I quite like the simplicity of your cover. The paling colours are lovely.

Minimalism is certainly a common feature in your work; however, I wouldsuggest adding a bit more to your summary. It's far too vague for my likingeven if you introduce the characters of the friendship.

One thing I did notice was your punctuation in dialogue. When dialogue hasa dialogue tag-- he said, she said etc.,-- then they require you to use a commaat the end of the dialogue. If action follows the dialogue, then you use a fullstop. I liked all your characters. Naturally, the story followed Kamalika and Esha. Still, you didn't forget about the secondary characters having them appear in the book and make an impact on the story without ruining the pacing. Everyone had a place in the plot.

One thing I particularly liked was Esha slowly emerging from her shelf.That was very important to the plot of the story, and you handled and presentedit very well and most importantly, naturally. She didn't come out of her shellimmediately, but it was a slow progression.

I enjoyed the setting of the story at a school Christmas festival. That was different and gave you an excellent location to set out your plot.
