From 2.01 "City of Heroes", in the conference room, Oliver stood in front of the board.

Oliver: (voice over) "My name is Oliver Queen."

From 2.01 "City of Heroes", in the cemetery, Jill was sitting at Tommy's grave in guilt.

Jill: (voice over) "I'm Jill Wright."

From 1.06 "Legacies", in flashback to the cave on Lian Yu, Oliver was aiding Jill after they saved her from the soldiers.

Oliver lifted the back of her shirt to reveal carved tally marks in her back that were bleeding and scarred. They were all over her back, the tally marks small to include all of the number of the days. There were a few in her shoulders, as the skin of her back couldn't hold it all.

Jill: (voice over) "After five years on a hellish island..."

From 1.23 "Sacrifice", in flashback to the soldier camp, Jill jumped down from the missile launcher, taking cover.

The missile hit the ground at the soldier camp, setting it ablaze.

Jill sat back tiredly on the ground, watching the flames.

From 1.06 "Legacies", in the hideout, Oliver and Jill were training at the hideout with two metal short staffs. Oliver and shirtless. Jill was in workout clothes, including a sports bra. Oliver swung both of his up over their heads, trying to come down on her. Jill raised both of hers in an X shape to block both of his.

Jill: (voice over) "We have come to Starling City with only one goal."

From 1.08 "Vendetta", in the hideout, Jill was getting suited up.

Oliver was watching from nearby, getting suited up.

John and Justin walked closer.

Jill: (voice over) "To save the city."

From 1.21 "The Undertaking", in the casino, Oliver/Arrow fired an arrow into a man's shoulder, making him fall.

Oliver: (voice over) "But to do so..."

From 1.16 "Dead to Rights", on the helipad, Oliver/Arrow and Guillermo Barrera were fighting. Oliver stabbed him with an arrow, killing him.

Oliver: (voice over) "I can't be the killer I once was."

From 1.19 "Unfinished Business", in the lab at the asylum, Oliver/Arrow stabbed the orderly in the chest with an arrow, killing him.

From 1.23 "Sacrifice", in Merlyn Global Group, Tommy and Oliver/Arrow helped Jill/Sapphire inside to get them to the ground outside.

The building was falling apart around them.

Tommy saw rubble falling toward them, pushing them out of the way.

The debris fell onto Tommy, making him fall, pinning him down.

Jill started to pull the debris away.

A pipe had been stabbed into Tommy's chest.

Oliver and Jill were horrified.

Oliver: (voice over) "To honor my friend's memory, I must be someone else."

From 2.01 "City of Heroes", in the cemetery, Oliver and Jill stood at Tommy's grave.

From 2.01 "City of Heroes", in the foundry, Oliver and Jill walked in to join John, Justin and Felicity.

Jill: (voice over) "I must be..."

Jill looked at the knife in her hand. She morphed into Sapphire.

Jill: (voice over) "Something else."

Oliver looked at the arrow in his hand. He morphed into Arrow.

➣ ➣

From 2.16 "Suicide Squad", in ARGUS, Jill/Sapphire and Oliver/Arrow removed their masks to talk to Amanda.

Thea: (voice over) "Previously on Sapphire Arrow."

"There's a new player we've been tracking," Amanda told them.

From 2.18 "Deathstroke", in the road, Slade/Deathstroke was standing in the middle of the road in front of the prison transport bus.

Amanda: (voice over from 2.16 Suicide Squad) "We've been calling him Deathstroke."

All of the prisoners walked off of the bus toward Slade.

"I have a proposal for you men," Slade told them.

From 2.08 "The Scientist", in the applied sciences division, Oliver, Jill, Justin, John, Jessica, Felicity, Barry and Aurora were talking.

Felicity turned to the others. "Guys, this is Aurora Swan. She's a doctor and scientist that works at STAR Labs in Central City."

From 2.09 "Three Ghosts", in the pipeline of STAR Labs, the pipeline started to shake, releasing the cooling system wires.

The cooling wires were releasing a fog of coolant into the room.

Aurora was crying, trying to power through whatever she was feeling to try and salvage the cooling system so that it wouldn't freeze out the entire building and everything else in the system.

The cooling system's coolant, Freon, filled the room.

Aurora wasn't trying to leave the shaking, falling apart pipeline because she knew that Ronnie was gone, crying in despair, falling to her knees, letting herself freeze.

Jill: (voice over from 2.10 Blast Radius) "I think that Aurora Swan nearly froze to death in Central City after losing the love of her life."

From 2.17 "Birds of Prey", in the foundry, Oliver, Jill, Justin, Skylar and Roy were talking.

Oliver looked at Roy. "Stay away from Thea."

Roy looked at him in surprise, standing. "No."

From 2.18 "Deathstroke", outside the precinct, Thea walked out of the station alone, walking down the sidewalk.

Roy was watching her from his red car from nearby, relieved that she was okay, but regretful that he had to go, driving away, out of Starling City.

Oliver: (voice over from 2.17 Birds of Prey) "She's not safe when she's around you."

From 2.18 "Deathstroke", in the office of the precinct, Oliver, Skylar, Thea and Moira were talking.

"How could you not tell me Malcolm Merlyn was my father?" Thea asked incredulously. "I believed in you."

Thea walked away.

From 2.18 "Deathstroke", in the conference room, Oliver, Skylar and Isabel were talking.

"As of 30 minutes ago, your company belongs to me," Isabel told them.

Skylar looked at her knowingly. "Slade. You're working for him."

From 2.18 "Deathstroke", in the precinct, the Lances were facing Pike.

"I've spoke to DA Spencer about your... situation," Pike told her. "She doesn't want to press charges, if you cooperate. Tell us who the vigilantes are."

Jessica scoffed. "Well, I'd love to, but I don't know."

"Jessica Eve Lance, you're under arrest for conspiracy and aiding in multiple felonies," Pike told her. He started to cuff Jessica. "You have the remain silent."

Jessica sighed, thinking that she should have seen this coming, annoyed that it was happening.

From 2.18 "Deathstroke", in Laurel's apartment, Laurel and Slade were talking.

"Oliver Queen is the Arrow, and Jill Wright is Sapphire," Slade told her.

Laurel was stunned and in shock, gasping slightly, looking as if everything was falling into place in her mind.

➣➣

Day One

Night - On the Road

A dark van was driving down the road.

Van

John was driving. Felicity was in the passenger seat. Oliver, Jill, Skylar, Justin, Sara and Amy were in the back, all wearing black with ski masks.

Felicity was fixing her mask. "I don't think my eye holes line up properly." She took off her mask. "Is anyone else having this problem?"

"Don't be nervous," Sara told her.

