Oliver: (voice over) "Now others have joined our crusade."
From 2.17 "Birds of Prey", in the foundry, Oliver, Jill, Justin, John, Skylar, Amy, Sara, Felicity and Roy were here.
Oliver: (voice over) "To them, we are Oliver Queen and Jill Wright."

Jill: (voice over) "We are..."
From 2.01 "City of Heroes", in the foundry, Jill looked at the knife in her hand. She morphed into Sapphire.
Jill: (voice over) "Something else."
Oliver looked at the arrow in his hand. He morphed into Arrow.
➣ ➣
From 2.23 "Unthinkable", in flashback in the street, the men led Jill toward Amanda.
Laurel: (voice over) "Previously on Sapphire Arrow."
"My name is Amanda Waller, Miss Wright," Amanda told her. "Welcome to Hong Kong."
From 3.01 "The Calm", in flashback in the alley, Jill and Maseo were fighting.
Jill responded in Japanese. "I told you to speak to me in English." She started to speak English. "My Japanese's a little rusty, Maseo."
From 3.01 "The Calm", in the Yamashiro House, Maseo and Jill were talking.
"Amanda Waller wants you working for her," Maseo told her. "She will have her way."
From 3.01 "The Calm", in Tech Village, Felicity and Ray were talking.
"You're Felicity Smoak," Ray told her. "I know a guy who might be interested in hiring someone with your expertise."
From 3.01 "The Calm", in Queen Consolidated, Oliver, Jill, Skylar and Justin were talking to Ned Foster.
"Apparently, there's another bidder for the company," Ned told them.
"Who?" Skylar asked.
Ray walked in. "Ray Palmer."
From 3.01 "The Calm", outside the arena, Jill/Sapphire looked at Amy/Ruby in surprise, smiling.
"Don't look so surprised," Amy told her. "I haven't been gone for that long."
Jill and Amy smiled, walking toward each other to embrace.
From 3.01 "The Calm", on the rooftop, Sara/Canary, without her wig and mask on, was standing with Laurel and Jessica, talking with her sisters.
"And just so you two know, I have a pretty strong suspicion on who the vigilantes are in this town, without anyone telling me who they are," Jessica told them.
Sara smiled. "But you don't want to expose them, and you don't even want to come out and say that you know who they are."
The three sisters embraced.
Laurel and Jessica walked away, leaving.
Sara pulled on her wig and mask, walking toward the edge of the roof.
She heard a disguised voice. "Hello, Sara."
Sara turned around, looking confused and suspicious. "What are you doing here?"
Three arrows were shot into Sara's chest before she could move, shocking her.
From 3.01 "The Calm", in the alley, Jessica and Laurel walked down the alley toward Jessica's car.
Sara fell from the rooftop toward them, landing on the dumpster in front of them, rolling off to the ground. Her mask and wig fell off. She was bleeding profusely from the chest and head.
Jessica and Laurel were in shock and horrified, kneeling next to their little sister, devastated and in denial.
Jessica started to cry, in agonizing devastation. "No! No! Sara!"
Laurel screamed her name in devastation. "Sara! No, no!"
Laurel held both Jessica and Sara close to her, while the two older sisters were crying over their little sister's body.

Day One
Morning - Verdant
Skylar/Athena, Justin, Oliver/Arrow, Jill/Sapphire, Amy/Ruby, Roy, suited up, and Felicity walked in, having just come in from the late night.
"Felicity, all I'm trying to do is make things easier on you," Roy told her.
"By having me completely reconfigure our phone system?" Felicity asked.
Skylar chuckled. "Hey, do you know why Laurel told us to meet in the foundry while suited up?"
Oliver shook his head. "No, but I'm pretty sure that it's not good."
➣
Foundry
They walked downstairs.
"Do you even know how difficult it is to ping a clone off a hacked transband multiplex?" Felicity asked.
"No," Roy answered. "But only because you weren't speaking English just now."
They stopped in the foundry when they saw Sara's body on the table with three arrows in her chest, completely in shock.
"Sara?" Amy asked.
Laurel and Jessica were standing next to Sara's body, having their sister's blood on them, crying.
"I didn't know where else to take them," Laurel told them.
They realized that Laurel had told them to come while suited up because she and Jessica had needed to bring Sara's body somewhere, and while Jessica had her suspicions about who they were, there was still the point of secrecy.
Jill walked closer. "Oh, my God."
"What happened?" Oliver asked.
Jessica cried even harder. "We couldn't... we couldn't leave her."
Everyone was in shock.
Amy looked disconcerted and horrified.
Skylar, Justin, Oliver, Jill and Felicity were devastated.
"We have to call--we could take her to the hospital," Felicity told them.
Jill wrapped her arms around Amy.
Roy was completely in shock.
Laurel walked toward Jessica, crying. "Jess, it's not fair. We just got her back. It's not fair." Oliver slowly reached out to close Sara's eyes. "No." Jessica turned to cry into Laurel's shoulder. Jill had tears in her eyes. Amy was trying to push her own tears back. Oliver had tears in his eyes. "No."
