Reviving bonds...
It was early morning When Naina stirred in sleep. She moved her hand and her soft palm stroked the bare abs of her husband. She adjusted her position and found skin under her skin. She smiled and slowly opened her eyes. She was half lying on Sameer, resting her head on his shoulder and their legs tangled. He had held her by wrapping his one arm around her, while his other hand rested on his belly.
She roved her palm on his chest. He might not be regularly exercising but those sinewy muscles would always attract her eyes to it. Her fingers brushed on the mole just above his left nipple. Ohh God... She so loved that mole. She would so crave to bite it whenever she kissed on his chest. But the fact that it was at such an odd place for her, that she controlled herself every time from nipping it. Well, it wasn't the same with Sameer. He would kiss the mole on her right cheek whenever he felt to. He would never feel shy of kissing, nipping and licking the two other moles on her body, one just on the swell of her right breast and the other one on her waist to the right. Yes, she had definitely started expressing her own desires and wishes but she still could not gather the courage to bite him at that place and would satisfy herself by just kissing on it.
She tried to move and settled herself on her left elbow and a shiver ran down her spine as her bare upper front got brushed with his chest. Ohh no... They didn't dress up completely after their long and passionate encounter yesterday night. They would generally get dressed up before sleeping, given that they might need to rush in the morning if Rakesh Papa is woken up and waiting for his tea. Sameer would often skip wearing the shirt of his nightwear, but yesterday she too was half bare along with him. She didn't know whether it was him or her who had thrown her top so long in the corner of the room in the heat of the passion, that when they were lying tired on the mattress, none of them had the strength to get up and get her top back.
She watched as her husband was peacefully sleeping on his back. The locks of his hair falling on his forehead were just adding to his charismatic looks. His lips were dry and she just thought of making them moist once again, but she stopped herself. This might disturb Sameer from his sleep and it was too early for him to wake up. Also, she wasn't ready for a morning encounter. She just smirked, remembering their yesterday night's session. Something had definitely taken over her yesterday. Maybe the sight of another girl tightly hugging and kissing Sameer, just didn't go well with her. She was the one who had got pissed when that 'neeli madhumakkhi' was roaming around Sameer in Pooja Didi's wedding, even though they had not confessed their love to each other again. She was the one who had thrown deadly glances on seniors in their first year of the college, when the girls were blowing kisses in air for her 'malai ka katora'. How can she forget that she had mended a metal spoon in jealousy and anger when the sports team girls were showing so much interest in Sameer's interests. If Sameer was a passionate lover boy, who could smack people down if they mishandle Naina, then she too was 'Ahmedabad ki Rani' who had kept all these billiyaan away from her love.
But Mumbai was an exception. Perhaps, Mumbai was an exception for everything for them. She felt like they had kept all their being, their experiences, their stories, all in Ahmedabad and were starting everything afresh here in Mumbai. And that's why when Shibani was smitten by Sameer and tried to woo him, Naina couldn't do anything but wait for the truth of their relationship to come out. And now with the girls of his acting class...!!! Sameer would share his experiences in the class, but he would hardly talk about his mates. He used to tell how he performed a particular scene or how they would go out to market sometimes and meet random people, being in a character. But he never talked about girls in his class. Of course! Her man never talked about other girls. But yesterday's function was a kind of reality check for her. It wasn't only Sameer's act, but there were two more acts too, which involved closeness between the actors. But she never felt odd while watching those. For her, it was just like a movie scene going on. But when she saw Sameer and that girl so close and so intense with each other, she just couldn't accept it. She was upset with Sameer for hiding the format of his act from her, but later when they had gone to a restaurant, Aditya had revealed it casually that all of the students were asked to keep it a secret, to build curiosity in the audience.
But Naina somehow just couldn't erase the visuals of that girl kissing on Sameers's cheek and his shoulder. She had cautioned herself for not reacting upon it, but when she was quoted as 'lucky girl' by Tejashree, Naina had known by that time that the girl was completely blown away by Sameer's personality and possibly even fallen for him. And she thought of all those girls who must have fallen for Sameer, she wasn't aware of. And she just felt the need to claim him as hers. She just wanted to vanish the touches of Tejashree on Sameer's skin. Maybe that's why she was rubbing all those spots repeatedly with her thumb, with her face and then wiping it out with her kisses and nibbling and licking.