"I'm a lot nervous," Felicity told them. "This is a big move, even for us. And we've cornered the market on big moves."

"Slade didn't give us any choice," Oliver told them.

"Yeah, but as far as plans go, this is not a good one," Skylar told them.

"Skylar, this was your plan," Justin told her.

"I didn't think you'd actually say yes," Skylar told them.

Amy gave her an amused look.

Justin looked down, hiding a smirk.

John pulled over. "We're here."

Everyone pulled on their masks, getting out of the car, running up to the applied sciences division of Queen Consolidated.

Outside

Skylar pulled at the chain link fence with her super strength until it was broken enough for them to fit through.

Guard was standing by outside.

John walked up behind him, holding him in a chokehold until he passed out.

Guard 2 was standing nearby on the stairs, drawing his gun. Sara jumped up onto the stairs behind him, kicking him in the head, making him fall unconscious.

"Hey," Oliver told her. "That man used to work for me."

"And now he works for our enemy," Sara told them.

Felicity pulled off her mask. "Security cameras are down." They all pulled off their masks. Felicity walked upstairs. "You all remember the skeleton key? Courtesy of William Tockman, AKA, the Clock King, it can open any lock." She put the skeleton key to the door. "Including this one."

The key unlocked the door.

Queen Consolidated - Applied Sciences Division

They walked inside.

John put his bag on the ground, pulling out explosives. "These are plug n' play. Fasten them to what we talked about. Let the C4 do the rest."

"Been a while since I've blown anything up," Amy told them.

Jill nodded. "Quick and clean."

They all walked away to fasten the explosives to walls and structures.

"I'm a bomber," Skylar told them. "I can't believe I'm a bomber. I wonder if I can list that on my resume under special skills."

A man walked toward Felicity from behind, aiming his gun at her. "Freeze!"

Justin walked up next to the man, punching him in the face, kicking him in the head, making him fall unconscious.

Oliver caught the man from falling to the floor, hoisting him over his shoulders to carry him out. "We have to go."

Outside

The three unconscious guards were outside on the ground, far away from the building.

The van drove away.

Van

John was driving. Felicity was in the passenger seat.

Oliver, Jill, Justin, Skylar, Amy and Sara were in the back.

Felicity was looking at the thermal readings in the building from her tablet. "Thermal shows everybody's out."

Everyone looked at Oliver and Skylar.

Skylar hesitantly used the device in her hands to activate the explosives.

"It's just a building, Skylar," Justin told her.

In the background behind Oliver and Jill, the building could be seen exploding through the window.

Oliver, Jill, Justin, Skylar, Sara and Amy looked out through the back windows to watch the explosion.

➣ Sapphire Arrow ➣

Day Two

Morning - Verdant - Foundry

Oliver, Jill, Justin, Skylar, John, Felicity, Sara and Amy were watching the news.

Isabel was responding to the bombing. "Cowards. Who else would needlessly destroy cutting edge, scientific and medical technology whose sole purpose is to make Starling City a healthier and safer place? As CEO of Queen Consolidated, I have a message to the terrorists who committed this unspeakable act. You will be caught, and punished."

Skylar turned the news off. "For the record, I hated her before we found out she was a super villain."

"Okay," Oliver told them. "Slade's goal is to create an army of human weapons using the Mirakuru. To do that, he needs an industrial centrifuge."

"Which having Isabel Rochev steal Queen Consolidated from your family gave him full access to," Jill told him.

"But since applied sciences went kaboom, he can't use our technology--well, formerly ours--for his warped science experiments," Felicity told them.

"Slade has had us on our heels for weeks," John told them. "It's about time we took the fight to him."

"All this will do is set him back," Amy told them. "We have no way of knowing where the next attack is coming from."

Laurel's Apartment - Living Room

Laurel was standing at a board full of information she had set up about Oliver and Jill / Arrow and Sapphire.

Iron Heights Prison - Visitation Room

Laurel, Jessica and Lance were sitting at a table, where Jessica was being held because of being arrested last chapter.

"Look, you need to drop this, okay?" Jessica asked. "I'm fine. Really."

"How is any of this fine?" Lance asked.

"Look, you two need to concentrate on you," Jessica told them. "Now listen, are you going to your meetings?"

"Yes," Laurel answered. "It's where I talk about how my sister's facing prison."

Jessica sighed. "Guys... this will all blow over, okay?"

"No, it won't, Jess," Lance told her. "You were caught aiding and abetting the vigilantes. Working with them last year cost you your detective shield. Now, it can cost you 18 months in prison. They want their names. Do you know who Sapphire and Arrow are?"

Jessica shook her head. "I don't. I swear."

"Okay, well, what about the woman in black and woman in red?" Laurel asked. "Do you know who they are?"

Sara walked in.

Jessica looked at Sara, sighing. "No."

"Well, you must have some idea," Laurel told her.

"Laurel, I can't tell you what I don't know," Jessica told her.

"Time's up," a man told them.

Jessica sighed, standing, looking at Lance, Laurel and Sara. "Take care of each other."

Sara nodded.

The guards led Jessica away.

Laurel turned to Lance and Sara. "Do you really think she doesn't know who the vigilantes are?"

"It's not like Jess to lie," Sara told them.

"Sometimes it's people closest to us who lie to us best," Laurel told them, walking away.

Lance and Sara sighed.

Queen Mansion - Living Room

Moira, Oliver and Skylar were meeting with a man.

The man opened a briefcase with papers and a pen. "Where is Thea? She should be here for this, too."

"I doubt she's coming," Skylar told him.

"Well, I can't lie to any of you," the man told them. "It's bad. If Isabel Rochev is one thing, it's thorough. She's been laying the foundation for this takeover for months."

"But we still own a majority of stock in the company, correct?" Oliver asked.

"Yes," the man answered. "But Isabel had diluted that stock to the point where it's worthless. On paper, you're virtually broke."

Skylar sighed.

"And what's the good news?" Moira asked.

"We can protect your assets," the man answered. "We need to move everything into a new trust that Isabel can't touch. All I need is the beneficiaries from the current trust to approve the transfer. The three of you and Thea."

"Thea needs to sign off?" Skylar asked.

"Yes, and quickly," the man answered.

They stood.

"Thank you, Ned," Moira told him. Ned nodded, walking out, leaving. "Well, now I have to become mayor. It seems I'll need the income."

"Losing the company wasn't your fault," Oliver told her. "It was mine. I let Isabel Rochev get the better of me."

"No, you always see the good in people, even if they don't deserve it," Moira told him. She looked at Skylar. "Both of you do. I know that better than most. Isabel is a vindictive woman. She would have done this with or without your trust."

