From 2.01 "City of Heroes", in the conference room, Oliver stood in front of the board.

Oliver: (voice over) "My name is Oliver Queen."

From 2.01 "City of Heroes", in the cemetery, Jill was sitting at Tommy's grave in guilt.

Jill: (voice over) "I'm Jill Wright."

From 1.06 "Legacies", in flashback to the cave on Lian Yu, Oliver was aiding Jill after they saved her from the soldiers.

Oliver lifted the back of her shirt to reveal carved tally marks in her back that were bleeding and scarred. They were all over her back, the tally marks small to include all of the number of the days. There were a few in her shoulders, as the skin of her back couldn't hold it all.

Jill: (voice over) "After five years on a hellish island..."

From 1.23 "Sacrifice", in flashback to the soldier camp, Jill jumped down from the missile launcher, taking cover.

The missile hit the ground at the soldier camp, setting it ablaze.

Jill sat back tiredly on the ground, watching the flames.

From 1.06 "Legacies", in the hideout, Oliver and Jill were training at the hideout with two metal short staffs. Oliver and shirtless. Jill was in workout clothes, including a sports bra. Oliver swung both of his up over their heads, trying to come down on her. Jill raised both of hers in an X shape to block both of his.

Jill: (voice over) "We have come to Starling City with only one goal."

From 1.08 "Vendetta", in the hideout, Jill was getting suited up.

Oliver was watching from nearby, getting suited up.

John and Justin walked closer.

Jill: (voice over) "To save the city."

From 1.21 "The Undertaking", in the casino, Oliver/Arrow fired an arrow into a man's shoulder, making him fall.

Oliver: (voice over) "But to do so..."

From 1.16 "Dead to Rights", on the helipad, Oliver/Arrow and Guillermo Barrera were fighting. Oliver stabbed him with an arrow, killing him.

Oliver: (voice over) "I can't be the killer I once was."

From 1.19 "Unfinished Business", in the lab at the asylum, Oliver/Arrow stabbed the orderly in the chest with an arrow, killing him.

From 1.23 "Sacrifice", in Merlyn Global Group, Tommy and Oliver/Arrow helped Jill/Sapphire inside to get them to the ground outside.

The building was falling apart around them.

Tommy saw rubble falling toward them, pushing them out of the way.

The debris fell onto Tommy, making him fall, pinning him down.

Jill started to pull the debris away.

A pipe had been stabbed into Tommy's chest.

Oliver and Jill were horrified.

Oliver: (voice over) "To honor my friend's memory, I must be someone else."

From 2.01 "City of Heroes", in the cemetery, Oliver and Jill stood at Tommy's grave.

From 2.01 "City of Heroes", in the foundry, Oliver and Jill walked in to join John, Justin and Felicity.

Jill: (voice over) "I must be..."

Jill looked at the knife in her hand. She morphed into Sapphire.

Jill: (voice over) "Something else."

Oliver looked at the arrow in his hand. He morphed into Arrow.

From 2.21 "City of Blood", in the tunnels, Sebastian put on the mask to act as Brother Blood.

Jill: (voice over) "Previously on Sapphire Arrow."

Sebastian/Brother Blood was speaking to the Mirakuru men. "Tonight, we rise up as one and take back this city."

From 2.19 "The Face Beneath the Mask", in the foundry, Roy was laying on the table, unconscious. Oliver, Jill, Skylar, Justin, Felicity, John, Amy, Sara, Aurora and Logan were standing around him.

"Slade's got 20 guys just like him, and we have no way to stop him," Amy told them.

"Yes, we do," Jill told them, taking a vial of Mirakuru out of her pocket.

"Is that what I think it is?" Skylar asked.

"Mirakuru," Jill told them. "We're going to use it to make a cure."

From 2.21 "City of Blood", in the restaurant, Oliver, Jill and Sebastian were sitting at the table.

"Slade promised me City Hall, and he delivered," Sebastian told them. "I understand he made you a promise, too."

From 2.20 "Seeing Red", in the woods, Slade had the Queens wounded enough to where they couldn't fight back, facing each other. Oliver was facing Moira, Skylar and Thea, just like what had happened when Ivo had made him choose between Shado, Jill and supposedly Sara five years ago on the island.

Slade drew his sword from his jacket, turning to face Moira, driving it through her chest. He pulled the sword out of Moira's heart, letting her fall dead to the ground. "There is still one person who has to die... before this can end."

From 2.21 "City of Blood", in the precinct, Jessica and Lance both drew their guns, firing at the Mirakuru man repeatedly to no avail.

From 2.21 "City of Blood", in the train station, the Mirakuru man broke the guard's arm, taking his gun, aiming it at the ceiling, firing repeatedly, making everyone scream.

Thea looked horrified and confused.

From 2.21 "City of Blood", above ground, Isabel appeared next to Justin and John in a female version of the Deathstroke suit kicking John in the back, making him fall. Justin stood, turning to aim his gun at Isabel. Isabel spun to kick the gun out of his hands, drawing her swords.

From 2.21 "City of Blood", in the tunnels, Mirakuru men were chasing Skylar, Oliver/Arrow, Jill/Sapphire and Sara/Canary through the tunnel.

Jill looked around frantically. "Ollie. There's too many of them. We can't fight."

The Mirakuru men walked in.

"We're not going to," Oliver told them, shooting an explosive arrow into the ceiling.

The bolt exploded, making the rocks and debris cascade to the floor between them and the Mirakuru men.

From 2.21 "City of Blood", in the van, Felicity was on the phone. "Aurora, now is really not a good time."

Aurora was on the road, driving with Logan in the passenger seat. "I got the cure."

Same Night - Day One

Night - Tunnels 

Oliver/Arrow, Jill/Sapphire, Sara/Canary and Skylar had been buried in the debris of the explosion in the tunnels, but they weren't dead.

Oliver pulled himself free from the rubble. "Jill? Sara? Skylar?" He found Jill and Sara in the rubble, pulling them to their feet. They couldn't find Skylar, becoming frantic and worried. "Sky!"

Above Ground 

Justin and John stood to face Isabel. Isabel swung her swords toward them repeatedly, which Justin and John were mostly able to duck, dodge and avoid, getting cut a few times. John punched Isabel in the face. Isabel spun to try and kick Justin. Justin ducked, kicking Isabel back.