She caressed his left cheek and slowly dragged it to his neck and shoulder. Remembering how Sameer had hissed in pain, she felt guilty of her behavior. She bent down close to his face and whispered, "sorry Sameer..."
"Kisliye?"
She heard a rough, deep voice. She looked at him as he opened his eyes. He gave her a lopsided smile as Naina's eyes widened in surprise. He just lifted his face and pecked Naina's lips to make her come out of her shock.
"Ttuummm... uth gaye the?" Naina asked after regaining herself.
"Haan..." He fisted his left hand under his head, "sorry kyun kaha tumne?" He asked again.
Lowering her gaze to his shoulder, she muttered, "kal raat ke liye..."
He frowned, "kal raat ke liye kyun?"
"Bass... mujhe aise react nahi karna chahiye tha..." She avoided his gaze and placed her cheek back on his shoulder.
Perceiving the reason behind her apology, he stroked her bare arm and made her look at him. He caressed her cheek, "tum pagal ho Naina? Tum mujhse iss baat ke liye sorry bol rahi ho ke tumne apne biwi hone ka haq mujhpe jataya?" He asked in disbelief.
She fisted her right hand on his chest and rested her chin on it, "Haan par aage se aisa nahi hoga Sameer... Mujhe tumhari taakad banna hai... mai nahi chahti meri wajah se tumhare kaam me koi pareshani aaye..."
He chuckled seeing her innocence and kissed her forehead. He kept his hand on her waist and reared himself placing her on her back. He tucked a few strands of her hair behind her ear. "Naina, subah subah aise filmy dialogues kaun maarta hai? Tumhare andar ki writer phir se jaag gayi kya?" He smiled.
Naina's expressions changed listening to this. Her face fell pale and voice lowered, "nahi... mai toh bass..."
"Shshshshshhh..." He put his finger on her lips. "Mrs. Maheshwari... ek toh aap itni gazab ki lag rahi hai... dusra abhi sirf sadhe-paanch hi baje hai... toh thoda romance toh banta hai na..." He eyed her lips and winked.
Naina's eyes widened when she looked down seeing their positions and realized that Sameer had completely settled his weight on her now as their bare upper bodies brushed with each other. He started kissing on her temple, cheeks and then slowly travelled down to her throat, giving her moments of bliss.
"Sameeerrrr...." Her voice was feeble.
"Hmmmmmm...." He hummed, blessing her shoulder with gentle kisses.
"Abhi nahi please... mujhe uthna hai..." She pleaded, trying a failed attempt to push him.
"Uumhhuuuu..." He made a sound, indicating his denial and moved to swell of her breasts.
"Sameer please... mujhe padhna hai..." She tried once again.
And he stopped. He had promised himself that he won't be a hurdle in Naina's studies. Exhaling heavily, he opened his eyes and looked at her.
"Kal bilkul bhi padhai nahi hui hai Sameer... aur abhi mai uth hi gayi hu toh socha padh lun..." She reasoned.
Sameer knew that Naina had added in her hours of studies and he was so proud of her. He agreed saying, "thik hai..." Smiling, he slipped down to lie beside her.
Naina was actually surprised to see no resistance from her romantic husband. She turned to him, "Suno... woh... mera top laake do na please..." She blushed, pointing towards a corner.
Sameer turned to see in the direction of her eyes and he spotted the top of her light blue night dress lying helplessly in the corner.
Uffff... Her bare arms, the sight of her bare upper front covered with the duvet, the feeling of her naked flesh rubbing his chest beneath it, her sensuous smile and her twinkling eyes... Weren't these things enough to arouse him badly that the proof of his desperate actions yesterday, her top, lying in the corner of the room, had to add into it?
He refrained himself with utmost difficulty from pushing her on to the mattress again. He sighed and raked his hair. Again agreeing to it, he got up and came back with her top in seconds.
Naina was bewildered upon Sameer's silent acquiescence. No resistance? no persistence? no tease game? Since when did her husband become a seedha-sadha ladka? But still she was glad about the fact that he never forced her for anything. Even though she faked an excuse to say no for lovemaking, just like now.