"I'm so sorry," Oliver told them. "I'm sorry. I'm so sorry."
Jill let two tears fall.
➣ Sapphire Arrow ➣
Verdant
Jessica and Laurel were sitting upstairs, looking completely devastated and numb.
"You remember Sara's stuffed animal?" Laurel asked. "the old worn-out shark that she got from the Starling Aquarium. Every time awful would happen to her, we would always find her... holding that stupid little shark close to her chest. And now that our sister's dead, again, the only thing that I can think about is finding that dumb stuffed animal and putting it in her arms."
Jessica wiped her tears away. "I'm sorry."
"You have nothing to apologize for," Laurel told her.
"Whoever did this, I'm gonna find them," Jessica told her.
"We're going to," Laurel told her. "When I thought that Sara died on the Gambit, the only thing that I could do was scream at the ocean. I had so much anger and rage I didn't know what to do with it. But I do now. And I'm going to help you catch whoever it is that died this."
Jessica sighed. "Yeah. And we're asking the help of vigilantes to help us find our sister's killer. Our sister, who was an assassin, who was killed by an archer. This isn't how our lives were supposed to be, Laurel." Laurel looked at her sadly. "Now, I want you to take care of yourself. And we both take care of Dad. Dad is gonna need us."
"Telling him now, it would kill him," Laurel told her. "At least, if we wait until we catch whoever did this, it'll be easier on him."
Jessica sighed, shaking her head. "Laurel, that's--"
"Jess, I can't begin to know how to tell our father that our sister is dead again," Laurel told her. "And I know that you can't, either. So, until we find out who the killer is, we should just keep looking."
"And keep him in the dark?" Jessica asked skeptically. "Are you trying to protect Dad or yourself?"
Laurel didn't answer, looking at her sadly. "Jess, please promise me that you won't say anything until we find out who the killer is. Promise me."
Jessica was too exhausted and devastated to argue with her, sighing, nodding. "Okay."
Jessica stood.
Laurel stood. "Where are you going?"
"I don't know," Jessica told her. "I don't know anything anymore. But I know that I'm not just gonna sit here and do nothing, and that a bar is the last place I should be, and the last place you should be."
"You're right," Laurel told her sadly. "You're right about... everything."
Laurel took Jessica by the hand, walking out of the club with her, leaving.
Oliver walked out into the main room of the club once they were gone, in normal clothes, sad and devastated, pulling out his phone to make a call. "Come on, pick up."
Thea: (on voicemail) "You've reached Thea. Leave a message."
"Thea, it's Oliver," Oliver told her. "Uh..." Skylar walked into the room. "I know you're still traveling, but I just--I could really..." Jill and Amy walked in, standing behind Skylar. "I'd really like to hear your voice. So please call me back." Oliver hung up, turning to face them. "What did we get off the cameras?"
"The place is a drug haven," Jill told him. "They've all either been disabled or paint-balled by local dealers."
Amy turned to the door.
"Where are you going?" Skylar asked.
"Where it happened," Amy answered, walking out, leaving.
Skylar, Oliver and Jill watched her go.
➣
Night - Rooftop
Amy was on the rooftop where Sara had been shot to death before she fell to the ground. She found a green arrowhead, kneeling down to pick it up, looking around. She turned in the direction where Sara had been, miming shooting a bow to illustrate what had happened the night before.
Jill walked toward her. "Amy." Amy turned to face her. "You okay?"
Amy didn't answer, showing her what she found. "The killer stood there. Loose gravel on the rooftop."
"Amy," Jill told her.
"Sara was here," Amy told her. "Scuff marks back to the edge."
"You don't have to do this right now," Jill told her.
"It's the only thing that I can do," Amy told her.
"I get it," Jill told her. "Stay on task. Your friend gets shot, you keep fighting. But, Amy..."
"I'm fine," Amy told her.
"Well, I'm here for you just the same," Jill told her. "Listen, Sara was our friend, too. If you think you're going after the person who did this solo, you couldn't possibly be more wrong."
Amy sighed, nodding. Jill walked closer to wrap her arms around Amy. Amy slowly, numbly returned the embrace.
➣
Alley
Jessica was waiting.
Oliver/Arrow walked toward her. "Detective. Are you okay?"
Jessica wiped her tears away, sighing. "I'm barely holding myself together. You?" Oliver didn't know how to respond. "I know that you were close with her, too. Let's for a moment, forget the part where I pretend that I don't know who you people are in real life, because I'm to the point where I'm tired of pretending, Oliver." Oliver sighed, looking down. "If Sara was still alive, that would be different, but everything changed for me in the last 24 hours."
Oliver sighed, turning his voice disguiser off. "I understand." Jessica looked at him knowingly. Oliver pulled off his mask and hood. Jessica didn't react. "How long did you know it was me?"
