From 1.01 "Pilot", there was a raging storm as a boat soared across the ocean.

A young woman named Jill Wright was swimming through the ocean, gasping for breath. She was drawn down into the water by the strong current. She struggled to reach the top.

Jill: (voice over) "The day I went missing was the day I died."

From 1.01 "Pilot", in a park in Mexico, there was a big social gathering for a festival.

Jill and her family--a sister, brother, mother and father--were walking along, going through booths.

Jill felt as if something was wrong, looking around.

Shooters were stationed around the festival in the woods, using trees and bushes for cover to be unseen, starting to shoot unendingly.

Jill: (voice over) "At least on the inside."

From 1.01 "Pilot", on the island of Lian Yu, Oliver Queen had his hair and beard grown. Jill had really long hair. They were both filthy and weak.

News reporter: (voice over from 1.01 Pilot) "Oliver Queen is alive, discovered after five years he was believed to be dead.

From 1.01 "Pilot", on a boat on the ocean, sailors who had found Jill and Oliver were treating them.

News reporter: (voice over from 1.01 Pilot) "The Starling City resident was found by fishermen in the North China Sea five days ago, along with a woman by the name of Jill Wright, six years she was missing and presumed dead."

From 1.01 "Pilot", in a district attorney's office, sisters by the name Laurel and Jessica Lance were watching the news.

A man reporter was on the TV. "Queen is the son of Starling City billionaire Robert Queen, who was also on board 'The Queen's Gambit', but now officially confirmed as deceased. Wright was previously residing in Mexico with her family before they were killed in a violent criminal attack."

From 1.01 "Pilot", in the hospital, Jill was lying in her bed.

Oliver walked in. "Jill?"

Jill looked up. "Hey."

"I talked to my mother, Moira," Queen told her. "She said that you can stay with us until you get on your feet. That is, if you want to stay here in Starling."

Jill sighed, shaking her head. "I don't have anywhere else to go."

From 1.01 "Pilot", in the Queen Mansion, Moira Queen led Oliver and Jill into the foyer.

Oliver: (voice over) "I'm worried those I left behind won't recognize me."

Jill looked at Moira. "It's kind of you to take me in."

"Well, Oliver tells me that the only reason he came home alive is because of you," Moira told her. "It's not just a gesture of kindness. It's an act of gratefulness and my gift to you as a thank you."

Jill nodded.

Little sisters Thea and Skylar Queen appeared at the top of the staircase.

Skylar smiled, walking downstairs. "I knew it. I knew you were alive."

Skylar and Oliver embraced in relief.

Oliver: (voice over) "The island changed me."

Thea and Oliver embraced in relief.

Oliver: (voice over) "It changed us both."

Tommy Merlyn walked in.

Tommy: (voice over from 1.01 Pilot) "Tomorrow, you and me, we're doing the city."

From 1.01 "Pilot", in the dining room of the Queen Mansion, Oliver, Jill, Thea, Skylar, Tommy, Moira and Walter Steele were eating dinner.

Tommy: (voice over from 1.01 Pilot) "You got a lot catch up on."

Oliver stepped away from the table.

Jill: (voice over) "I'm not the person I remember."

From 1.01 "Pilot", in Oliver's hospital room, Oliver was looking out of the window.

News reporter: (voice over from 1.01 Pilot) "20% of Queen and Wright's bodies are covered in scar tissue."

From 1.01 "Pilot", in Oliver's room, Olive was pacing, shirtless, having scars all over his body.

News reporter: (voice over from 1.01 Pilot) "Second-degree burns on their backs and arms."

From 1.01 "Pilot", in Jill's guest bedroom, Jill was standing in front of her full-length mirror, lifting up her shirt to look at the scars over her body.

News reporter: (voice over from 1.01 Pilot) "X-rays so at least 12 fractures that never properly healed."

From 1.01 "Pilot", in Jill's guest bedroom, Jill was having a nightmare, forced to wake up on the floor of her room, grabbing the wrist that shook her shoulder, flipping the person to the floor, holding a hand to their neck. She realized it was Skylar, letting go, sliding back toward the window. "I'm sorry. I'm so--I'm so sorry."

Skylar stood. "It's okay, Jill. It's all right."

Jill looked down, breathing heavily.

Oliver: (voice over) "They thought I was back to my old life."

From 1.01 "Pilot", in Jill's guest bedroom, Jill pulled out a wooden suitcase out from under her bed, unlocking it, opening the sheet to reveal the two swords inside that were crossed inside. She closed it, locking it, putting the suitcase back under the bed.

From 1.01 "Pilot", in the Glades, Oliver ran toward a fence, jumping up to the top, flipping over the edge, landing on his feet on the other side.

Oliver: (voice over) "They thought wrong."

Oliver walked into a warehouse.

Doctor: (voice over from 1.01 Pilot) "I want you to prepare yourself. The Oliver you lost might not be the one you found."

From 1.01 "Pilot", in the warehouse's basement, Oliver was doing the heavy lifting to remake it into a lair.

Jill was setting up computer systems and other electronics.

Oliver was putting sharp arrows in a quiver.

Oliver: (voice over) "The day that Oliver Queen and Jill Wright died..."

Jill opened the wooden suitcase, taking out the swords, sharpening them. She also had a quiver of knives inside, taking them out to sharpen them as well.