Sameer watched as Naina got dressed again. He thought of sleeping but it was long gone now. As Naina freshened up and came with books, he was just staring at her as she was studying. Can someone look so beautiful even while studying? His wife certainly did. And grabbing her free hand near him, he fell asleep again.
It was about 10:30 in the morning when Sameer got ready to visit two casting agencies. He was carrying his portfolio and a diary to note contact numbers of new people if needed. He was in a rush as Aditya was waiting for him outside the main gate of society. He prayed to Lord Krishna in the living room and was about to leave, but he collided with Rakesh Papa.
"Ohh... Sorry Papa..." He muttered, expecting a lecture from Rakesh on not being careful.
Rakesh stared at him for a moment, but he said with a smile, "arey Sameer... class ja rahe ho na? Chalo mai bhi chalta hu sath me..."
"Class...?" Sameer didn't understand what Papa was saying. "Papaji, class toh khatm ho gaya na... kal hi toh gaye the hum function pe..." He said casually.
It took a few moments for Rakesh to fathom. He looked at the portfolio in his hand. "Arey haan... mai toh bhool hi gaya... toh tum kisi producer ke yahan ja rahe ho? Chalo mai chalta hu..." He said excitedly.
What had suddenly happened to Papa? Sameer wondered. But he was in a hurry. "Papajiii... woh... mai casting agencies mein jaa raha hu... Do jagah jaana hai... auuurrr... Aditya bhi aa raha hai sath me..." Sameere was surprised himself that he wasn't actually annoyed with Papa's persistence this time.
Rakesh's smile narrowed, "achchhaa... Aditya ke sath ja rahe ho... thik hai... jao tum... " He patted on Sameer's arm.
Exchanging a smile again with Papa, Sameer sneaked in kitchen, "Nainaaa... mai nikal raha hu... Shayad der ho sakti hai, 2-3 baje tak aaunga." He stood beside her as she was cleaning the dishes of breakfast.
As Naina waved him goodbye with her beautiful smile, he turned once to look in the direction of the living room, and dipped to kiss Naina on her cheeks. He waved to her and left.
It was almost 1 o'clock when Rakesh and Naina finished their lunch and the post-lunch cleaning. Rakesh sat on the sofa with a book. Naina too joined him with her study books and notes. It never happened before that Rakesh was watching Naina studying. But since they had come to Mumbai, he got to know how his daughter studies rigorously, once she settles with her books. She had taken a book, a rough notebook for notes, a ballpen and a pencil. He never saw her with fancy glitter pens or multiple color pens for highlighting or even brand new white page notebooks, like he had seen many students doing it in his career of 25 years. As he peeped out from his book, he saw her scratching something with pencil. Ohh, she must not be carrying an eraser. And suddenly he realized. His daughter was forced to live a mediocre life. Yes, his daughter was taught to always save money and not spend on herself. He hardly remembered when he had given some money to Naina, even mere five rupees, if she wished to purchase something for her. He would always give money to Arjun, sometimes in the form of a 'bakshish', to spend on himself. Maybe to purchase a new bat or go out with friends. But he never felt the same need can be faced by his daughter too. He wasn't earning as much as his two brothers, but certainly enough to fulfill the wishes of his children, or only his son's. For Naina, he had always seen Anand giving her money or buying her new notebooks or a new bag or new shoes. And now, he wished to spend money for Naina, wanted to buy new dresses for her, or anything she asked for, but didn't have that job for which he can say 'meri kamaayee se kharida hai tumhare liye'. He only had his funds he got from school which he, only on insistence of Naina, had put in a fixed deposit. Well, he would have been still working in school, his career would have prolonged for a few more years, had he not taken a voluntary retirement by falling prey to the dreams of living a happy life with his son in Kanpur. But those remained only as dreams to never get fulfilled. Now, his world revolved only around his daughter... and his son-in-law.
"Kya baat karni hai Papa...?"
He was startled by a voice. He looked up to see Naina staring at him.
"Kya... kya hua...?" He adjusted his position.
"Aapko kuchh baat karni hai mujhse?" Naina raised her brows, closing her book.