"I think I knew for a long time who you really were," Jessica told him. "I just didn't want to endanger your secret, respect the fact that you wanted to keep it to yourselves. You, Jill, Amy. And Roy is still running around in red, but this time it's leather and not a hoodie. The girl in purple, pretty sure that's Skylar. And I appreciate the fact that you would show me who you are after the fact that Sara died. Again."
"I'm sorry," Oliver told her.
"You helped me find Danny's murderer," Jessica told him. "I know you can help me find Sara's. The other archer in town, dropping bodies." She handed a file to Oliver. "Seen this guy's work before?"
Oliver sighed. "I might have."
"You know where I might find him?" Jessica asked.
"Who's the victim?" Oliver asked.
"John Burke," Jessica answered. "Some corporate financier from Qurac. Seems like he wandered into the wrong part of town looking for local entertainment and ended up with an arrow in his chest." Oliver nodded, turning to leave. Jessica stood, turning after him. "Hey." Oliver turned back. "I'm helping you all with this. I'm not asking for permission. This guy might be the one that killed Sara, and if that's true, then I'm gonna bring him down, whatever it takes."
"Jessica..." Oliver trailed off.
"You've always trusted me enough to come to me when you needed information, and I've always trusted you enough to go to you when I needed help, even when I wasn't sure of who you were though there was a part of me that always knew," Jessica told him."We have to trust each other to stop Sara's killer. Please, Oliver."
Oliver sighed heavily.
➣
Warehouse
A man was running.
Another man in a black suit stalked after him, having a bow and arrow, firing an arrow through several glass walls to shoot the man in the chest, killing him, walking away.
➣➣
Day Two
Morning - Verdant - Foundry
Roy, Justin and Felicity were examining Sara's body.
"Her hands are so small," Felicity told them. "I never noticed before. She was always so strong and brave. I always envisioned her as this sort of Amazonian warrior." Justin chuckled sadly. "Invincible. Something I could never be. I was so jealous." Felicity's phone rang. She walked toward the phone to answer. "Hi. I know, I was supposed to come in to work today. I--The--I'm sorry. There's been a death in the family. Thank you."
Felicity hung up.
John, Jill, Amy, Skylar and Oliver walked in.
"Do you have any idea what other archer could have done this?" John asked.
"There aren't that many of us," Oliver told them.
"There are 10 that I know of, and most of them are in the League of Assassins," Amy told them.
"Amy, you don't think..." John trailed off.
"No," Amy answered. "We don't target our own."
Jill turned to Felicity. "What did you find out?"
"He hit again," Felicity told them. "An abandoned warehouse on the corner of Third and Lemire. Ninth floor. The victim was a foreman, Tim Kaufmann. Security cameras can't get an angle."
"Then who's that?" Skylar asked.
"Just some low-level dealers," Justin answered. "They set up shop in warehouses. Doesn't look like an archer."
"He might be a witness," Oliver told them.
"Where do you want me?" John asked.
"Will Lyla give you access to ARGUS's database?" Jill asked.
"To find out who did this, Lyla will give us access to ARGUS," John told them.
"We need a list of everyone on their radar," Jill told him. "Assassins and mercenaries who use a bow."
"I'm on it," John told them, walking away.
Skylar checked her phone.
"What?" Oliver asked.
"Thea hasn't called back yet," Skylar answered.
Roy looked away uncomfortably.
Jill, Skylar, Amy and Oliver walked out, leaving.
Roy sat at the computers, looking for Thea.
Justin and Felicity walked closer.
"That is a Cobalt encrypted workstation," Felicity told him. "You better not be using it to tweet."
"I was..." Roy trailed off. "I was, um, actually, just..."
Justin walked around the computer to look at what he was doing. "Accessing an FBI database? What..." He closed it down. "Roy, why are you looking for Thea?"
"Because I don't think she is where she says she is," Roy answered.
"Why would she lie?" Justin asked. Roy sighed, taking out the letter that Thea had written to him in 2.23 Unthinkable, handing it to Justin. Justin unfolded the letter to read. "Oliver and Skylar need to see this."
"No, this is my fault," Roy told them. "They're gonna kill me."
"What if she's in trouble?" Justin asked.
"What if she's not?" Roy asked. "What if she just needs space?"
"She's had five months and thousands of miles of space," Felicity told them. "Oliver and Skylar need to see this."
Roy sighed.
Justin held the letter toward him. "You need to show it to them."
Roy took the letter.
Felicity's phone rang. She looked at the message. "You have got to be kidding me."
"What?" Justin asked. Felicity started to walk away. "Wait, where are you going"
"There's someone I need to kill," Felicity told them, walking out, leaving.
Roy and Justin exchanged a confused look.
➣
Queen Consolidated - Elevator Bank
Felicity walked off the elevator, walking toward Ray. "Did you do it to make a point? Because I get it. Loud and clear." Ray turned to face her. "You are rich. You are impulsive. And frankly, you are the creepiest stalker that I have ever had to deal with, and believe me, that is saying a lot. And what are you doing to our old offices?"