"How do you know?" Skylar asked. "You told us months ago we couldn't trust her."

Moira sighed. "Your father had a weakness for beautiful, strong women."

Skylar looked heartbroken by this news. "They were together?"

"Yes," Moira answered sadly. Skylar held her head in her hands, turning away. "She was still in business school at the time. The pretty intern that caught the CEO's eye." She sat at the table, taking the paperwork, signing it. "All right, you take this to Thea, and you convince her, somehow, to help us fight back."

Moira stood, handing the paperwork to Skylar.

Skylar nodded.

Oliver sighed, looking down.

Flashback

Night - Lian Yu - Fuselage

Oliver, Jill, Sara, Anatoly, Thomas and the other man were next to a campfire.

Jill was cleaning Oliver's wounds.

"Hey, will you help me up?" Oliver asked.

"Yeah," Jill answered, helping Oliver stand.

"Just to my trunk," Oliver told her.

"Okay," Jill told him.

They reached the trunk.

Oliver opened it, pulling out some of the medicinal herbs, taking some.

Jill took some for her own wounds.

Anatoly walked closer. "Oh, look who's up. Just in time for all the fun."

They turned to Ivo on the floor.

"What are you going to do to him?" Sara asked.

Anatoly glared at Ivo. "Make him scream." He held up a knife. "Just like he made us. Hmm? They say living well is best revenge? Ha. I prefer torture." He held the knife toward Oliver and Jill. "You want first turn?"

"No," Jill answered.

"Please," Ivo told them. "I can help you."

"No, doctor," Anatoly told him. "I can help you. What was it you said you needed for research? An eye?" He gripped him by his shirt. "Let me get you a fresh one."

Anatoly raised his blade.

"You can still stop Slade Wilson!" Ivo told them desperately.

Jill walked closer. "Anatoly. Wait." She looked at Ivo. "What did you say?"

"I can help you stop him," Ivo told them.

"How?" Anatoly asked. "The miracle drug of yours has turned him into a monster."

"I know," Ivo told them. "I can turn him back."

"Ivo, what are you saying?" Oliver asked.

"The Mirakuru," Ivo told them. "There's a cure."

Sara looked at Oliver and Jill.

Now

Day - Verdant

Jill was having a drink.

Oliver and Skylar walked in. "Hey."

"Hey," Jill told them.

"Is Thea here?" Skylar asked.

Jill shook her head. "No, I haven't seen her. Jessica, on the other hand, is willing to go to jail for Sapphire/Arrow."

Oliver sighed.

Felicity, Justin, Sara and John walked toward them.

"I know you said you weren't worried, but we went to Roy's apartment," Felicity told them. "It's empty."

"Seems like he cleared out a few days ago," John told them.

"Where the hell did he go?" Jill asked.

Oliver sighed. "Roy will have to wait. All right, we need to deal with Slade, figure out what his next move is."

Foundry

Oliver, Jill, Skylar, Justin, John, Sara and Felicity walked downstairs.

"I know Slade," Jill told them. "He is not going to stop till..."

Slade/Deathstroke was waiting for them. "Welcome home."

Slade drew a gun, trying to shoot them.

Oliver, Jill and Skylar grabbed John, Felicity and Justin, flipping over the railing to the floor to make the shots miss.

Sara ducked.

John and Justin drew their guns, firing.

Jill took cover behind a post.

John turned the lights off.

Jill ran out of cover, grabbing her sword, jumping over the desk, slashing into Slade. Slade drew his sword, slashing toward her. Jill raised her sword to block the move, slashing toward him repeatedly, making him back away.

Slade caught Jill's sword, spinning it out of her grasp, making the blade cut into her forehead, making her groan in pain, using it to pull her closer to grip her throat. "Hello, Jill."

Slade threw Jill across the room into the table, making her fall to the floor and hit her head.

John walked closer, firing shots at Slade.

"Diggle, stay back!" Justin told him, firing shots at Slade.

"You're wasting your bullets," Slade told them.

John punched Slade in the face three times to no avail.

Oliver ran closer.

Slade threw John into a glass case, making him fall.

Sara grabbed one of her staffs from nearby, using it to hit Slade repeatedly. They spun around each other, exchanging a few blows with the staffs and the swords. Slade tried to kick her. Sara ducked.

Slade stabbed Sara in the shoulder, making her yell in pain, flipping her to the floor.

Oliver and Slade exchanged a few punches and blows.

Slade slashed into Oliver, punching him in the face. "Don't forget who taught you how to fight."

Skylar punched Slade in the face. Slade tried to stab her with the sword. Skylar ducked, spinning closer to backhand punch him in the face, spinning to try and kick him. Slade ducked, stabbing Skylar in the side, lifting her up from the floor, slamming her onto the table, making it break and both fall to the floor.

Slade walked away.

Justin ran to turn the lights back on, checking on Felicity.

Jill, Skylar, Sara, John and Oliver slowly stood, looking around.

Slade was gone.

Hospital - Hallway

Lance and Laurel were walking down the hallway, looking at a nearby nurse.

"Excuse me, we're looking for my daughter, Sara Lance," Lance told her.

The nurse pointed at a nearby hospital room and a doctor walking out of it

"Excuse me," Laurel told him. "I'm Laurel Lance. This is my father, Quentin. Is my sister okay?"

"Oh, she'll be fine," the doctor answered. "Just a wound in her shoulder and a hairline fracture on her wrist. We set it. She's got some nasty bruises; looks worse than it is."

"Thank you," Lance told him.

"Nothing compared to her previous injuries," the doctor told them.

"Previous... injuries?" Laurel repeated.

"Yes, Sara has extensive scar tissue over her entire body," the doctor answered. "The last person I saw with that much damage was a veteran injured in Iraq. Has Sara served in the military?"

"No," Lance answered. "No, she hasn't."

Hospital Room

Laurel and Lance walked in.

Sara was pulling on her shirt to cover her scars.

"Sara?" Lance asked worriedly.

Sara turned to face them. "Hey."

"What happened to you?" Laurel asked.

"Oh, I'm fine," Sara told them. "I just had a little motorcycle mishap. It was nothing. I already got my discharge papers."

"But your back..." Laurel trailed off. "Those scars, where did you get them?"

Sara didn't answer, sighing.

Lance sighed. "You okay?"

"I will be," Sara answered. "Yeah, the motorcycle accident, it was stupid. I was making a left turn, this car ran a red light."

"Did you file a police report?" Laurel asked.

"I didn't see the point," Sara told them. "I'm fine. That's--that's what counts, right?"

Lance nodded. "Right."

"I should really go," Laurel told them. "I have a deposition in an hour."