"Nnnaa.. nnahiii toh... aisa kyu laga tumhe?" He countered, not looking into her eyes.
"Jhooth mat boliye Papa... aap yeh teesri baar jhaank rahe hai keetab se..." Naina replied firmly.
Finally giving up, Rakesh said, "arey kuchh khas nahi... woh Sameer ke baare me puchhna tha..." He found something to speak.
"Kya puchhna tha?" Naina questioned.
"Kya puchhna tha..." He asked himself. "Arey wo... wo... haan... yahi ki abhi toh Sameer ko kam mil jayega na jaldi... ab toh uska class bhi khatm ho gaya hai." He managed to find a topic.
Sameer had just entered the house but after listening to his name from Rakesh, he halted at the small passage near the entrance and hid behind the wall.
"Haan Papa... Mil jayega usse koi na koi kaam... Mujhe toh lagta hai jaldi hi usse koi film mil jayegi..." Naina said dreamily.
"Hmmm..." Rakesh couldn't find anything more to continue, but Naina suddenly remembered something.
"Papa... ek baat puchhuu?" She asked hesitantly.
"Haan puchho..." He said.
"Kal... woh... kal ke Sameer ke act ke baad..." Naina didn't understand how to frame such a question to her father. "Sameer ka act dekhke aap gussa toh nahi hai na Papa?" She finally managed.
Rakesh frowned for a moment, but then smiled warmly. He understood that she wasn't asking about the whole act, but only the last two scenes, and that's why these expressions of fear on his daughter's face. "Sach kahunga Naina... Maine akhiri do scenes thik se dekhe toh nahi... uski meri apni wajah hai... Lekin... mai gussa nahi hun... aur, baki ke scenes toh achchhe hi hue saare... abhinay achchha kar lete hai mahoday..."
Naina heaved a sigh of relief. "Papa, aap sach me gussa nahi hai?" She just wanted to hear that again.
Rakesh affirmed again, "Mai jaanta hu Naina yahi Sameer ke kaam ka swaroop hai... hum use nazar-andaz toh nahi sakte... aur usne mujhe class ke pehle wale din vishwas bhi dilaya tha ke woh hamara bharosa kabhi nahi todega... toh bass... ab kis baat ka gussa..."
Naina felt so relieved after hearing this. She was a bit skeptical about Rakesh's reaction since yesterday. She even waited for his rebuke when they returned home yesterday night or even in the morning. But she was glad that Papa had not taken it in a wrong way. The change was indeed occurring in her Papa for good.
"Papa, aapke muh se Sameer ki tareef sunkar bohot achchha laga..." A satisfaction was reflecting in Naina's eyes.
Rakesh affectionately smiled, "haan, tareef ke kaabil hai toh hai tumhara pati... woh jitna tumhara khayal rakhta hai, jitna tumhare baare me sochta hai, utna shayad mai kabhi nahi kar paaya..." His voice lowered, and so did his eyes.
"Papaaaa... ab chhodiye na purani baaton ko..." She coaxed.
"Haan... chhod diya..." Rakesh grinned.
Listening to this father-daughter conversation, the man standing behind the wall in the passage had leaned on the wall, put his hands in his pockets with a genuine smile on his lips and a certain happiness in his eyes. He was so overwhelmed to hear some soothing words from his father-in-law.
As Sameer noticed a silence of a few minutes, he took it as an opportunity and entered the living room, pretending he had just arrived. Upon being asked for the reason of being early, he told that they were asked to only submit the photos and could return early.
The afternoon passed in Sameer making some calls again and Naina studying.
It was a pleasant evening. Sameer was standing in the balcony, watching children playing cricket in the garden. The children were accompanied by someone's father who was bowling to them. He was having a constant smile on his face as he was seeing the father doing various antics over a wicket claim. Seeing this, he got lost in the thoughts of Rakesh papa when he would bargain with auto drivers over the meter fare, whenever he accompanied Sameer to his acting class. Before opting for bus routes, Sameer and Rakesh would go by auto, but Sameer could never bargain over a fare and he learnt this art gradually only through Rakesh papa. And now whenever they chose auto-rickshaw as transportation, Sameer would lead the campaign of bargaining. He had definitely started enjoying Rakesh papa's antics and his company too by now. And he couldn't believe once he had stated that he can't leave for a minute with his father-in-law.