"Hi," Ray told her. He looked at a man. "I'll be right back."
➣
CEO Office
Ray led Felicity along to show the renovation. "Like it? I'm trying to liven up the place a bit. I'm hosting an event tonight. A pledge drive of sorts. Gotta make an impression, right? Now, what can I do for you?"
"You can stop," Felicity answered. "You can stop sending me flowers. You can stop texting me and calling me and emailing me, because I spam them anyway."
"Is spam a verb now?" Ray asked in amusement.
"Because I am never, ever, ever going to work for you," Felicity told him.
"Actually, you already do," Ray told her.
They walked toward the wall of windows.
"Only because you bought the store that I work at," Felicity told him.
"No, I didn't," Ray told her.
"Yes, you did," Felicity told him. "My boss just called and told me that you did."
"Well, he's wrong," Ray told her. "Kind of. I bought the holding company which owns and operates all 20,000 Tech Village stores. But I guess, either way, yes, I am your boss now. So, you can either work for me here in a big office with a big salary, or you can work for me there in that awful uniform."
➣
Conference Room
Ray and Felicity walked in.
Ray was signing papers.
"Or I can quit," Felicity told him. "Which is what I just did."
Felicity turned to leave.
Ray looked up, chuckling.
➣
Elevator Bank
Ray walked Felicity back toward the elevators. "You know, most girls would be flattered that I spent $1.2 billion to hire them. Even if I do have a fairly genius plan for rebranding the stores."
"In case you hadn't noticed, I am not most girls," Felicity told him. "And I don't need this. Or you. Or any of this."
"Felicity, I... I piss people off on a daily basis," Ray told her. "It's part of business, and well, being the smartest guy in any given room, I own that. So I have enough experience with people being angry with me to know when they're really angry at something else. You, right now, are not angry at me. What's your something else?"
Felicity took a deep breath. "Oh, money won't fix this problem."
"Money won't solve most problems," Ray told her. "Not the ones that matter. But talking helps. I know we barely know each other."
"I'm gonna leave now," Felicity told him, trying not to cry.
"Listen, whatever happened, I'm sorry," Ray told her. "It helps to remember that it gets better."
Felicity nodded.
The elevator arrived.
Felicity walked into the elevator, taking it down.
➣
Warehouse
Jill/Sapphire and Amy/Ruby were searching the warehouse where the last guy was killed.
A man was running away.
Jill and Amy ran after him.
Amy threw her Sai knife into the sleeve of the man's shirt to pin him to the wall. "Someone was murdered here. Tell me what you saw."
"I saw nothing," the man told them. Amy punched him in the chest, making him groan in pain. "It was a black face mask. Like a... like a hockey mask. Please."
Jill punched him in the face hard enough to knock him out, taking the Sai knife out of his sleeve, letting his unconscious body fall to the ground, turning to hand the Sai knife back to Amy, speaking through comms. "Diggle, are you at ARGUS? We've got something."
John was at the ARGUS office, searching online. "Yeah, I'm here. I've got a list of archers 20 long."
"How many of them wear masks?" Amy asked.
"Only one," John answered. "Simon Lacroix. Mercenary. Goes by Komodo."
"Send Felicity everything," Jill told him.
John nodded, doing as told. "Yep."
Felicity, Justin and Roy were in the foundry.
Felicity was sitting at the computers. "I'm opening up the file now."
Oliver, Skylar, Jessica and Laurel walked in.
"Is that him?" Laurel asked.
"Born in Sainte-Sophie, Quebec," Felicity told them. "Raised by a single mom. Terrible credit score. And wanted for murder in seven countries."
"I need his location," Oliver told her.
"One minute," Felicity told them. "Indexing all active burner cell phones within the city limits."
"That's gotta be 10,000 phones," Jill told them.
"Yes, but how many are making calls to dear old mom in Sainte-Sophie, Quebec?" Felicity asked. "I got him. He's on the move."
Jill and Amy ran out of the warehouse.
Oliver and Skylar turned to get suited up.
➣
Night - On the Road
Simon Lacroix was driving the motorcycle down the road after a man in a van, firing arrows into the car, making the car crash and hit a pole.
Jill/Sapphire and Amy/Ruby drove their motorcycles after him from behind.
Oliver/Arrow and Skylar/Athena stood in the middle of the road ahead, shooting two arrows into the motorcycle's tires, making it pull over.
"We found Lacroix," Oliver told them.
In the foundry, Justin, Roy, Felicity, Jessica and Laurel were talking.
"I need to see what's happening," Laurel told them.
"Okay," Felicity told them. "Pulling up street camera feed."
Simon got out of the van, firing arrow after arrow at Oliver and Skylar.
Oliver and Skylar ducked, rolling out of the way.
Skylar stood, firing an arrow into Simon's arm.
Simon fired an arrow toward Jill. Jill used her sword to cut the arrow in half, spinning to slash toward him. Simon ducked, firing an arrow toward Amy. Amy jumped up to make him miss.