"You can't kill me," Isabel told them.

"You're not invincible," John told her.

"Close enough," Isabel told them.

They continued to fight.

Tunnels 

Oliver/Arrow, Jill/Sapphire and Sara/Canary were looking around.

"Skylar?" Jill called worriedly.

"Sky!" Oliver told her.

Skylar was trapped on the other side of the concrete. "Ollie!"

Oliver sighed in relief. "Are you okay?"

"The tunnel collapsed," Skylar told them. "I'm trapped." She was breathing heavily. "It's just... it's getting really... hard to breathe."

Skylar started to punch at the wall in an attempt to use her super strength to get out.

"Don't do that, Skylar," Sara told her. "The explosives above ground, they could go off at any time, especially when you do that, because you're shaking the entire foundation."

Skylar stopped punching the wall, sighing. "Then what the hell am I supposed to do?"

"You are going to be okay," Jill told her. "I need you to tell me everything that you see."

"Rocks, and water, and..." Skylar trailed off, breathing heavily, looking around. "I see your bow, Oliver."

"You see my quiver?" Oliver asked.

Skylar stood, walking toward the quiver. "Wait. Yeah, yes, I have it. I have it."

"How many arrows are in it?" Oliver asked.

"There's a bunch of them," Skylar answered.

"There should be one with a metallic head that's bigger than the rest of them," Oliver told her. Skylar took out the arrow. "Do you see it?"

"Yeah," Skylar answered. "It's an explosive arrow... isn't it?"

"Yes," Oliver answered.

Skylar sighed in relief, turning to the bow on the ground, looking at the explosive arrow and the quiver of other arrows in her grasp.

Above Ground 

Justin and John were still fighting with Isabel, using their guns and security guard batons to block the blows of her swords. 

Isabel spun to slash her swords into their legs, making them both fall. "Do you want to save me some time and energy? Then tell me where I can find Skylar Queen. I have been aching to come head to head with the only other woman with Mirakuru in her system, to get her to lose control like the rest of us have, turn her against the rest of you. And if I can't, I guess I'll just have to kill her."

Van 

Felicity drove the van closer as fast as she could, hitting Isabel, making her fall to the ground and roll away. "Oh, I really thought the airbags were going to go off."

Justin and John stood, running into the van. 

"Thanks for the help, sis," Justin told her. "Any word from the others?"

Felicity shook her head, looking outside worriedly. "Justin..." Isabel was getting up. "What do you think, hit her again?" 

"Go, go, go, go, go, go, go!" John told her.

Felicity drove them away as fast as she could.

Starling City Police Department

The Mirakuru man was still terrorizing the police station, pushing Lance to the ground, turning to push Jessica into the wall. Jessica picked up a lamp off the nearby desk, slamming it over his head, making him let go, shooting him repeatedly, making him back away. Other officers started to shoot him and hit him with batons. The man punched an officer hard enough to send him flying into the wall and making him fall.

Jessica looked at the weapons and ordinance storage. She grabbed three bombs from inside, running toward the man, jumping onto his back to shove the bombs down the back of his jacket. The man threw her off of him to the floor toward Lance.

Jessica gestured for all of the officers to get away from the man. "Get out! Get out!"

The man shook the bombs out of his jacket and onto the floor in front of him.

Everyone ran for cover, aside from the man.

The bombs exploded.

Jessica and Lance looked at each other in relief, breathing heavily.

City Hall 

The city officials were panicking over the situation of the city.

A man was on the phone. "Reports are coming in from all over the city. Starling General is preparing for possible casualties."

"Power is out on the boulevard," another man told them.

Sebastian was on the phone. "Governor. Governor. Sending in the National Guard at this point will only cause mass hysteria. Trust me and my police force. We have this situation under control."

Mayor's Office 

Sebastian walked in, watching the news on the TV.

Kate walked in. "Mr. Mayor."

"DA Spencer," Sebastian replied.

"What is going on?" Kate asked. "There are men in masks tearing through the city."

"Yes, I know," Sebastian told her. "And we're doing everything we can. The SCPD have already mobilized."

"No, the police force, they're not equipped to handle this," Kate told him. "You don't understand. I have never seen anything like this before. These--the men in masks, it--it's like they're not human."

"Not human?" Sebastian repeated. "Kate, do you even hear yourself? Look, I know you're scared, but you need to pull yourself together. Starling City needs both of us thinking clearly right now."

"How are you so calm?" Kate asked.

"Because I know we're going to get through this," Sebastian told her. "And when we do, Starling City will be stronger and better for it. Can I count on you? I need you with me on this." 

Kate nodded nervously. "Mm-hmm."

"Good," Sebastian told her. "Then let's save the city together."

Tunnels 

Skylar backed away from the rubble into the wall behind her. "I'm far enough away from the debris to avoid the blast. I need you to get back."

Oliver/Arrow, Jill/Sapphire and Sara/Canary backed away from the debris.

Skylar centered her feet on the floor, raising the bow in her left hand, placing the explosive arrow on the drawstring with her right, taking a deep breath, still having trouble breathing. She pulled back on the drawstring, letting go to shoot the arrow into the middle of the debris.

The bolt exploded, blowing a hole into the debris.

Skylar, Jill, Sara and Oliver all ducked.

Jill, Sara and Oliver looked up worriedly.

Skylar walked out through the debris, holding the bow and arrows.

Jill, Sara and Oliver sighed in relief.

Skylar and Oliver hugged, pulling away.

"Nice shot," Sara told her.

Skylar handed the bow and arrow to Oliver.

Oliver led them through the tunnel. "Diggle, Justin, you there?"

Felicity, Justin and John were driving in the van.

"Yeah, Oliver, we hear you," John answered.

"We're coming up," Jill told them.

Skylar, Oliver, Jill and Sara walked along.

Flashback 

Day - Lian Yu - Submarine 

Anatoly and Thomas were waiting.

Oliver climbed into the submarine. "Sara and Jill are gone. Slade must have taken them."

Anatoly sighed. "Chert."

They heard a ping.

"What's that?" Thomas asked.

"It's sonar," Anatoly answered. "I was monitoring the 'Amazo'. She's moving."

Oliver slammed a hand on the table angrily and worriedly, concerned about Sara and Jill. "We have one torpedo left, right?"