"Okay," Lance told her.

"Thanks for checking up on me," Sara told her.

"Always," Laurel told them, walking away.

Sara and Lance exchanged a look, as if they knew that Laurel was getting closer to the truth about who Sara was, but not knowing that she already knew Oliver and Jill's secrets.

Verdant - Storage Closet

Thea was working.

Skylar walked toward her, with the paperwork. "Hey. We missed you this morning. The meeting with Ned Foster." Thea was giving her the silent treatment, ignoring her completely as if she wasn't there, continuing to work. "Thea, I know that you're mad at Mom, Ollie and me, but we have found a way out of this financial mess where we aren't going to lose everything. We all signed, we just... we need your signature, and hopefully we can stop Isabel from ruining us."

"After Oliver let us ruin us, you mean?" Thea asked. She took the paperwork from Skylar. "It says Thea Queen here. Who's she?"

Skylar sighed. "That's you, Speedy."

Thea scoffed. "No, it's not." She put the paperwork down, walking away. "Robert Queen wasn't my father. Malcolm Merlyn was."

They walked out of the storage closet.

Main Room

Thea and Skylar walked down the stairs of the main room of the club.

"Thea Merlyn," Thea told her. "Kind of has a nice ring to it."

"Merlyn was your biological father, but Dad raised you," Skylar told her.

"Only because he didn't know I wasn't his," Thea told her.

Skylar grabbed Thea by the arm to stop her from walking away. "Hey. Hey, he... he loved you. So do I, and I am still your sister. Ollie is still your brother."

"No, you're my half-sister, and Oliver is my half-brother," Thea told her. "And you know who else was my half-brother? Tommy. And my real father killed my half-brother. That's how screwed up I am." She started to walk away, but turned back. "And you know the sad part, I was actually starting to be in a good place. I had the club, I had Roy, I had a brother and sister who weren't lying to me. And for the first time in my crazy life, everything didn't seem so completely and totally messed up. I thought I was going to be okay. I'm so stupid."

"You're not stupid," Skylar told her.

"No, what I am... is the daughter of two mass murderers," Thea told her. "Not one, but two. So, let's face it, Skylar. I was never going to be okay. It's not in my genes."

Thea walked away.

Skylar sighed. "Thea..."

Justin walked toward her. "Skylar. We need to talk downstairs. Now."

Skylar nodded, sighing.

They walked toward the basement door.

Foundry

The foundry was cleaned up now.

Skylar and Justin walked downstairs to join Oliver, Jill, John, Felicity, Sara and Amy.

"What do we have?" Justin asked.

"What Slade took," Felicity answered.

"Took?" Skylar repeated.

"He wasn't here to kill us," Oliver told them. "He was here because we had something that he wanted. The skeleton key."

"I did a full sweep," Sara told them. "It's the only thing that's missing."

Jill sighed. "He needs a new way to mass produce the serum now that we've dusted applied sciences."

"With the skeleton key, he can get into anywhere and take anything he wants," John told them.

"We know what he wants," Amy told them. "We just need to find it first. Where is the most cutting edge technology housed in Starling City?"

Jill / Sapphire:

Amy / Ruby:

Night - STAR Labs Facility - Outside

Oliver/Arrow and Jill/Sapphire rode up to the facility on one motorcycle, while Skylar, Sara/Canary and Amy/Ruby pulled up others.

Inside

Aurora Swan was inside, standing with two men, and two women.

Woman 1 was of dark skin and hair, sitting at the desk and computer, typing away.

Woman 2 stood behind her. "You are a computer genius, Emma."

Emma smiled. "Thanks, Caitlin."

"The combined inventory of every scientist who ever worked at STAR Labs," Man 1 told them. "All housed right in here. I hereby christen this building 'da bomb'."

Man 2 smirked in amusement. "Nobody says that anymore, Cisco."

"I say it," Cisco told him. "I define my own cool, Logan. I still can't believe Dr. Wells is shutting this place down."

"STAR Labs blew a hole in Central City when we turned the particle accelerator on," Caitlin told them. She stood, walking closer. "It's not surprising that Starling City cancelled the lease on this facility. We're not exactly the poster children for 'let us store our unregulated prototypes in your neighborhood'."

"It was an accident, Caitlin," Emma told her.

"Yeah, well, try telling that to the families of the people who died," Aurora told them.

Logan turned to Aurora. "Maybe you can figure out how to tell that to yourself."

Aurora tilted her head. "Look, Logan, let's get this inventory done so we can go home."

They heard a door open in the distance.

"I thought we were the only ones here," Caitlin told them.

"Maybe it's one of the security guards," Emma told them.

Caitlin, Emma, Aurora, Logan, and Cisco walked down the way toward a security guard.

"Oh, hey, man," Logan told him. "We should be wrapped up any minute now."

The guard looked at them expressionlessly, weakly.

"Are you getting a bad vibe off this guy?" Cisco asked.

The guard coughed up blood, falling to the floor, dead.

Slade/Deathstroke was standing behind him. He drew two guns.

Aurora and Logan started to pull Caitlin, Emma and Cisco away.

"Run," Logan told them.

They ran.

Slade followed. "The longer you make me chase you, the slower I will kill you."

"Aurora?" Logan asked.

Aurora and Logan stopped running, sighing, turning around to face Slade.

Slade walked closer, stopping a little distance away, drawing two swords. "I take back what I said. I'll make this quick." Slade tried to punch them. Logan was able to block the move with his arm, obviously having super strength. "It looks like I'm not the only strong one here."

Logan punched Slade in the face, kicking him in the chest, making him back away.

Aurora held her hands out to her sides. Pelts of ice formed in her palms. She threw the ice in a long stream toward Slade, making him fall to the floor.

Jill/Sapphire and Oliver/Arrow ran into the hallway from behind Aurora.

Aurora turned to face them, turning to throw ice toward them without realizing who they were.

Jill used her sword to cut the ice to pieces, making them fall.

Aurora and Logan had been scared that they had been found out by new people.

Aurora realized it was just them.

Jill and Oliver realized that the one with ice powers was Aurora, looking at her in shock.

"That's... new," Oliver told her.

Logan looked at Aurora in surprise. "You know the vigilantes in this town?"

Aurora breathed heavily, nodding.

Logan turned around.

Slade was gone.

Skylar, Sara/Canary and Amy/Ruby ran closer.

"We're too late," Skylar told them.

"Slade targeted them out of the inventory room so his minions could steal the centrifuge," Sara told them.

Amy looked at Aurora and Logan. "Who the hell are you?"

Aurora and Logan were breathing slightly heavily, not knowing how to react to all of this.