A man on a motorcycle drove closer, firing automatic guns at Skylar, Oliver, Amy and Jill, managing only to get a few shots at them before they ducked for cover.
Simon got onto the back of the motorcycle. They drove away.
"Oliver?" Jessica asked. "Jill?"
"Amy?" Justin asked. "Skylar, are you okay?"
Jill held her arm that had been shot in pain. "They got away."
Jessica and Laurel turned away in anger.
➣➣
Verdant - Foundry
Oliver, Jill, Skylar and Amy returned to the foundry, without wearing their masks and/or hood.
"We had him," Oliver told them.
"From the way you look, his friend almost had you," John told them.
"Where's Roy?" Jill asked.
"He's out canvassing," Justin answered.
"Tell me about the driver," Amy told them.
"His name is Erlich Kelso," Felicity told them. "He's the one that called Lacroix to Starling City."
"Simon Lacroix ditched his burner," John told them.
"I'm searching for any calls to Quebec," Felicity told them.
"We used that to track him once," Justin told them. "He's not gonna let it happen again."
"All right, we stop searching for Lacroix and Kelso, and we start searching for the next target," Skylar told them.
"There must be a connection with his victims," Jill told them.
"Already on it," Felicity told them.
Oliver walked away.
➣
Starling City General Hospital - Hallway
Jessica and Laurel walked toward two officers standing outside of a hospital room.
"I'm sorry, you can't go in there," the female officer told them.
"I'm Detective Jessica Lance," Jessica told them. "This is Laurel Lance, with the District Attorney's Office. The man inside is a witness of our ongoing investigation."
"The man, Eric, is under protective custody," the female officer told them.
"Not from us," Laurel told her. "And if you have a problem with that, call your captain. Tell him his daughters say hello."
The female officer stepped aside.
Jessica and Laurel walked toward the room.
➣
Eric's Hospital Room
Eric was laying in bed, the same man that Simon had attacked on the road.
Jessica and Laurel walked in.
"Who are you?" Eric asked.
"I'm a detective, and my sister here works in the DA's office," Jessica told him.
Laurel closed the door.
"I already told the police I don't know anything," Eric told them.
"I still have to ask you a few questions," Jessica told him.
Laurel nodded in agreement.
➣
Verdant - Foundry
Skylar, Amy, Jill and Oliver were getting their gunshot wounds stitched up by Justin and Felicity.
Amy sighed impatiently, barely controlling her anger. "Why isn't this working?"
"It is," Justin told them. "It's running an NSA algorithm, aggregating the victims' personal information, using every government database known and unknown."
"It's taking too long," Amy told them. "Sara's killer is out there, which means every minute we waste down here--"
"I know," Felicity told her. "You don't need to tell me as if I don't already know."
"You're right," Amy told her. "And I apologize. I just need your A game right now, Felicity."
"I don't have it," Felicity told her, taking off her glasses. "My friend, our friend, was shot with arrows and fell off a rooftop. Her body is upstairs, right above us, in a freezer, because we don't know what to do with it, with her." She started to cry. "So I am so sorry, Amy, if I have feelings, but maybe if you did, too..." Justin gave her a look. "I'm sorry. That was mean."
"This is Sara we're talking about," Skylar told her. "Your Sara. How can you stand there being so cold and rational?"
"Because I don't have the luxury of falling to pieces," Amy answered. "The things that I had to do in the League turned me into a stone cold killer."
"You're not a killer," Jill told her. "If you were a killer, you wouldn't be grieving right now. You're still a human being, Amy. You're allowed to have feelings. I know sometimes that it's easier to live under your mask."
Amy shook her head. "I'm not. Earlier today, I was looking at Sara. I realized something. One of these days, it's gonna be me. And this... this life that I've chosen, it only ends one way."
"So, that's it?" Oliver asked. "You're just gonna spend your life hiding down here in this cave, waiting to die?"
"I'm sorry, I'm not gonna wait with you," Jill told her. "Because if there's one thing that today has taught me, it is that life is precious. Your life is precious, Amy. And you deserve so much more than this."
Amy didn't answer, looking down. She appreciated that they saw her in a different light than she saw herself, but she was conflicted with what she was taught with, to show no emotion and not to feel.
➣
Starling City General Hospital - Eric's Hospital Room
Eric was laying in bed with a broken arm.
Jessica and Laurel stood in front of him.
"Let's start with the obvious," Laurel told him. "Why would someone wanna kill you?"
"I have no idea," Eric told them. "This whole thing, it's insane."
"Despite what you may have heard, homicides at the hands of a stranger are incredibly rare," Laurel told him. "Imagine how rare homicides by bow and arrow are."
"Yeah the guy was a sicko," Eric told them.
"And you're a liar," Jessica told him.
"I'm the victim here," Eric told them.
"You're also a witness, our witness," Laurel told him. "And you better give us something useful, otherwise you'll be facing an obstruction charge."