"Yeah," Thomas answered, confused as to where Oliver was going with this.

"Could you rig it to fire in a straight line?" Oliver asked.

Anatoly nodded. "I'm discovering capacity to do many things I never thought I would do."

Oliver grabbed a bag, starting to walk away. "I need you to get the sub close enough to the freighter so that I can swim over."

"Well, then, what do you need the torpedo for?" Thomas asked.

Oliver turned to face them. "If Jill, Sara and I aren't back in an hour... you're going to sink the 'Amazo'."

Anatoly sighed, looking away.

Now

Night - Train Station 

The Mirakuru man was still terrorizing the train station, throwing a man into a sign, making him fall.

Thea started to run.

A guard started to shoot the Mirakuru man. The man tackled him down, running after Thea.

Thea continued to run in fear, along with everyone else in the train station, getting outside of the station.

The man grabbed Thea from behind, pulling her back inside, lifting her up by her neck, about to snap it.

Three arrows were shot into the man's back, making him drop Thea without hurting her.

They turned to see Malcolm/The Dark Archer standing there, but they didn't know it was Malcolm because of his hood.

The man pulled out the arrows, seeing that they were flashing. "Who are you?"

The bolts exploded, rendering the man either dead or unconscious, making him fall.

Malcolm pulled off his hood. "I'm her father."

Thea looked at Malcolm in absolute shock.

➣ Sapphire Arrow ➣

Starling City Police Department

The police were taking care of the body.

Laurel walked toward Jessica and Lance worriedly in relief. "Jess. Dad, thank God."

"Are you okay?" Lance asked.

"I am now, now that I know you two are," Laurel answered.

"Stay here, okay?" Jessica asked. "You gotta stay off the streets, and at least here, you're not alone."

Laurel nodded in agreement. "Yeah."

Road 

Oliver/Arrow, Jill/Sapphire, Skylar and Sara/Canary met up with John, Justin and Felicity on the road, watching the city in the distance as the Mirakuru army took control of the streets.

"You okay?" John asked.

"Yeah," Jill answered. "You?"

"Isabel attacked John and Justin, so I hit her with the van," Felicity told them.

"Slade's army," Oliver told them. "He has at least 50 men out there, all like him."

"They're everywhere," Skylar told them.

"We need to stop them," Jill told them.

"We might have a way," Felicity told them. "Aurora called. STAR Labs has a cure. Aurora and Logan are en route with it."

"Where are they?" Skylar asked.

Felicity shrugged.

On the Road - Aurora's Car 

Aurora was driving.

Logan was in the passenger seat.

Mirakuru men were running along the sides of the roads.

"What the hell?" Logan asked.

The men pushed cars in front of their car, making Aurora drive into the two cars and crash. Their car flipped over the cars, landing upside down on the ground. 

Logan and Aurora groaned in pain, hanging upside down by being buckled in, breathing heavily.

Logan used his super strength to break both of their seat belts to free them.

They both fell to the roof of the car, groaning in pain.

Outside 

Aurora and Logan pulled themselves out of the wreckage of the car.

The briefcase with the cure had been thrown out of the car, in the middle of the road.

Aurora's phone was ringing. She answered it. "Hello?"

Felicity was still in the street with the others. "Hey, it's Felicity. Where are you guys?"

"Fourth Street, I think," Aurora answered. "Guys in hockey masks came out of nowhere and attacked my car." 

They looked around worriedly. 

Several Mirakuru men were walking closer to surround Aurora and Logan. 

"And we're not the only ones here," Logan told them.

"We're on our way," Jill told them.

Logan nodded. "You better hurry."

Aurora hung up, tossing her phone onto the car. She turned to shoot ice toward the Mirakuru men from the palms of her hands.

A man tried to punch Logan. Logan ducked, using super strength to punch him in the face, making him fall.

Road 

The others were still in the other street.

"You guys go," Sara told them. "I have to make sure that the people in the police station survive. Go. Let's go save the city."

Sara ran away down the street.

Oliver, Jill, Justin, Skylar, John and Felicity got into the car.

Queen Consolidated - CEO Office

Slade and Isabel were listening to their phone call over the computer.

Slade smirked.

On the Road 

Aurora and Logan were fighting with the Mirakuru men, slightly beaten after fighting with many of the men. Most of them were taken down, frozen, or trapped to cars and the ground by ice, or knocked out with super strength.

Man 1 punched Logan in the face. Logan punched him in the face three times with super strength, backhand punching him in the face hard enough to send him flying into a car, making the windshield shatter and him fall to the ground. Two men tried to punch Logan from either side. Logan ducked to either side to make them miss, spinning to kick Man 2 in the chest, making him fall, grabbing Man 3, throwing him a long distance away down the road, making him fall.

Aurora glared at them remaining men, forming a wall of ice between them and herself, making it explode into pieces toward them. The blast of ice threw them to the ground. Man 4 punched Aurora in the face, making her fall. Aurora glared at him, throwing ice into him, making him stumble back toward Logan. Logan punched Man 4 in the face, kicking him in the side, lifting him up from the ground, slamming him onto the road, using so much strength he broke the concrete.

On the Road - Van

Oliver/Arrow, Jill/Sapphire, Skylar, Justin, Felicity and John were on the road.

"In the last five minutes, SCPD has had over 200 reports of masked men attacking the city," Felicity told them.

"It's a good thing Sara went to go to the precinct," Oliver told them.

"Any word from Thea?" Jill asked. "Is she safe?"

"She decided to leave Starling before the attacks started," Skylar told them.

"Just under two miles to the bridge," Felicity told them. "And Aurora and Logan."

Flashback 

Day - Lian Yu - Submarine 

Anatoly was using the sights to look outside. "All right. We are ten meters away from the freighter. But still, this is sumasshedshiy."

"What?" Thomas asked.

"Crazy," Anatoly answered. He looked at Oliver. "You cannot even be certain that Wilson has them."

"You're both good men," Oliver told them. "If this is goodbye, be safe."

"We will see you soon," Thomas told him. "You, Jill and Sara."

"I meant what I said," Oliver told them. "If we're not back in an hour, you sink the freighter and get yourselves home."

"I think maybe I prefer Bahamas," Anatoly told them.