➣➣

The cops were here.

Cisco, Caitlin, Emma, Logan and Aurora were sitting in the lobby of the facility.

Felicity, Justin and John walked in.

Aurora stood. "Felicity. Justin."

"Aurora," Felicity told her. They embraced, pulling away. "Whoa, you're cold. Cisco, Caitlin, Emma, Logan. Are you guys okay? He didn't hurt you, did he?"

"You said 'he' twice," Caitlin told her. "Do you know who attacked us? That lunatic with the mask and the swords?"

"Uh, no," Felicity told them. "I--no, I don't know." Aurora knew she was lying, rolling her eyes, looking away. "I--I said 'he' twice, because on the radio, I heard that the person who attacked you had man parts, which would make him a... he."

"I'm John Diggle," John told them. "Justin Smoak and I work security for Queen Consolidated. Do you have any idea what the man in the mask may have taken? An industrial centrifuge, by any chance?"

"Yeah, and how did this guy not kill you?" Felicity asked. "What stopped him?"

Emma shook her head. "It's a secret."

"What kind of secret?" Felicity answered.

"The kind I have to keep," Emma answered.

"Well, do Cisco and Caitlin have to keep it, too?" Felicity asked.

"Yes," Emma answered. "They do."

Justin looked at Aurora and Logan. "Okay. We're just so happy that you guys are okay. How's Barry doing?"

"He's the same," Logan answered.

"What about the other girl that was in the coma?" Justin asked. "Uh, Vera, wasn't it, the girl who burned alive?"

"Yeah, she's the same, too," Logan answered.

John nodded. "Right."

"Well, I'll come visit again, as soon as I can," Felicity told them.

"That would be cool," Cisco told her. "Vera doesn't get a lot of visitors, but Barry does. Iris is there a lot."

"Iris?" Felicity repeated.

"She's my sister," Emma explained. "Our family took Barry in when he was really young after his mother died and his father was sent to prison."

Felicity nodded in understanding. "Oh. Sure. Good."

Aurora walked toward Felicity, Justin and John. "Can Logan and I talk to you? Not... here."

John nodded.

They walked away.

Day Two

Morning - Verdant - Foundry

Aurora and Logan were here with the team.

Felicity was at the computers.

Amy pointed at Aurora and Logan, looking at the others. "Why are they allowed into the cave and allowed to see who we really are?"

"Because they saved our lives," Jill answered.

"Right after Aurora was nearly frozen to death when the particle accelerator exploded in Central City," Oliver told them. He looked at Aurora. "Is that how you got your... new powers?"

Aurora nodded awkwardly. "It's a... long story, but I found out about them when I was still recuperating in STAR Labs."

"I was affected by the particle accelerator explosion, too," Logan told them. "Which is how I got super strength."

"And why you were able to fight Slade," Skylar added.

"Do Emma, Caitlin and Cisco know?" Justin asked. "Is that the secret that Emma was talking about?"

Logan nodded. "It was actually because of them helping us heal from the accident that we found out about our powers."

Sara looked at the computer work that Aurora and Felicity were doing. "What are you doing?"

"Using Aurora's access in STAR Labs, I was able to get into Harrison Wells' personal files," Felicity explained.

"He's the director of STAR Labs," Aurora told them. "Look. Slade's men didn't take a centrifuge, exactly. It's a variation of a centrifuge. This is a prototype for one of our new bio-tech projects. It's a biotransfuser. It can deliver blood from one single patient into multiple patients at once."

"Why would Slade need a blood transfusion?" John asked.

"He doesn't," Jill answered. "The prisoners that he freed from Iron Heights last week to create his own personal army do."

"With a few tweaks, Slade can retro-fit it for the Mirakuru, bypassing what we know to be a less than desirable ratio of success to, you know, death," Aurora told them. "Instead of it metabolizing in the person, it happens in the machine."

"That's going to require a whole lot of blood," John told them. "Even a man with Slade's stamina can't handle that kind of drain."

"Good," Oliver told them.

"What do you mean?" Justin asked.

"We let him use it," Oliver told them. "He'll be weak, vulnerable, and that will by my opportunity to kill him. How do we find this thing?"

"A machine like this pulls an exorbitant amount of power from the grid," Logan told them. "When it turns on, we'll know when and where. Right now, we just wait."

"I'm tired of waiting," Amy told them, walking away.

Everyone exchanged a look.

Flashback

Night - Lian Yu - Fuselage

Oliver, Jill, Sara and Anatoly were still questioning Ivo about the cure while Thomas and the other man watched.

"Don't listen to him," Anatoly told them. "He's lying."

"The cure is real, I promise," Ivo told them.

"No, he's just trying to save his neck," Anatoly told them.

Sara pulled Anatoly away from Ivo, kneeling in front of him. "Anthony, look at me. Tell us about the cure."

Anatoly scoffed, walking away toward Thomas and the other man.

"I want to help you, Sara," Ivo told her. "But first, you have to promise you'll help me, too."

"She can't save your life," Jill told him.

Ivo showed them his severed stump of a hand and a nasty rash of infection spreading over his skin. "No one can. Not anymore. All I ask for is a quick death."

"You don't deserve a quick death," Oliver told him.

"I know," Ivo told them. "And I'm still asking."

Jill looked at Sara. "It's your call."

Sara looked at Ivo, nodding.

"Thank you," Ivo told them.

"Start talking, Ivo," Oliver told him impatiently.

"I was never able to replicate the Mirakuru serum from the original Japanese World War II research I discovered," Ivo told them. "After conducting experiments on the prisoners that I acquired this past year, I was able to synthesize a solution that counteracts, reverses the physiological effects that exposure to Mirakuru produces. From more than human, back to human."

"Where is this cure now?" Jill asked.

"You'll keep your word about ending my life?" Ivo asked.

"Yes," Sara answered. "Tell us."

Ivo took out a key on a necklace, holding it toward Sara. "On the freighter." Sara took the key. "In the safe in my quarters." Oliver turned away in frustration. "Now I believe... this concludes my end of our deal."

Sara nodded, standing, walking toward the table behind Oliver and Jill. She grabbed the gun there, turning to aim shakily at Ivo.

Queen Consolidated - CEO Office

Isabel was sitting at the desk.

Oliver and John walked in.

"Whatever you came here to say, it takes security about 60 seconds to reach this floor," Isabel told them. John stayed by the door. "So I would start talking."

"Where's Slade?" Oliver asked. "I just wanted to give you the chance to do the right choice."

"I'm under 30, and I'm the CEO of a fortune 500 company," Isabel told him. "I'd say I've already done the right thing."

"And do you even know who Slade Wilson is?" Oliver asked. "Or why he's doing this?"