"You know, I wanna talk to your boss, because you can't treat people like this," Eric told them.
"Oh, really?" Jessica asked. "You wanna talk to our bosses?" She grabbed Eric's broken arm that was in the cast, slamming it over the railing of the hospital bed, making him yell out in pain. "How's your arm feeling?"
Eric breathed heavily in pain. "What are you doing?"
"John Burke and Tim Kaufmann, they were also shot dead with arrows," Laurel told him. "And they're too dead to tell us why."
"I can't," Eric told them.
Jessica slammed his arm over the railing again, making him groan in pain. "Burke and Kaufmann, what do the two of them have to do with you?"
"We're all working on a deal, but nobody was supposed to know about it," Eric answered.
Jessica let him go.
"What kind of deal?" Laurel asked.
Eric was catching his breath. "To build an oil pipeline for AmerTek. It's--"
An arrow was shot through the glass window and into Eric's chest, killing him.
Laurel and Jessica were in shock, walking toward the window to look outside toward where Simon/Komondo was suited up and walking away without harming them.

Verdant - Foundry
Jill, Skylar, and Oliver were still suited up, standing with Felicity, Justin and John.
Roy was with them, checking out arrows.
Skylar was leaving a message for Thea. "Hey, Thea, it's Skylar, again. And... I don't know if you're getting these messages, but I'd really like to talk to yo, so please..." Justin and Felicity gave Roy a look. Roy looked down uncomfortably. "Just call me back. Bye."
Skylar hung up, putting her phone down.
John walked in. "Lyla has multiple teams trying to get an angle on Lacroix. Where's Amy?"
"She needed some air," Jill answered.
"I just need Thea to call me or Skylar back," Oliver told them.
John nodded, patting Skylar and Oliver on the shoulders.
Justin and Felicity gave Roy a look.
Roy sighed. "That's not gonna happen."
The others looked at him in confusion.
"Why?" Jill asked. "What do you mean?"
Roy walked closer, handing Skylar and Oliver the letter. "It was during the siege. We were gonna run away together, but I couldn't leave without helping you fight. When I came back, she was gone." Oliver sighed. "I didn't say anything, because this is my fault. She knew I was lying to her the entire time. I'm sorry I didn't say anything about the letter. I know that I should have."
Skylar nodded. "Okay."

Starling City General Hospital - Hallway
Laurel and Jessica were standing outside of the hospital room crime scene.
Jessica was trying to make a call. "Justin, I really need to talk to you, so please, can you call me back as soon as you get this?"
Lance walked toward them. "Laurel. Jessica." Jessica hung up. "Are you all right? Are you hurt?"
"We're fine," Laurel told him.
"A guy just got skewered right in front of you," Lance told them. "I hope you're not fine. What were you doing here in the first place?"
"He was a witness in the case I'm working on," Jessica told him. "I needed help from the DA's office. We needed to talk to him. It was important."
"Look, Laurel, I know you wanna help, but you don't need to take these kind of risks," Lance told her. "Do you understand?"
"I do," Jessica told him. "It's my job."
"Well, I'm pretty sure your sister's got that covered for all three of you," Lance told them.
Jessica looked heartbroken by this statement, looking as if she wanted to come clean, but Laurel had made her promise not to.
Laurel nodded. "Yeah."
"Go home, take the rest of the night off," Lance told them. "We got this."
Lance walked away.
Jessica's phone rang. She pulled it out to answer. "We got something. We'll meet you at Verdant."

Verdant - Foundry
Laurel and Jessica had come to the foundry to tell the team what they had found.
"AmerTek Industries, it's an oil company based in Starling City," Laurel told them.
"Okay, now that I've consolidated all of Lacroix's victims' records, I can run an algorithm and see who received money from AmerTek," Felicity told them.
"How long does that take?" Jessica asked.
"Not long," Justin answered.
"A million to Brick, one more to Burke, two more to Kaufmann," John told them.
"All from a subsidiary from AmerTek in Qurac, the largest untapped oil field on the planet," Felicity told them.
"Yeah, looks like AmerTek was trying to strike an oil deal," Justin told them.
"Kelso paid Lacroix to stop it," Jill told them.
"None of this explains Sara," Oliver told them.
"Sara and I worked in Qurac," Amy told them. "And by worked, I mean, we killed people for the League."
"You're saying you might've brought your work home?" Skylar asked.
Amy shrugged.
"Who authorized the payments?" Oliver asked.
"Board member of AmerTek called Tom Weston," Justin answered.
"He's Lacroix's next target," Jill told them. "What's his location?"
"You will not believe where he's headed," Felicity told them.
Oliver sighed.
Jessica walked away.
Laurel followed. "Where do you think you're going?"
"I'm coming with them," Jessica told her, pulling out her gun.
"Absolutely not," Laurel told her. "You helped me get the information that we need, yes, but you lost yourself to the anger in there, Jess. You're not thinking clearly."