Thomas chuckled.

Oliver started to climb the ladder to leave the submarine.

"Oliver?" Thomas asked. "I don't know if we will see each other again. But know that you and Jill, you've made friends for life. You saved us. You both did."

Anatoly nodded in agreement. "If there is anything either of you need, it does not matter what... you have only to ask." Oliver nodded, shaking Thomas' hand, going to shake Anatoly's, but Anatoly went in for a hug instead. "Prochnost, my friend."

Thomas struggled to say the word. "Proch--prochnost."

"Prochnost," Anatoly corrected. "I also teach you to speak Russian."

Oliver climbed out of the submarine.

Now

Night - Starling City Police Department

Laurel and Sara were watching Lance, Jessica and the other officers prepare themselves for the upcoming battle of the city.

"Listen up," Lance told them. "We're going to establish a perimeter with check-points at 5th and Adams, 2nd and Kingsley. We got to create a safe zone. You hear me?"

"Who the hell are these guys?" Jessica asked.

"These guys are the enemy," Sara answered.

"They're attacking innocents at random, creating mayhem and chaos," Pike told them. "We need to put them down."

"Lieutenant..." Jessica trailed off.

"Now," Pike told them.

"Listen to me," Jessica told him. "These guys, have you seen them? Huh? You seen these guys? They do not go down. We got to call in the National Guard."

"That's a call for the mayor," Pike told them. "And he hasn't made that yet."

"And he won't," Jessica told them. "Mayor Blood let this happen."

"What?" Pike asked.

"Trust me," Jessica told them. "Blood's behind this."

 Pike sighed. "Look, even if I believe you... I don't have that kind of authority."

"Well, in an emergency, the chief of police does, so get him on the line," Lance told him.

"Chief's dead," Pike told them.

Everyone reacted silently, sighing.

"Well, then..." Jessica trailed off. "There's only a few more people we can call. You're not going to like it."

"The vigilantes," Lance told them.

Jessica nodded. "Lieutenant, I know they're breaking the law, but what we're up against, it's not about the law. It's about survival. We got masks tearing our city to pieces, and we're going to need masks to stop them."

All of the officers looked at each other, nodding in agreement.

Lance looked at Jessica. "Make the call."

Jessica nodded. "Okay, let's do it."

Jessica turned away.

Pike grabbed her arm to stop her. "One more thing." Jessica looked at him in confusion. "You know more about what's going on over everyone else I got. I need you and your father making decisions and leading these men..." Pike handed Jessica her detective shield. "Detective."

Pike walked away.

Jessica, Lance, Laurel and Sara looked at each other in relief.

Karma / Cobra:

Kira / Viper:

Street 

Two teenage girls were running from Mirakuru men, ending up in a dead end street.

Kira/Viper spun closer with her staffs, using them to hit both Mirakuru men in a blur of motion too fast for them to catch, making them back away from the two teenage girls.

Karma/Cobra was using her knuckle knives to punch and stab into the two Mirakuru men, slashing into them, spinning closer to backhand punch them both in the face with the spikes on her knuckle knives, causing deep gashes to appear on their faces as they spit up blood, spinning away.

Her knuckle knives were coated with snake venom, which was a proven method to sedating Mirakuru soldiers, as they fell to the ground, unconscious.

Kira and Karma both smirked, pleased.

Kira looked at the two teenage girls. "Follow us. We can get you to safety."

Kira and Karma took the teenage girls by the hands, leading them down the street at a run.

"Who are you?" Girl 1 asked.

"I'm Karma, that's Kira," Karma answered. "You can call me Cobra, her Viper, or just call us the Snakes."

"You're not the normal kind of vigilantes with masks and secret identities, are you?" Girl 2 asked.

"Doesn't matter if people know who we are," Kira told them. "We know how to disappear."

City Hall - Mayor's Office 

Sebastian and Kate were watching the new.

Woman: (on TV) "We lost contact with our reporter on the streets, but we have over two dozen confirmed sightings of masked men attacking numerous municipal locations. Officials are asking that you stay indoors..."

The power turned off. 

There was screaming and clanging in the distance.

A Mirakuru man threw a man in through the doors, making him fall.

Kate screamed.

Sebastian stood.

The Mirakuru man snapped the man's neck, walking toward Kate.

"Stop!" Sebastian told him.

"No, no, no!" Kate told him.

The man grabbed Kate in a chokehold, making her face Sebastian, threatening to snap her neck.

"Enough!" Sebastian told him. "This isn't part of the plan."

"Sebastian?" Kate asked incredulously.

"I am mayor of Starling City, and I order you to let her go," Sebastian told him.

The man snapped Kate's neck, letting her fall dead. "I don't take orders from you."

The man walked out, leaving.

Sebastian realized just how far the situation had spun out of control. "No..."

On the Road - Van 

Oliver/Arrow, Jill/Sapphire, Skylar, Justin, John and Felicity were driving in the van.

A phone started to ring. 

Justin handed it to Jill. "It's for you."

Jill answered the phone, disguising her voice. "What is it, detective?"

Jessica was in the precinct. "How can we help?"

"We?" Jill repeated.

"The Starling City police force is standing with all of you on this one," Jessica told her.

"We need help containing the soldiers," Jill told her. "We're working something and it may stop them, but we need more time."

"We can do that," Jessica told her. "Whatever you're doing, good luck. For all our sakes."

They hung up.

"This is the only street that feeds into the bridge," Felicity told them.

John took a turn.

Mirakuru men were running after their car.

"Floor it!" Oliver told him.

John drove faster.

The men pushed cars into the van, making them crash and land on its side.

The Mirakuru men walked closer to the crashed van.

Skylar, Oliver and Jill were awake.

Skylar shook Justin's shoulder. "Justin." Justin was starting to wake up. "Just!"

Justin startled awake. "Yeah."

Oliver and Jill shook John awake.

Jill looked at the unconscious Felicity. "Is she breathing?"

"Yeah, yeah," Justin answered.

"Then we have to get out of here," Oliver told them.

"Yeah, I'm on it," Skylar told them, climbing out of the van.

Justin, Oliver and Jill climbed out of the van.

Justin stood, picking up Felicity, carrying her out.

Outside 

The two Mirakuru men that made them crash opened the back doors.