Sameer often used to wonder why papa always wanted to come with him to the acting class. After the first day fiasco, he had strictly told him not to come with him. But sometimes Rakesh used to come up with so terrible excuses, like he had some important work in that area, that he couldn't say no to him. And in later days, he just said that 'mai tumhare sath aana chahta hu' to which Sameer had no answer.
Moreover to this, the conversation he overheard in the afternoon made him emotional. He didn't believe in the first instance that his khadoos, akdu sasurji was actually talking nice things about him. What had happened that made Papa change this much? He wondered.
Naina came to the balcony, not aware that Sameer was completely lost in some thoughts. "Sameer, sabzi kaunsi banau? Ghar me bhindi hai aur phool gobi." She asked.
No reply came from Sameer. She noticed him smiling but completely lost at some horizon. She gently placed her hand on his arm, "Sameer, kaha khoye ho?"
He came back from his thoughts, "Kuchh nahi, aise hi. Papa ke baare me soch raha tha."
"Papa ke baare mein? Ab kya hua?", she already started thinking of the various possibilities her father was capable of.
"Arey, kuchh khas nahi. Woh... Aaj Papa shayad bhul gaye the ki class khatm ho chuka hai... woh mere sath aana chah rahe the... lekin mai jaldi me tha toh unko le nahi jaa paya... toh bass... achchha nahi lag raha hai..." He lowered his eyes.
"Ohooo... Mr. Maheshwari Papa ke sath bahar jana miss kar rahe hai?" She teased him.
Sameer leaned a bit on the railing, holding it with his hands apart, "Pata hai Naina, mai hamesha sochta tha, ke papa ko mere saath acting class aane me itni dilchaspi kyun hoti hai? Pahle mujhe lagta tha ki wo mujhpe nazar rakhna chahte hai, ki mai koi galat cheez toh nahi kar raha hun... Lekin phir pata chala, ki aisa kuchh nahi hai... Wo bass mere saath aana chahte the... Woh mere sath gate tak aate the aur thodi der baad bahar se hi chale jaate the... Maine kitni baar manaa kiya ki unko takleef hogi, lekin tumhare papa kisiki sunte kaha hai..."
Looking at her husband's expressions, Naina just smiled, "Jante ho Sameer, Arjun bhaiya jab cricket khelte thhe, tab papa ko unse bohot ummeedein thi..." Sameer didn't understand why she suddenly drifted to Arjun.
She continued, "Arjun bhaiya ka cricketer banna, papa ka sapna tha... Woh uss sapne me har tarah se shamil hona chahte the... Isliye wo hamesha Arjun bhaiya ki practice me unke saath jaate the... Unko Cricket khelta hua dekhke papa ko ek sukoon milta tha..." She sighed, took a huge pause, "Woh sapna toh poora nahi ho saka..."
Sameer understood that all those memories must have flashed back in her mind. He held her hand, "Main samajhta hoon Naina, lekin uska yaha kya sambandh?"
Naina placed her another hand over his, "Sameer, yun samjho ki papa ko ek naya sapna mil gaya hai... Tumhare hero banne ka... Jo jo sapne unhone Arjun bhaiya ke liye dekhe the, woh sab ab wo tumhare liye dekh rahe hai... Aur usi tarah, woh iss sapne mein bhi shamil hona chahte hai... Chahe woh chhoti-chhoti cheezein hi kyun na ho... Tumhare saath rahkar unko lagta hai ki woh apne bete ki madad kar rahe hai... Woh apne bete ke liye dekhi hui saari khwahishein tumhare zariye poori karna chahte hai..."
Sameer's eyes glistened listening to the word 'beta'. He heaved a sigh.
"Tumhe pata hai Sameer, papa kal mandir kyun gaye thhe?" She gently asked.
He just shook his head and let her continue. "Arjun bhaiya ka jab bhi koi bada match hota tha na, toh Papa hamesha mandir jakar prasad chadhhathe the aur koi mannat mangte the... Papa aaj wo sab tumhare kiye kar rahe hai Sameer... Aur mai jaanti hu, abhibhi woh bahar gaye hai, toh tumhare liye hi gaye honge... Shayad koi mannat puri karne..." She smiled.