"And like you are?" Jessica asked skeptically. She turned to the others. "Can one of you tell me honestly that you have never lost yourself to anger and rage and revenge? That you haven't ever looked into the mirror and realize that you don't recognize the person looking back?" No one answered, sighing. "I didn't think so. I'm going with you."
"Sara was trained by some of the greatest killers in history," Amy told her. "Lacroix put her down. So, what do you think he is gonna do to you?"
"I don't care about anything except getting him," Jessica told them.
"And we will," Jill told her.
"You couldn't before," Jessica told them.
"We weren't prepared for Kelso to show up and save him," Jill told her. "We are this time. We won't let him escape again. I promise."
Oliver, Jill, Skylar, Roy and Amy walked away, pulling on their masks and hood, grabbing their weapons.

Queen Consolidated - Party
Ray was hosting the party, shaking the hands of many of the guests.
A man spoke into a mic. "Ladies and gentlemen, Mr. Ray Palmer."
There was cheers and applause.
Ray walked up to the mic. "Thank you. Thank you. Thank you for coming out tonight. Given all that has befallen this city, it's easy for us to lose hope. To hide in our castles, be thankful that our ledges are in the black. But we, the city's most affluent businessman and women, hold its future in our hands. Tonight, I'm making a pledge. I will give away half my net worth to the benefit of our home." He took out a dollar. "And this will be my salary for the year. So tonight, I invite you all to join me in this investment. Not just with your money. But with your ingenuity and most importantly, your time. This city is my home, but it's yours, too. So help make Star City our future."
There was applause.
Simon Lacroix burst in through the window, shooting a wire into Tom Weston's ankle, pulling him closer.
Jill/Sapphire threw a knife through the wire to cut Tom free.
Simon tried to shoot Jill with an arrow.
Jill used her sword to cut it in half.
Oliver/Arrow and Skylar/Athena shot Simon in the shoulders with an arrow each.
Amy/Ruby walked closer, slashing her Sai knives toward him. Simon ducked, trying to hit her with his bow. Amy ducked, spinning around him to stand behind him, slashing toward him. Simon ducked, trying to shoot her with an arrow. Amy pivoted her shoulder back to make him miss, slashing her knives against his stomach, spinning to kick him in the chest, making him back away.
Simon turned to Jill, trying to shoot her with an arrow. Jill used her sword to cut it in half, spinning around to slash toward him with it. Simon ducked, trying to hit her with his bow. Jill ducked, slashing toward him. Simon raised his bow to block the move, turning to try and punch Oliver in the face. Oliver ducked, hitting him in the face with his bow.
Ray was watching the fight in shock.
Simon shot a wire out of the window, trying to make a getaway.
Oliver jumped out of the window, shooting a wire into the side of the building, sliding down into a broken window on the floor below, searching for Simon. Simon shot an arrow toward him. Oliver ducked behind a wall for cover, turning to shoot an arrow toward him. Simon ducked, running into the hallway. Oliver ran after him, searching.
Simon approached him with his bow and arrow raised. "So you're the Arrow. I thought you'd be taller."
Oliver aimed his bow and arrow at him. "It's over. Lower your bow and live."
"We both know that's not gonna happen," Simon told him, shooting an arrow toward him.
Oliver ducked, shooting an arrow toward Simon, spinning around to shoot another arrow through his arm, pinning him to the wall.
Skylar, Jill and Amy walked in from the other room.
Jill took off Simon's mask.
Simon nodded behind them. "Who is she?"
They followed his gaze to where Jessica had a gun raised to shoot Simon.
"You don't want to do this," Jill told her.
"Yes, I do," Jessica told them.
"Killing him won't bring her back," Jill told her.
"I know it won't bring her back," Jessica told them. "She's dead."
"I've stood where you are right now," Oliver told her. "Where you're so consumed with rage you can hardly breathe, and you think taking revenge will make it better. But, Jessica, it won't. It only makes it worse."
"No, he murdered Sara," Amy told them.
"Who's Sara?" Simon asked.
"My sister, you son of a bitch," Jessica answered. "Two nights ago, you put an arrow in her chest."
"Two nights ago, I was drunk in Bludhaven," Simon told them.
"You're lying," Amy told him.
"I'm proud of my work," Simon told them. "I wouldn't deny it."
"Even with a gun in your face?" Amy asked.
"We need to stop and listen to him," Oliver told them.
"No," Jessica told them. "No, he killed my sister."
"Jessica, Sara wouldn't--" Skylar started.
"Don't you dare tell me that this isn't what Sara would've wanted," Jessica told them. "Don't you tell me to think of her, because I am thinking of her."
"Jessica, if you pull that trigger..." Skylar trailed off.
They heard police sirens in the distance getting closer.
Jessica couldn't pull the trigger if there was even the tiniest shred of doubt that Simon had killed Sara, because they couldn't be sure until they proved it. She couldn't kill him without knowing without a doubt, lowering her gun, sighing.
Oliver, Skylar, Jill and Amy were relieved, sighing.