"I don't care," Isabel told him. "I got what I earned."

"What you earned?" Oliver repeated incredulously. "You think that sleeping with my father entitles you to my family's company?"

"You have no idea what you're talking about," Isabel told him.

"Wow, he fooled around with a lot of girls," Oliver told her. "I don't see any of them ordering hostile takeovers."

"Fooled around?" Isabel asked.

"Yeah," Oliver answered.

"Is that what your mother told you?" Isabel asked. "Of course she would write me off as a meaningless affair." She stood, walking away. Oliver followed her. "Slade Wilson put me through hell. His training nearly killed me."

Conference Room

Isabel and Oliver walked in.

"Would I put myself through all that just because I was a jilted lover?" Isabel asked, going through paperwork that was on the table.

"Honestly, I don't know what you are," Oliver told her.

"I was your father's soulmate," Isabel told him. Oliver scoffed. "He was going to leave your mother, leave the company, leave you. Our bags were packed."

"Really?" Oliver asked skeptically.

"Your sister Thea had to go and break her arm doing something ridiculous, no doubt," Isabel told him.

"She fell off her horse," Oliver told her.

"We were at the airport when he got the call," Isabel told him. "I begged him not to go. I reminded him that Thea wasn't even his."

Oliver was stunned. "Are you saying that my father knew?"

"Of course he knew," Isabel answered. "He was a fool, not an idiot. And like a fool, he loved her anyway. He promised me that we would leave the next day. But instead, but internship was terminated and he never spoke to me again."

"Oh, so that's what this is really about?" Oliver asked. "He chose us over you."

Security walked in.

"Please escort Mr. Queen off the premises," Isabel told them.

"Don't touch me," Oliver told them.

"He's no longer welcome in this building," Isabel told them. "My building."

Oliver glared at Isabel, being escorted out of the room by security.

Elevator Bank

Oliver and John walked toward the elevators, escorted by security.

Oliver made a call.

Thea's voice was on the other line. "Hello?"

"Thea, it's Ollie," Oliver told her. "Listen, I just need five minutes face to face."

"What do you want?" Thea asked.

"There's something you need to hear," Oliver told her.

"Five minutes," Thea told him. "Come by the club after we close."

Oliver hung up.

"Just spoke with Justin," John told him. "Someone reached out to the vigilantes. Wants a meeting with the Arrow."

They walked into the elevator.

"Who?" Oliver asked.

"Laurel," John answered.

Oliver frowned in confusion.

Iron Heights Prison - Cell Block

Jessica was being led down the hallway.

"You comfortable here, Officer Lance?" a guard asked. "I can see if there's an extra blanket if you're cold in your cell."

"Nah, I'm good," Jessica told him. "But now that I'm on this side of the law, I think it's just Jessica."

"I'm sure it's just a misunderstanding," the guard told her. "You'll be out of here soon."

"Yeah, I appreciate your optimism," Jessica told him.

The guard nodded, walking away.

A female prisoner elbowed a guard in the face hard enough to make him fall unconscious,

Other prisoners jumped Jessica, restraining her.

The female prisoner held a knife to Jessica's throat. "Remember us? You should, 'cause we remember you, officer."

Jessica kicked the female prisoner in the leg, making her back away, backing away into the two men restraining her, making them let go. "All right, take it easy."

"'Cause you and those vigilante freak shows are the reason we're in this place," a man told her. "We thought we should welcome you."

Man 2 tried to stab Jessica. Jessica ducked, punching him in the face. More men restrained her as the female prisoner tried to stab her. Jessica used her cuffed hands to spin the knife away, leaning back into the two men restraining her to kick the female prisoner in the face, making them all let go. Man 3 kicked Jessica in the head, making her fall, trying to hit her with a broom stick. Jessica rolled out of the way, making him hit concrete, kneeling up. Man 3 tried to hit her with the broomstick. Jessica used the cuffs to block the move, kicking Man 4 in the chest, spinning around to punch Man 5 in with both her cuffed hands, kneeing him in the stomach, making him fall to his knees, grabbing his head, slamming it against the wall, making him fall unconscious, spinning to kick Man 6 behind her. Man 2 and the female prisoner both stabbed Jessica in the back and side, making her cry out in pain. Man 7 tried to tackle Jessica. Jessica backed out of the way, turning to Man 8, elbowing him in the face. Man 9 tried to punch her. Jessica ducked, grabbing him by the back of his jumpsuit, throwing him down. Man 8 punched Jessica in the face, trying to punch her again. Jessica raised her cuffed hands to block the move, punching him in the head. Man 3 hit Jessica with the broomstick repeatedly, slowing her down and hurting her further. Jessica pushed him off, turning to kick Man 4 in the leg, making him fall to his knees, spinning to kick him in the head, making him fall unconscious. The female prisoner and Man 2 both stabbed Jessica in the shoulders and sides, making her cry out as another prisoner beat her in the head with a baton, beating her brutally.

Guards ran closer to pull the prisoners away from Jessica.

Jessica sighed in pain, bleeding and beaten, pushing herself up, glaring at the prisoners as the guards took them away.

Night - Road

Laurel got out of her car, walking toward Oliver/Arrow.

Oliver/Arrow disguised his voice. "I heard about your sister being arrested. If I could help her, I would."

"That's not what this is about," Laurel told him. "It's funny, isn't it? We were always drawn to the way that you and Sapphire and the others protect this city. I couldn't explain why, but... but a part of me felt connected to you. You were always there. For me... for Jessica... for our family, and for some reason, I never asked why."

"Are you asking now?" Oliver asked.

"I don't have to," Laurel told him. "Because I already know the answer." Her phone rang. She pulled it out to answer, turning away. "Hello?"

Lance's voice was on the other line. "Laurel... it's Jessica."

Laurel listened to what he had to say, in shock, turning to face Oliver.

"What is it?" Oliver asked.

Laurel looked absolutely worried about her sister.

➣➣

Iron Heights Prison - Hallway

Laurel and Lance walked down the hallway.

Kate walked toward her. "Laurel, Quentin, I am so sorry. We had Jessica under protective custody."

"There's no such thing as protective custody in Iron Heights," Lance told her.

They continued to walk.

Infirmary

Laurel and Lance walked in to see Jessica beaten and healing in her hospital bed, with Sara by her side.

Laurel looked at her worriedly. "Jess."

"Hey," Jessica told them. "It's all right, guys. It's all right." They went to hug her. "Whoa, whoa, don't touch the ribs. The ribs."

"I'm getting tired of visiting my family members in a hospital," Lance told them. "What happened?"