"Lekin Naina... abhi toh koi kam mila bhi nahi hai..." Sameer was a bit overwhelmed but knew that he had done nothing or didn't fulfill even a basic wish of Papa.
"Haan toh mil jayega na... Unhe tum par bharosa hai... tumne toh suna hi tha na darwaze par se?" She chuckled.
Had it been any other situation, Sameer would have blushed on getting caught again by his wife. But this time, he wasn't. He had a lone tear in his eyes. Even he was feeling the warmth of Rakesh papa ever since they came to Mumbai. He never knew what a father figure must be like. And wasn't it just a few days ago when he was struggling to reckon a face, a face of a father figure in his life? But he realized that he was too much stressing on imagining a typical filmy scene for that task, that too in Nirmal Jyoti Society setup. But, alas!! Life isn't a film. You have to find and cherish small-small moments to live a happy life. He thought he couldn't imagine Rakesh Papa and Naina sharing an emotional conversation. But he just needed to look around him, right here! And probably, fathers are supposed to be like that. They may not confess their love for their children, but they always cared for them. And not just for Naina, somehow he too was seeing Rakesh papa fitting in that frame of a father in his life. He shifted his gaze in another direction and silently wiped the small tear.
Naina understood his need for some alone time. "Arey, dekho na, khana banana hai... Mai aata goond leti hu", she said and left for the kitchen.
Sameer again started watching the children playing.
"Naina... Sameer...", the front door opened and a loud voice came in. No one needed to guess that it was Rakesh papa.
"Haan Papa..." Naina came from the kitchen.
"Mai tumhare liye kuch lekar aaya hun..." Rakesh gleefully dipped his hand in a cotton bag, "Yeh tumhare liye..." His hand contained pens with different colors. Red, black, green, pink. There were two Nataraj pencils, an eraser and a sharpener.
Naina just kept staring at the handful of her childhood, she always craved for. "Yeh mere liye hai Papa?" Her eyes shone.
"Haan... tujhe notes banane me kam ayega... Woh hota hai na, alag-alag rang se likhte hai na bachche..." Rakesh tried to make a point.
"Thank you Papa." Naina said, hiding her teary eyes.
"Sameer kaha hai?" He enquired.
"Balcony me..." She informed, turning to look at the kitchen. "Papa aap usse awaz lagaiye, mujhe cooker chadhana hai..." And she rushed gulping a lump in her throat.
"Ji papaji", Sameer came in the front room as Rakesh called him.
"Yeh dekho, tumhare liye kuch filmi keetabein laayi hai..." Rakesh took out some magazines from the bag and handed over them to him, "Isme kuchh heroes ke interviews chhape hain. Padho thoda, tumhe madad ho jayegi kuchh..."
Sameer was overjoyed seeing this gesture from his Father-in-law. So Naina was right. But he just thought of teasing him, "Waise Papa, aap yeh sab kyu karte ho mere liye? Yeh magazines lana, mujhe acting school chhodne aana, mandir jaana... kyun?"
Rakesh narrowed his eyes to confirm that he heard something different again. But he was put forth with a question, "Kyun matlab, aise hi. Ab kya iske liye bhi Pradhan mantri se anumatipatra lena padega kya?"
Sameer knew that Rakesh may still pretend a layer over himself in front of him. He smiled and was about to leave, when Rakesh just caught his hand, stopping him. "Yeh sab bass isliye taaki tumhe hero banta hua dekh saku. Aur kuchh nahi." He kept his hands on Sameer's shoulders, "Aur suno, abse 'papa' kahke hi pukarna, achha lagta hai sunne me."
What an irony it was! For his whole life, Rakesh craved for the respect from his elders, from his colleagues and from people around him. It was his trivial wish that he shouldn't be disrespected just because he didn't earn much money. He believed he deserved respect as a human. But this time, he wasn't looking for that respect given by his son-in-law with that additional 'ji'. Now, he wanted someone to call him just 'papa' with so much affection and care. Yes, he had Naina who called him that, but now he wanted to hear it from Sameer too. And he had called him Papa. He hadn't mistaken the previous times too. He was so overwhelmed and he felt so happy that he literally squeezed his thumbs on Sameer's shoulders.