Oliver shot an explosive arrow into the van.

The bolt exploded, taking out the men.

More Mirakuru men ran closer. Skylar spun to punch Man 1 in the face, jumping up to kick Man 2 to the ground. 

Jill slashed her swords into Man 3 and Man 4.

John fired his gun at more men.

Man 1 tried to punch Skylar. Skylar ducked to the side to make him miss, kicking his legs out from under him, making him fall to the ground, grabbing Man 3, throwing him into Man 4, making them both fall. Man 2 stood. Skylar kicked him with a crescent in-to-out kick, punching him with either arm, making him back away, spinning to kick him in the back, making him stumble forward toward the cars, spinning to kick him again, making him fall. She looked over her shoulder toward the others.

John, Justin, Skylar, Oliver and Jill walked away with Felicity.

Train Station - Outside 

Thea was running, finding a dead guard on the ground with a gun next to him, hiding behind a beam. 

Malcolm walked closer from the direction she had been running from. "Thea! I'm not here to hurt you."

"Why should I believe you?" Thea asked. "You're a murderer, terrorist and psychopath."

"I don't expect you to understand what I've done," Malcolm told her. "Not now. Not without more time to explain."

"How are you even alive?" Thea asked incredulously. "Why are you here?"

"I heard what happened to your mother," Malcolm answered. "I needed to make sure you were all right. I needed to see my daughter."

Thea was angered by that statement enough to come out of hiding and face him. "I am not your daughter. You're nothing to me. And I want nothing from you. Do you understand?"

"Yes," Malcolm answered. "But right now, you need my help. My protection. You have no idea, Thea, how dangerous it is out there. The city is falling. At least let me take you to safety."

Malcolm held his hand toward Thea.

Thea looked terrified and wary and angry.

Queen Consolidated - CEO Office 

Slade was watching the destruction through the wall of windows.

Isabel walked closer to stand by his side.

Slade smirked. "They say Nero Sang as he watched Rome burn. Now I understand why. If only Shado were here to witness this."

"Who's Shado?" Isabel asked.

Sebastian walked in. "What the hell is going on? One of your juiced-up jack boots just killed my entire office staff, and snapped the district attorney's neck."

"And?" Slade asked.

"And?" Sebastian repeated incredulously. "And I never agreed to this! You were supposed to call off your dogs."

"That was your plan, Mr. Blood, not mine," Slade told him.

"We had a deal," Sebastian told him.

Slade turned to face him, walking closer. "And do you feel that I've not lived up to my end of it?"

"Those are innocent people, dying out there," Sebastian told him. "You do not need to kill them."

"Yes, I do!" Slade told him angrily. "I made a promise once, and I will uphold it."

Sebastian scoffed, shaking his head. "So this really is all about you just trying to hurt Oliver Queen and Jillian Wright."

"I vowed to them that I would take away everything and everyone they love," Slade told him. "And they love this city."

"But this city, it's mine, too," Sebastian told him.

"Not anymore," Slade told him. "As of tomorrow night, it'll be nothing but rubble, ash and death. A land only good for one thing." He turned away toward the wall of windows and the destruction of the city. "Graves."

Starling City Police Department - Hallway 

Sara was dressed in her Canary suit again to fight off against the Mirakuru men that were trying to take over the station.

Laurel was standing with her. "Where is Amy? You said that she's getting help. From who?"

"Doesn't matter," Sara told her. Jessica and Lance walked closer. "All you need to know is that the help that she's getting, it's the only kind that we really have that know what they're doing. You don't know, about me, about who I am and who I've become."

"I know you're a hero," Jessica told her. 

"I'm not a hero, Jessica," Sara told her. "I am the furthest thing from it. I am 'Ta-Er Sah-Fer'. That was my new name. Because the woman that I was... the girl that I was... was gone."

"I'm not going to pretend that I've been through anything that you have," Lance told her. "One thing that I've learned in the past six years is that these things... they don't break us. They make us who we are."

"And what I am is irredeemable," Sara told them.

"What was that word you said before?" Jessica asked.

"Ta-Er Sah-Fer," Sara answered. 

"What does that mean?" Jessica asked.

"It means 'The Canary'," Sara answered.

"If you're so far gone, and so irredeemable..." Laurel trailed off, brushing back Sara's hair. "Then why would they know you by such a beautiful name?"

They smiled small smiles, embracing.

Flashback

Day - Freighter - Cells 

Slade had taken Sara and Jill to the freighter, having them locked in cells.

Oliver walked in, breaking the locks off their cells.

"Oliver?" Jill asked.

Sara sat up. "Ollie!"

Jill and Sara ran out of their cells.

"Thank God," Jill told him.

"Come with me," Oliver told them. They walked away from the cells. "The sub is right alongside the freighter. We just need to swim, okay?"

"Okay," Sara told them.

Jill stopped walking.

Oliver turned back. "What are you doing?"

Jill sighed. "I can't leave yet."

"Jill, come on," Oliver told her.

Jill showed them the key necklace around her neck, the key that Ivo said would unlock the safe with the cure to Mirakuru. "The cure."

"No," Sara told her.

"I can't--I can't leave Slade behind," Jill told them. "I'm not just going to--I'm not just going to write him off. I injected him with the Mirakuru. This is all my fault."

Oliver shook his head. "No. It was me. I chose you over Shado."

"I--I just--I just want to go home," Sara told them. "I just want to see my family." She started to cry. "I don't want to die. Come on, please."

"I need to do this," Jill told them. "I need to save my friend. I need to at least try."

"I'm not leaving you," Oliver told her. "Come on."

They walked back.

Now

Night - Street 

John, Justin, Felicity, Skylar, Oliver/Arrow and Jill/Sapphire got to the street where Aurora and Logan had been attacked by the Mirakuru men, walking over the ice on the street carefully as to not fall.

"I can walk," Felicity told them.

They walked past the unconscious or trapped-by-ice men.

"Where are they?" Oliver asked.

"The cellphone GPS says they should be within a 500-foot radius," Felicity told them.

Aurora's car was still upside down, about to blow.

Aurora and Logan were kneeling next to it, slightly more beaten and bleeding, but not that bad off.

Logan used his super strength to push the car right side up.

Aurora was using ice to freeze the fire on her car to keep it from exploding. She was looking around frantically. "Where is it? Where is it?"

