for books about friends and vacation.

Plot + Originality: 4/5

For uniqueness, I was starting to think the book was great until chapter eight when I found the author just copied and pasted jokes. That made the book lose some credibility in my eyes because I thought all the humor sprang up naturally. 

Maybe it's because I might have possibly heard all the cliché jokes, but I can't count how many times I've heard "pretty girls with messy buns and baggy T-shirts look cute as hell but when I do it I look like I've been doing drugs for a straight week". God!

I'm not saying you shouldn't copy and paste jokes, but if you're doing it, at least pick one no one's heard before. In all honesty I don't think you need to copy and paste anything because the book is already funny as it is.

The plot was actually cool although it seems a little unclear if Allison will end up with Cory or Noah but I can't wait to find out. 

Also you might wanna change the prologue. That one is cringe-y, no offense.

OVERALL SCORE: 20/25

I think this book has the potential to reach number one. I could tell right off the bat. Keep writing!