Tennis balls fell from the ceiling.

Oliver shot an arrow into each and every one of them with a bow.

Jill: (voice over) "Was the day that different people were born."

From 1.01 "Pilot", in a car parking garage, Jill/Sapphire, in a suit of blue and a mask with sheaths of swords and knives on her body, walked through the parking garage.

Jill: (voice over) "I am Sapphire."

Jill drew a knife from the sheath on her thigh, turning around, throwing the knife through the back windshield of the limo

From 1.01 "Pilot", in the basement of the warehouse, Jill/Sapphire was lying on the table, without a mask, unconscious.

Oliver/Arrow stood at her bedside, lowering his hood, cleaning the grease paint off of his face from around his eyes.

Oliver: (voice over) "I am Arrow."

From 1.01 "Pilot", in the dining room of the Queen Mansion, Oliver, Jill, Thea, Skylar, Tommy, Moira and Walter were having dinner.

"What was it like there?" Thea asked.

From 1.01 "Pilot", on Lian Yu, Jill was running through the woods, using a knife to stab into the tree and pull herself up to the branches.

Oliver was wearing his hood. He used his bow and arrow to shoot a bonfire to strike up the fire.

From 1.01 "Pilot", in the dining room of the Queen Mansion, Oliver, Jill, Thea, Skylar, Tommy, Moira and Walter were having dinner.

Everyone looked at Oliver and Jill.

Jill sighed. "Cold."

From 1.01 "Pilot", on the street, Laurel and Oliver were talking.

"I know it's too late to say this, but I'm sorry," Oliver told her.

"I couldn't be angry," Laurel told him. "I couldn't grieve. That's what happens when your sister dies screwing your boyfriend."

From 1.01 "Pilot", in the basement of the warehouse, Jill saw the news on the computer.

Oliver saw what she was watching, walking closer.

Jill: (voice over) "The island forged us into weapons."

Oliver showed Jill his father's journal.

Oliver: (voice over) "And we would use them against the criminal and the corrupt."

From 1.01 "Pilot", in a building office, the office was well guarded with police officers and security guards.

Jill/Sapphire stepped out of the elevator, seeing many guys waiting, throwing a deck of knives out to all of them, all of the hilts hitting their heads hard enough to make them fall, but not enough to knock them out.

ALL WHO ARE EVIL

From 1.01 "Pilot", in the basement of the warehouse, Jill was sitting down in a sports bra.

Oliver was properly stitching up a gunshot wound in her stomach, putting a bandage over it.

Jill pulled on a hoodie. "Thanks."

"Well, you got hurt because you're helping me set right to the wrong in this city," Oliver told her.

"Can I tell you the truth, Oliver?" Jill asked.

"Of course," Oliver answered.

"I'm not doing this just for you," Jill told him.

Oliver nodded. "I know. You're doing this for your family."

From 1.01 "Pilot", in Mexico at the festival, the shootout continued.

Many people were shot, falling dead.

Jill's father Sean tried to get her mother Angela under cover. "Angela!"

Sean was shot when he was saving Angela's life.

Angela was horrified, in denial. "Sean!"

Angela was shot, falling dead.

Jill's brother Austin was shot, falling dead.

Jill was horrified, devastated. "No! Austin!"

Jill's sister Amy pulled Jill under cover of a booth, pulling them into hiding.

MUST BE PUNISHED

Jill and Amy stood, running toward the woods.

From 1.01 "Pilot", in an abandoned warehouse, men in red skull masks had kidnapped Jill and Oliver.

"I'm gonna kill you," Oliver told him.

Man 1 tried to punch him. Oliver ducked, flipping his chair up to hit him in the head.

THOSE WHO ARE CLOSE

From 1.01 "Pilot", in the living room of the Queen Mansion, Thea, Skylar and Oliver embraced.

CAN'T BE TRUSTED

From 1.01 "Pilot", in the Queen Mansion, Moira was speaking to someone unseen. "There are ways to finding out what they know."

From 1.01 "Pilot", in a club at night, Oliver and Jill were being escorted by two bodyguards named John Diggle and Justin Smoak.

Skylar was across the bar, watching Justin.

Justin looked toward her.

THOSE THEY LOVE

From 1.01 "Pilot", in the club, Oliver and Laurel were standing together.

Oliver and Laurel were talking.

"Stay away from me," Oliver told her. "I'm just going to hurt you again."

From 1.01 "Pilot", in the building office, Jill/Sapphire jumped over the desk, receiving a gunshot wound in her stomach, throwing a knife into his shoulder to make him stop and fall to the floor, falling back onto the floor on the other side of the desk.

From 1.01 "Pilot", in an abandoned warehouse, Oliver prepared to snap a masked man's neck. "No one can know our secret."

From 1.01 "Pilot", in the club, Oliver and Jill stood on stage during their welcome home party.

Oliver handed her a shot glass, looking at the crowd. "Ladies and gentlemen, if it wasn't for this woman here, I wouldn't have been able to make it back home." He raised his glass. "To Jill!"

Everyone raised their glasses. "To Jill!"

They all drank whatever was in their hands.

From 1.01 "Pilot", there were flashes of Oliver and Jill fighting in and out of their suits.

"What happened to you on that island?" Tommy asked.