"Oh, it's just a bunch of old collars jumping me in the hallway," Jessica answered. "I guess I'm not the most popular girl in prison."

"Sara, Dad, do you mind giving Jess and I a second alone, please?" Laurel asked.

"Yeah, of course," Sara told them.

"We'll be right outside," Lance told them.

They walked out, leaving.

Laurel turned to Jessica, sighing, sitting next to her. "Jess..."

"What is it, Laurel?" Jessica asked.

"I have to tell you something," Laurel told her

"What is it?" Jessica asked.

"I know who Sapphire and Arrow are," Laurel answered.

"What?" Jessica asked. Laurel nodded. "Don't say another word." Jessica shook her head. "Don't say anything." Laurel frowned in confusion and concern. Jessica sat up painfully. "Okay. I don't care who they are. In fact, I don't even want to know who they are."

"Why not?" Laurel asked.

"'Cause I know if I know who they really are, then they'd become people," Jessica answered. "Right? Maybe they've got families, friends. People that care about them. People with lives. That they couldn't be what I needed them to be. What this city needs them to be. It's the Sapphire and Arrow that matter. The faces underneath the masks... they're important, yeah. But it's more important to keep them secrets. Can you imagine what it's like to be them? What they have to live with day in and day out, what that's got to be like? Hey, they helped me get justice for Danny's murder, helped me save you, and Dad, and they've saved me, countless times. The least I can do is sit here and do a little bit of time for them."

Laurel managed a small smile, nodding in agreement.

Hallway

Laurel walked out into the hallway to join Sara and Lance, walking toward Kate.

"How's your sister?" Kate asked.

"She'll be better once you drop all charges and sign her release papers," Laurel told her.

"She is facing 18 months," Kate told her.

"Yes, but she is not going to stay here another day unless you want me to resign and embark on an exciting new career as a criminal defense attorney whose sole ambition will be to sue the district attorney's office for wrongful arrest and reckless endangerment," Laurel told her.

Kate sighed. "Your sister will be released on her own recognizance within the hour. And reinstated. Tomorrow."

Kate walked away.

Laurel smirked smugly, turning toward Sara and Lance, who were both smirking in approval and proud.

"A word of advice," Lance told her. "Be mindful of the battles you choose, because it will not always be this easy."

"Nice work, counselor," Sara told her.

Laurel chuckled. "Thank you. How's your arm?"

"Mm, fine," Sara answered. "Only hurts when I wave."

Sara waved.

Lance put a hand on Sara's bruise over her forehead. "Ouch."

"I'm fine, I promise," Sara told them.

"I know you will be," Lance told her. "Just like Jessie will be."

Sara walked toward the infirmary to walk in and talk to Jessica.

Laurel watched them through the door.

Verdant - Outside

Thea walked outside toward Oliver and Skylar.

"Thank you for agreeing to talk to us," Skylar told her.

"You're talking," Thea told them. "I only agreed to listen."

"I just want to start with--" Oliver started. His phone started to ring. "I know you think that--" His phone continued to ring. He cleared his throat. "Hold on." He turned away to answer. "I can't talk right now, Felicity."

"I know," Felicity told him. She was in the foundry. "But the grid at Collins and Main just spiked, drawing a hell of a lot of power. Which means someone either plugged in the world's largest hair dryer, or the biotransfuser just went online."

Aurora was sitting at the table with Felicity. "The power cycle on this machine is very specific. You have 30 minutes, 40 tops."

Amy and Jill were getting suited up.

"I know this is selfish, Oliver, and don't hate me for saying this, but... don't go," Jill told him. "If you and Skylar don't get Thea to sign those documents, your family loses all of its assets."

"But if we don't stop Slade right now, a lot of people will lose a lot more," Amy told them. "That's why Jill and I are going."

Inside - Foundry

Felicity hung up the Bluetooth.

Jill and Amy walked out, leaving.

Logan turned after them worriedly. He looked at Justin, Aurora and Felicity. "They can't do this alone, can they?"

"They'd like to think that they can do anything," Justin told them. "But Slade's dangerous, and out of control. Oliver and Skylar need to be with his family. So does Sara. They can't go without someone finding out the truth about who they really are."

"Well, I guess it helps that we don't even live in Starling City," Logan told them. "And Slade's seen our faces. He's seen what we can do. We can help them."

Justin nodded nervously. "Be careful."

Logan and Aurora exchanged a look, nodding, walking out, leaving.

Warehouse

Jill/Sapphire and Amy/Ruby arrived to the warehouse where the biotransfuser was set up, jumping over a railing to land on the floor below in crouches, standing, walking toward the machine.

The prisoners that Slade had taken were laid in a circle around the machine, all unconscious.

Jill and Amy walked on either side of the machine, circling around it, looking at all of the prisoners with bleeding eyes, walking around to the steps leading up to the donator of blood, walking up to face the unconscious, weak person their after given so much blood.

Roy.

➣➣

Jill and Amy were horrified to see Roy like this.

Jill reached toward a wire.

Slade walked closer. "I wouldn't touch that if I were you." Jill and Amy drew their blades, turning to face Slade defensively. Isabel walked in from behind Slade. "Removing him mid-cycle will surely end his life."

"Slade, he's just a kid!" Jill told him.

"Who's here only because you and your friends pushed him away," Slade told them. "You were the only people he looked up to. And for that, you crushed his soul."

"We found him at a shelter in Bludhaven," Isabel told them. "Pathetic. Didn't even put up a fight."

"We will," Amy told them. "Tell me how to shut it down."

"If you could feel the power that is surging through me, you would know that I do no fear knives or swords," Slade told them. "I am stronger than you can even imagine." He drew his sword. "And soon... I will not be alone."

Jill drew a knife from her sheath, throwing it into the power box, making it spark, shutting down the electricity. She threw knife after knife toward Isabel and Slade.

Isabel ducked.

Slade used his sword to deflect the knives.

Isabel drew a gun, trying to shoot Jill and Amy.

Jill and Amy took cover, running in opposite ways.

Isabel followed Amy, shooting toward her.

Jill threw a knife into Isabel's hand, making her drop the gun.

Amy rolled over the table to kick Isabel in the face, making her fall, standing. Isabel stood, kicking Amy in the stomach, spinning to try and kick her again. Amy ducked. Isabel tried to kick her. Amy raised an arm to block the move, trying to stab Isabel. Isabel ducked, spinning to try and backhand punch her in the face. Amy ducked, slashing her Sai knives across Isabel's cheeks, making her fall.

Slade ran toward Jill, tackling her into the wall behind her, making a piece of the wall break at impact, backing away, throwing her over his head, making her fall to the floor. "You can't hurt me, kid."