"We have to go," Oliver told them.
Oliver, Skylar, and Jill pulled Amy out of the building, leaving, so that Jessica could arrest Simon.

Day Three
Morning - Verdant
Laurel and Jessica were talking.
"Lacroix's alibi checks out," Jessica told her. "Two murders in Bludhaven. Same MO. Same night Sara was killed. I could have killed Lacroix."
"The only thing that matters is you didn't," Laurel told her. "You stopped and you thought and you couldn't kill someone that you didn't know for sure killed our sister. You're not a killer, Jess."
Jessica sighed heavily, brokenly. "Laurel, the trail's run cold. We're going to find whoever did this. We will. But I don't know when. Dad needs to know."
Laurel looked up, sighing.
➣
Police Precinct
Laurel and Jessica walked in.
Lance was in his office, on the phone. "Hey, I got some info here on the Lacroix fellow. Yeah, some stuff's come through. I don't know, yeah, it looks pretty good."
➣
Lance's Office
Lance was sitting at the desk, on the phone, watching as Jessica and Laurel walked in. "Lacroix, with an X, yeah. I don't know, the guy's French or something. Why... oh, hold on, I gotta call you back." He hung up, standing. "Laurel, Jessie, what's wrong?" He closed the door. "What is it? Just tell me. Tell me. What is it?"
"It's about last night," Jessica told him. "At the hospital, we lied to you. You deserve to know the truth, and..."
Lance's watch started to beep, altering him to take his medication. He reached past the picture of Sara, Jessica and Laurel on his desk to get to his medication and the device. "Sorry, guys. Damn thing goes off every hour if I don't take my pills." He took his pills. "What do you know? You were in the middle of telling me something."
Jessica looked as if she couldn't bring herself to tell him because it would break all of them even further, but knew that they had to tell him.
Laurel sighed, unable to bring herself to tell him. "We just wanted to say that... that we're really sorry. We know that we should've told you the truth, we just... we couldn't."
"Hey, I'm your dad," Lance told them. "I forgive you." They embraced. "I always forgive you. It's all right."
➣
Night - Cemetery
Justin, Skylar, John, Oliver, Jill, Amy, Laurel, Jessica, Felicity and Roy stood at Sara's grave.
"She can rest now," Jill told them. "She's home."
Laurel and Jessica were crying.
Justin, Skylar, John, Oliver, Jill and Roy had tears in their eyes.
Amy couldn't fight against the pain anymore, letting a few tears fall. She walked toward the dug up dirt picking up a handful, pouring it over the coffin. "It's a League custom. To honor the dead."
Amy backed away to stand between Jill and Laurel.
Jill picked up a handful of soil, pouring it over the coffin.
Justin, Skylar, Oliver and Felicity slowly did the same.
"Laurel..." Skylar trailed off. "Jessica..."
Laurel shook her head, crying. "No, this isn't right. This isn't... she doesn't even get a fresh grave? It's so perverse."
"She deserves a proper burial," Oliver told them. "She's earned it."
"No, it's not fair," Jessica told them. "No one will ever really know who she was. It's not fair. It's not fair."
Jill wrapped her arms around Laurel and Jessica, holding them comfortingly.
"We'll know," John told them. "I know this doesn't count for much... but me and Lyla, we're naming the baby Sara." Jill, Laurel and Jessica pulled away, looking at John. "We will never forget."
"Thank you," Jessica told him.
John nodded.
Justin wrapped an arm around Skylar.
Jill and Amy held Laurel and Jessica.
Together, they looked at the grave of Sara Lance.

Verdant - Foundry
Jill and Oliver were talking in the foundry.
"We're gonna catch whoever killed her," Oliver told her.
"I know we are," Jill told him. "And they're gonna help us. Amy, Felicity, Roy, John, Jessica. Sara is family, Oliver. And this family won't rest until we find out who killed her and make them pay." Oliver nodded, tears in his eyes. "So now what?"
(Song:) The Courage or the Fall - Civil Twilight
"Now Skylar and I gotta go get Thea," Oliver answered. "It's long past time she came home." Jill nodded, walking closer. "Jill. I don't wanna die down here."
"So don't, Oliver," Jill told him.
Oliver looked at her.
Jill wrapped her arms around him comfortingly, tears in her own eyes.

Ray nodded in understanding.

Rooftop
Amy was standing on the rooftop that Sara had been killed on, looking over the edge in numb sadness, obviously trying not to feel weakness, but also tired of being so strong that she couldn't be human.

Day Four
Corto Maltese
Day - Mansion - Foyer
A group of people in masks were training and fighting with swords, one of them a girl.
Malcolm walked closer to watch.
The girl was taking on the two men fighting with her, using her sword to block all of their moves, spinning to hit them both, kicking them in a blur of motion, taking them down.
Malcolm was clapping. "Well done."
The girl walked closer, pulling off her mask, revealing it was Thea with a shorter hair cut, smirking. "Thanks, Dad."