"Oouch", Sameer suddenly jerked out of pain unknowingly, but the sound got surfaced by a whistle of the pressure cooker.
But Rakesh heard it. He immediately took off his hands and queried in concern, "Kya hua? Chot lagi hai kya koi?" He was trying to look for something on Sameer's left shoulder.
"Nahi Papa, kuchh nahi hua hai... Bass aise hi nikal gaya..." Sameer was trying to calm him down.
"Arey, aise kaise kuchh nahi... Kuchh toh hua hai... Dikhao toh sahi mujhe", Rakesh was still concerned, and started opening Sameer's shirt's first button to look into it.
Sameer just held his collar, not letting Rakesh open it, "Papa, kaha na kuchh nahi hai... Mai yeh magazines rakh ke aata hun", and he left from there to his bedroom.
Rakesh wasn't convinced, he saw Sameer was in pain, and he called Naina.
"Ji papa", Naina came out with her hands covered with wheat flour as she was preparing the dough.
"Kaha dhyan rahta hai tumhara? Sameer ko chot lagi hai aur tumhe pata bhi nahi?", he started scolding her, putting his hands on his waist.
"Chot? Nahi Papa, mujhe nahi pata", Naina got worried after listening about it.
Rakesh calmed down a bit, "Haan usko chot lagi hai kandhe pe, lekin bata nahi raha... Jao dekho toh kya hua usse."
Naina immediately left for the bedroom, and she entered to find Sameer standing near the cupboard.
Sameer had half-opened the cupboard, and was standing near as to change in the nightwears. He had tugged out the shirt from his jeans and unbuttoned it and was about to unbutton the cufflinks of his shirt.
"Sameer", Naina called out in concern. He just hummed. "Papa kah rahe the tumhe chot lagi hai, bataya kyu nahi mujhe? Kaha lagi hai?"
He was watching her from the mirror and just turned to her and smiled, "Arey koi chot nahi lagi hai."
Naina got perplexed, "Toh papa aisehi thodi na bol rahe honge... Batao na mujhe."
Sameer chuckled, "Woh darwaza band karo toh." Naina managed to lock the door somehow and went to him to see what it is. Sameer just held her wrist and pulled her to him, making her hands land on his chest. "Sab tumhari wajah se hua hai", he touched his forehead to hers.
"Meri wajah se? Mujhe toh pata bhi nahi kya hua, kab hua...."
"Shshshsh", he hushed her. "Woh iski baat kar rahe thhe..."
He tugged the left side of the collar a little and showed her a dark pinkish mark on left shoulder near to his neck. Naina's eyes widened and she instantly realized what her father was about to know. She became worried seeing the mark. They never really preferred to leave marks on their partner's body. But yesterday, she was an enchantress. She fixed her gaze down and blushed so hard that her cheeks turned crimson red.
Sameer noticed all these sudden changes in her and thought of teasing her, "Hmmmm abhi papa ko kya pata ki unko beti raat ko kaise sherni bann jaati hai..."
She got alarmed hearing this, she jerked and put one of her hands on his mouth covering it lightly, "Kya kar rahe ho Sameer, Papa sunn lenge toh?"
"Darwaza band hai Madam. Kisiko kuchh sunai nahi dega", he smirked, half of his face covered with wheat flour beneath her palm.
She blushed again while removing her hand from his face and slowly tried to take off his shirt from his shoulders, which then stuck at his arms. She lifted herself on her toes and blew on the mark and kissed it as softly as possible. Sameer turned away his face giving her more visibility to his neck, with a blush on his face too. "Raat ko dawai laga dungi," she came down, rubbing the mark gently.
"Woh toh raat ko, abhi ke liye...", Sameer held her waist firmly and leaned forward to her lips. She closed her eyes, wrapping her hands around his neck and she inched closer. A few inches left and suddenly they heard a whistle.
"Cooker, teesri seeti ho gayi..." Naina snapped open her eyes and ran to the kitchen after freeing herself from his arms. Sameer kept on smiling while wiping the flour on his face.