Slade raised his sword to stab Jill.

Jill raised her sword to block the move, spinning to kick him in the legs, making him back away, turning to throw a knife into his stomach. "No, but I can take care of myself." She threw two shocking devices into Slade's chest, making it electrocute him and back away. She stood, running up the stairs to the machine to get to Roy, undoing his restraints. "Come on, Roy. All right, stay with me."

Isabel stood, aiming a gun at Amy.

Aurora arrived behind Isabel, putting her hands on either side of Isabel's wrist, freezing her skin to make her unable to pull the trigger, punching her in the head, making her fall unconscious.

Amy and Jill looked at Aurora in surprise, impressed.

Slade tried to attack Jill from behind. Logan arrived behind Slade, punching him viciously repeatedly, making him back away from Jill, picking him up, throwing him into the wall, making the wall break from the amount of strength that he had used and making him fall.

Amy and Jill were even more impressed.

Logan nodded to Roy. "Get him out of here."

Amy ran up next to Jill and Roy, helping Jill take Roy off the rack.

Logan turned to face Slade.

Slade stood, walking closer. "You two again."

Aurora formed ice in her hands, throwing the knife-like ice into Isabel's stomach and shoulders. She used the ice to form around Isabel at the wall to keep her pinned.

Logan continued to beat Slade, while Slade fought back to beat Logan.

Jill and Amy pulled Roy toward the stairs.

"Aurora, Logan, come on!" Jill told them.

Logan backhand punched Slade in the face with so much strength he made him flip through the air and fall to the ground.

Aurora lowered her hands, turning to run after Jill, Amy, Logan and Roy.

Jill and Amy both had crossbow claws, shooting them up into the ceiling, taking Logan, Roy and Aurora to the skylight to make their escape.

➣➣

Verdant - Foundry

Roy was lying on the table, unconscious.

Jill and Amy were no longer suited up.

They were all standing around Roy.

Aurora was giving Roy a blood transfusion. "He's lost a lot of blood. I don't know what the biotransfuser did to him. But his pulse is really weak. He's barely breathing."

"We're lucky that you're a real doctor," Sara told her.

Logan nodded in agreement. "Yeah."

"What do we do now?" Felicity asked.

"The only thing we can do," John answered. "We wait."

"Well, while we're waiting, we still have a Slade problem," Amy told them. "He's got 20 guys just like him, and we have no way to stop him."

"Yes, we do," Jill told them, taking a vial of Mirakuru out of her pocket.

"Is that what I think it is?" Skylar asked.

"Mirakuru," Jill told them.

"You weren't thinking about taking it, were you?" Justin asked.

"No," Jill answered. "We're going to use it to make a cure."

"Jill, we don't even know if it's possible to reverse the affects," Justin told her.

Oliver sighed. "Yes, we do." Oliver, Jill and Sara exchanged a look. "Ivo did it."

"Why didn't you ever tell us that, Ollie?" Skylar asked.

"Because I'm ashamed," Oliver answered.

Jill looked down.

"Of what?" John asked.

Oliver looked Jill.

Jill looked up, nodding.

Oliver sighed. "Five years ago, I had the chance to use the cure on Slade. I chose to kill him. Everything that's happening right now is my fault."

Flashback

Night - Lian Yu - Fuselage

Ivo was still waiting for Sara to shoot him. "I saved you once, Sara. It feels like a long time ago now. Time to return the favor." Sara couldn't pull the trigger. Jill lowered the gun. Ivo sighed. "You might not believe it now, but I was considered a good man. A good doctor. A good husband." He sighed. "Until the Mirakuru drove me mad. I didn't even take any myself."

Oliver grabbed another gun, shooting Ivo in the heart, killing him. He turned to face Sara and Jill.

"You didn't have to do that for me," Sara told him.

"Once you take a life, it changes you forever," Oliver told her. "And I don't want that for you."

Sara nodded. "Thank you."

Anatoly walked closer. "Schastlivchik. So, now what do we do?"

Jill sighed. "Well, I don't suppose any of you know how to pilot a submarine."

Now

Night - Queen Mansion - Foyer

Thea walked downstairs with her bags packed.

Oliver, Skylar and Moira walked toward her.

"Thea," Moira told her. "What are you doing?"

"Just grabbing some stuff," Thea answered. "Something tells me the mansion's new owner won't want my clothes here."

"Thea, wait," Skylar told her.

"Dad knew the truth," Oliver told them.

"What?" Moira asked.

"He knew about Merlyn," Skylar answered.

"How?" Moira asked. "He never said anything to me."

"He didn't have to," Oliver told them. "Thea, whatever Dad's faults were... he loved us. All of us. Because we were his family. You were his daughter, and some stupid blood test wasn't going to change that."

"He chose us," Skylar told her. "He chose you. He made a decision to be your father, even though he didn't have to be. So what does that tell you?"

"It tells me that he's a liar," Thea answered. "Just like all of you."

Thea walked out, leaving.

Moira, Skylar and Oliver looked at each other sadly.

STAR Labs Facility - Lab

Aurora and Logan walked into the lab.

Emma, Caitlin and Cisco were already there, working on something else.

"Hey, we need to ask you guys a favor," Logan told them. He held up the vial. "It's another secret for us to keep."

Caitlin took the vial in confusion. "What is it?"

"It's a drug," Aurora answered. "And we want to reverse engineer it to make a cure."

"We heard on the news that a woman with ice abilities and a man with super strength paid a visit to a warehouse where Sapphire and Ruby were saving a guy," Cisco told them. "You know who the vigilantes in this city are, don't you?"

Aurora and Logan sighed, not wanting to lie to them, but not wanting to betray the secrets they kept, either.

"It's okay," Emma told them. "You don't have to tell us."

"But, if you two are going to be heroes with the rest of them, I think you should get a name," Cisco told them.

Logan sighed. "Cisco..."

Caitlin and Emma chuckled.

"How about... Glacia... and Guardian?" Cisco asked.

Aurora and Logan actually liked the sound of those names, exchanging a look, smirking a little.

Verdant

Oliver was sitting on the stairs, looking at a photo of Robert, Moira, Thea, Skylar and Oliver.

Laurel walked toward him. "Oliver."

Oliver stood.

Laurel embraced him.

Oliver was confused and surprised, returning the embrace. "What's this for?"

"Because you're important to me," Laurel answered.

Neither of them moved.

Warehouse

Slade was finishing the blood transfusion into the Mirakuru men. He walked toward where Isabel was laying, also having been injected with the Mirakuru with blood trailing from her eyes, putting a hand over her forehead.

Isabel opened her eyes.

The rest of the men started to wake up and walk closer.