Logan and Aurora saw them walking closer, standing, walking closer.

John looked around. "What the hell happened here?"

"We got jumped by at least 20 guys," Logan answered. "And the cure... it's not here. We had it. We couldn't get to it. One of them must've taken it when we were fighting the others." 

Felicity touched Aurora's bleeding head. 

"I'm sorry," Aurora told them. "I'm sorry, guys."

Queen Consolidated - CEO Office 

Slade was sitting at the desk.

Sebastian and Isabel were standing nearby.

They were watching the news.

Woman: (on TV) "The situation has intensified as officials struggle to contain this historic assault gripping our city."

A man brought the briefcase with the cure closer. "Mr. Wilson, is this what you're looking for?"

Slade stood, opening the briefcase to look inside. "Yes, it is."

Sebastian looked around nervously.

Clock Tower 

Oliver/Arrow, Jill/Sapphire, Skylar, (without their masks), Justin, John, Felicity, Logan and Aurora were in the clock tower.

"The cure that we brought with us was all that we had," Aurora told them. "And it took all the Mirakuru that you gave us to make the cure, so we can't make more."

"We can't stop Slade's men without the cure," Oliver told them.

"I'm so sorry," Logan told them.

"It's not your fault," Jill told them. "Slade must've been listening to your call with Felicity and sent his men after you."

"We'll find another way," John told them.

"There is no other way," Oliver told them. "Diggle, the foundry's been compromised, and we need to get Roy out of there."

Skylar nodded. "We're on it."

Logan looked at Aurora. "And when we get back, we're gonna be in something that'll be in less danger of being damaged in a fight."

Logan, Aurora, Justin, Skylar, Felicity and John walked out, leaving.

Jill looked down, sighing worriedly.

"I didn't know, Jill," Oliver told her. "Five years ago, I was a completely different person. And I had... no idea that something like this was even... possible. I couldn't have imagined. When you, Diggle, Justin and Felicity brought me back to Starling City, I made a vow to myself that I would never let anything like the Undertaking happen again."

"What's happening now is not your fault," Jill told him.

Oliver turned to face her. "Yes, it is. I have failed this city. Yao Fei." Jill shook her head. "Shado. Tommy. My father. My mother." Oliver stepped closer. "All that I have ever wanted to do is honor those people."

Jill turned to give him a look. "You honor those people by fighting." She walked closer. "And you are not done fighting, Ollie. Malcolm Merlyn, the Count, the Clock King, the Triad. Everyone who was trying to hurt this city, we stopped them. And we will stop Slade."

"I don't know how," Oliver told her.

"Neither do I," Jill told him. "But I do know two things. You are not alone. And I believe in you. I just need you to believe in us, too."

Oliver slowly nodded. Jill wrapped her arms around him. Oliver returned the embrace.

Street 

Jessica, Laurel and Sara/Canary were scanning the area.

"Where's Dad?" Laurel asked. "He should be here."

"We should get to a better vantage point," Sara told them.

They heard a woman crying out for help. "Somebody help! Please, help! Please!"

Jessica looked at Laurel. "Stay here."

Jessica and Sara ran off in the direction of the cries to help.

Laurel didn't listen, running after them.

The cries were coming from a burning building.

"Someone help!" a woman cried. "Please help! Someone help! Please!"

Jessica and Sara ran into the burning building.

Laurel ran toward the crying woman and her son. "Are you okay?"

"My daughters are still inside," the woman told her. "I couldn't get to them."

There was a small explosion from the building, making them scream.

Laurel pulled the woman and the boy away from the building.

Lance ran toward them. "Laurel!"

"Dad!" Laurel told him.

"Are you hurt?" Lance asked.

"No, I'm fine," Laurel answered. "I'm okay." Lance went to run into the burning building, but there was another small explosion that made him stop. "Dad!"

Sara/Canary and Jessica helped two little girls out of the burning building.

The woman ran closer to get her daughters. "My babies, my babies." Jessica was coughing from the smoke, and while Sara was, too, she wasn't as affected by the smoke. The woman looked at them in relief. "Thank you." Jessica nodded, smiling breathlessly. Sara nodded, running away. "Who was that?"

Jessica smiled. "That's the Canary."

Train Station - Outside 

Malcolm and Thea were still facing each other.

"Thea, please, come with me," Malcolm told her. 

Thea shook her head. "I don't want anything to do with you. I don't want to even see you."

A Mirakuru man walked closer.

"Stay behind me," Malcolm told her, turning to fire an arrow into the man's chest, not to much success.

The man tried to punch Malcolm. Malcolm ducked, trying to punch him. The man raised his arm to block the move. 

Thea watched them fight in shock.

Malcolm spun around to hit the man with his bow twice, punching him repeatedly, kicking him back. 

The man grabbed Malcolm, lifting him from the ground, slamming him into a nearby beam, making him drop his arrows. "You're out of arrows."

"You're not," Malcolm told him, pulling the arrow out of the man's chest, stabbing him in the heart, killing him, making them both fall to the ground. 

Thea was stunned.

Clock Tower 

The phone that Jessica usually called to talk to Sapphire was ringing.

Jill picked the phone up. "Oliver..."

Oliver walked closer.

Jill showed him that Sebastian was calling, answering, putting the phone on speaker.

"What do you want?" Oliver asked.

"Same thing that both of you want," Sebastian told them. He was in the CEO office at Queen Consolidated. "To save this city before it's too late."

"It's already too late," Jill told him.

"You were right about Slade Wilson," Sebastian told them. "I should have listened to you. But I'm here now, and I can help you."

"Why should we trust you?" Oliver asked.

Oliver and Jill sighed.

"Because..." Sebastian trailed off, walking into the elevator. "I have the Mirakuru cure."

Sebastian was holding the STAR Labs briefcase that Aurora and Logan had brought to the city.

Oliver and Jill looked at each other.

Aurora / Glacia: 

Logan / Guardian: 

John, Justin, Skylar, Felicity, Logan/Guardian and Aurora/Glacia brought back Roy to the clock tower. Logan and Aurora were not wearing his hood/her mask.

Skylar looked at Logan and Aurora. "Nice suits."

"Thanks," Aurora told them. "Cisco made them for us."

Skylar gave Oliver and Justin a significant look.

Oliver and Justin were both slightly amused, smirking slightly.

"And we asked them to put in a favor with Cisco to see if he could make one for you," Justin told her.

Skylar looked at them in surprise, a little hopeful. "Really?"

Logan pulled out a box from his messenger bag, handing it to Skylar. "Really. He's working on one for Roy, too, just so you know, but all we have for him ready tonight is a mask."

"We understand that you've had a mask but have been waiting for a suit for a while now," Aurora told her. 

Skylar opened the box to look at her suit inside. "It's purple. I like purple."

"Congrats, Skylar," Justin told her. "It looks like you're officially a hero. Or vigilante. Whichever you prefer."

"By the way, Cisco approves of the name Athena for you," Logan told her.

Skylar managed a small smile, which made everyone else also feel a little better and smile small smiles.

"How much venom do we have to keep him under?" Oliver asked.

"Two hours, maybe," John answered. "Let's go."

Jill looked at Justin, John and Felicity. "Hey. I need you to stay here with Roy."

"Okay," Felicity told them. Skylar, Jill and Oliver walked toward the staircase. "Guys. Um, maybe this is obvious, but are we sure this isn't a trap?"

"No," Oliver answered. He looked at Aurora and Logan. "Which is why we want you to come with us."

Aurora was surprised but agreeable, nodding. "Of course."

Logan nodded in agreement. 

Skylar pulled her suit out of the box, seeing that there was a purple compound bow with dozens of purple and black arrows inside, smiling a small smile, looking at Oliver and Jill. "It's about damn time."

Oliver and Jill smiled small smiles, nodding. 

"You've waited long enough, Athena," Jill told her. 

Skylar, Logan, Oliver, Jill and Aurora walked out, leaving.

Skylar / Athena:

City Hall - Mayor's Office 

Oliver/Arrow, Jill/Sapphire, Skylar/Athena, Logan/Guardian and Aurora/Glacia walked into the mayor's office, past the dead bodies on the floor.

Sebastian was waiting. "As a young boy, I was plagued by nightmares. Every night, I would wake up in a cold sweat, frightened and alone. It was my father's face that haunted me." He picked up the skull mask. "And this is how I saw him. The embodiment of desperation and despair. I made this mask to conquer my fears. And remind myself why I fight, every day, to give this city's most desperate a chance. All I ever wanted to do was help people."

"Then help me believe," Oliver told him. "Where is the cure?"

Sebastian looked at Oliver and Jill. "Slade Wilson will not rest until he honors the promise that he made you."

Sebastian put his mask down.

"We won't be so easy to kill once we level the playing field," Jill told him.

Sebastian pulled out the briefcase with the cure, walking closer.

Skylar took the briefcase. "I'll be the one that delivers the cure to him, right before I take it myself. I need my strength to beat him. As soon as it's over, I'll be cured, too. And this will all be over."

Sebastian nodded in agreement. "And when this is over, I promise you, I will do everything in my power to rebuild Starling City." Logan and Aurora frowned in confusion. "And I wont just make it what it was. I will make it better. Like I always planned."

"You really think... after everything that's happened, after what you've done, that they'll still let you be mayor?" Aurora asked skeptically.

"Why not?" Sebastian asked. "No one knows that I've done anything except try to save this city. And if you tell anyone about my mask, I will tell them about yours."

"Do what you have to, Sebastian," Logan told him.

They walked out, leaving.

Starling City Police Department

Lance, Jessica and Laurel walked in.

"I got to get back to it," Lance told them. 

Sara walked toward them. "Hey. Are you guys okay?"

"Yeah," Laurel answered.

"Are you okay?" Jessica asked.

A female officer was nearby, talking. "You wouldn't believe it. A blonde in a mask came out of the burning building with Jessica with the children. Bravest thing I've ever seen. That woman's a hero. So are you, Jessica."

"Thanks, Tate," Jessica told her.

Lance, Jessica and Laurel looked at Sara knowingly.

Sara managed a small smile.

City Hall - Mayor's Office 

Sebastian was pouring himself a drink.

Isabel walked in. "You gave it to them, didn't you?"

"I did what I thought was necessary," Sebastian answered, taking a drink. "Don't worry, I'll tell Slade."

Isabel walked toward the desk, calling Slade over speakerphone.

Slade was in the CEO office. "Does he still have the cure?"

"No," Isabel answered.

Sebastian walked toward his desk. "Slade, you betrayed--"

"Goodbye, Mr. Blood," Slade told him, hanging up.

Sebastian turned to face Isabel.

Isabel drew both of her swords, driving them through Sebastian's chest.

Sebastian gasped in agony. "I loved this city."

Isabel smirked, pulling her swords out of his chest, pushing Sebastian onto his desk, making the Brother Blood mask fall to the floor, watching as he died, walking out, leaving his dead body laying on his desk.

Clock Tower 

Oliver, Jill, Skylar, Logan and Aurora returned to the clock tower where Justin, John and Felicity were still with Roy.

Aurora opened the briefcase with the cure, showing them the blue vials that completely filled the case.

Felicity looked over her shoulder. "Why does every secret formula have to be a color? Whatever happened to good, old-fashioned clear?"

"All right, so if we inject one of Slade's soldiers with this, it will counteract the effects," Aurora told them.

"Assuming you and STAR Labs got the recipe right," John told them.

"Don't insult our intelligence," Logan told him.

Oliver took the case from Aurora, walking toward Roy, setting the case down, taking out a vial, looking at Roy. "We need to test it."

Skylar walked closer. "We can't. Treat Roy like some kind of lab rat?"

"Skylar..." Justin trailed off.

"What if it doesn't work?" Felicity asked. "What if it kills him? What if he wakes up and kills us?"

"We need to know," Jill told them. "One way or the other."

Flashback

Day - Freighter - Stock Room

Oliver, Sara and Jill walked into a stock room of the freighter.

Oliver looked at Sara. "Go lock the other door."

"Okay," Sara told them, walking toward the other door to lock it.

Oliver found his bow and arrows, picking up the quiver, putting it around his shoulders.

"Sara, where does Ivo keep his safe?" Jill asked.

"It's, uh, by his books," Sara answered. Jill walked toward the books, seeing the safe, taking the necklace off, using the key to unlock the safe, seeing that it was empty. "Oliver... Jill..."

Oliver and Jill looked toward Sara.

Sara backed away toward them.

Slade and two men with guns walked closer. 

"What are you looking for, Jill?" Slade asked. "This?"

Slade held up a syringe with a blue liquid, the supposed cure to Mirakuru.

Oliver stood in front of Jill and Sara protectively, glaring at Slade.

Now

Night - Starling City Police Department

Sara and Laurel stood with Jessica and Lance and the other officers. They walked toward Pike.

"What's going on?" Jessica asked. "What is it?"

They were watching TV.

Woman: (on TV)"You're watching live footage of an army convoy arriving on the outskirt of the city to restore order."

"Looks like the cavalry's here, finally," Lance told them.

"Maybe," Pike told them.

"What do you mean?" Laurel asked.

"Well, they're taking up positions in the bridges and tunnels," Pike answered.

"Well, those are the only ways into the city," Lance told them.

"Yeah, and the only ways out," Sara told them.

"A buddy of mine in military intelligence once told me the army isn't always the army," Pike told them.

"But it's clearly the military," Jessica told them. "The trucks, the uniforms."

"Except the nearest army base is at Monument Point, which is 300 miles from here," Pike told them.

"So, how could they mobilize to Starling City so fast?" Laurel asked.

"Okay, so if that isn't the army..." Lance trailed off.

Jessica sighed. "Who the hell are they?"

ARGUS Facility - Office 

Kira and Karma walked in toward Amanda, in their normal clothes from the day.

"There the two of you are," Amanda told them. "Done playing heroes for the night?"

"Not even close," Kira answered. "Amanda, what are you doing?"

"I'm not sure what you mean, Kira," Amanda told her.

"Amanda, the troops taking up position at the city's exits, they're not army, they're ARGUS," Karma told her. "Those are your men. So you tell us what you're up to." Amanda didn't answer. "Waller!"

"Slade's followers are a clear and present danger, Karma," Amanda told her. "I cannot allow them to escape the city. They need to be contained by any means necessary."

Kira shook her head. "You can't."

"Carrying six GBU/43-B bombs, enough fire power to level the city," Amanda told them.

"There are over half a million people in this city," Kira told her.

"576,000," Amanda told them. "None of whom deserve to die. But I have to think about the people in every city. Mirakuru makes a man or woman virtually unstoppable. What could happen to this country, this world, if I don't end this here and now?"

"Listen to me," Karma told her. "Oliver and Jill have the cure. They can stop Slade and his men, with our help."

"I can't take the chance they'll fail," Amanda told them.

"Amanda, we can help them, but we just need more time," Karma told her.

"I'm sorry," Amanda told them. "You have until dawn. And then Starling City is a crater."

Kira and Karma looked at her angrily.

Clock Tower 

The group was still in the clock tower.

Oliver, Jill, Skylar, Aurora and Logan were still suited up, but without their masks and Oliver, Skylar, and Logan's hoods.

Aurora was preparing a syringe with the Mirakuru cure. She walked closer to Roy.

Jill stood next to Roy, sighing, leaning closer to speak into his ear. "I'm sorry."

Aurora hesitantly prepared to inject Roy with the cure. She injected the needle with the cure into Roy's shoulder, pushing the plunger and pushing the liquid into his veins.

Everyone looked at each other, hoping that the cure would work.

Train Station - Outside 

Malcolm was pushing himself up.

Thea grabbed the gun on the ground next to the dead guard, aiming it at Malcolm.

Malcolm stood. "If you're going to use that, you'll want to click the safety off."

Thea did as told. "I'll shoot you. I will."

"I can see it in your eyes," Malcolm told her. "My eyes. They're just like mine. Both of them filled with pain and anger, because those we loved were ripped from us. I lost my name, my wife... Tommy."

"Shut up!" Thea told him emotionally.

"You're all I have left in this world, and you've lost everything, too, Thea," Malcolm told her. "But you still have a father." Thea shook her head. Malcolm walked toward her. "You still have--"

Thea fired the gun twice, looking shocked and terrified.

From 2.23 "Unthinkable", in the clock tower, Oliver, Jill, Justin, Skylar, John, Felicity, Aurora and Logan were waiting for Roy to wake up.

Skylar: (voice over from 2.23 Unthinkable) "The man murdered my mother."

From 2.23 "Unthinkable", in the Queen Mansion, Skylar and Justin were talking.

"I am not taking the cure until I can kill him myself," Skylar told him.

From 2.23 "Unthinkable", in the road tunnels, there was an epic battle between the Mirakuru men, Oliver/Arrow, Jill/Sapphire, Sara/Canary, Amy/Ruby, Skylar/Athena, Aurora/Glacia, Logan/Guardian, Kira/Viper, Karma/Cobra, Roy, Justin, Nyssa and Raven.

Justin: (voice over from 2.23 Unthinkable) "You have a choice."

KILL

From 2.23 "Unthinkable", in the CEO office, Jill/Sapphire drew her swords from the sheaths on her back. Amy/Ruby drew her Sai knives, twirling them in her hands. Sara/Ruby drew her staff, resting it behind her head. 

From 2.23 "Unthinkable", in the sky, a drone was heading straight for Starling City.

OR BE KILLED

From 2.23 "Unthinkable", in the ARGUS facility cell block, John and Lyla were letting the Suicide Squad out of their cells.

From 2.23 "Unthinkable", in Roy's house, Thea was crying.

From 2.23 "Unthinkable", in the road tunnels, Oliver/Arrow, Jill/Sapphire, Sara/Canary, Amy/Ruby, Skylar/Athena, Aurora/Glacia, Logan/Guardian, Kira/Viper, Karma/Cobra, Roy, Justin, Nyssa and Raven were walking with a few men from the League to head into battle with the Mirakuru men.

Oliver: (voice over from 2.23 Unthinkable) "I'm done playing your games."

There were flashes of everyone fighting in various locations, past and present.

Slade: (voice over from 2.23 Unthinkable) "You're done when I say you're done."

SEASON FINALE

From 2.23 "Unthinkable", outside, Oliver/Arrow, Jill/Sapphire and Skylar/Athena were facing off with Slade/Deathstroke, all without their masks on.

Jill drew her swords. "This ends now."
