Greetings!

This is a very rash and impromptu decision on my part that I hope I shan't regret. If you're here, let me give you a bit of background. 

This book takes place in the same world, so to speak, as my Princess of the Highlands Trilogy, the first book of which is coming to print this September. Do you need to read that first before this? Not necessarily, no. This story takes place a month or so after Aonachd - The Last Road ends, but is focused on different characters. However, it does contain spoilers for who, obviously, survives and doesn't survive in the trilogy. So, if you haven't read that yet, I would encourage you to do so, else risk spoilers. Once we get to the spoilery part, I will include a note at the top. ;) 

(And for those of you going to come at me about Aonachd, I haven't had time to edit it the way it needs to be, bear with me. Neart agus Urram is needing some major changes that are going to affect book 3 so that needs to be fixed first. I'm getting to it, I promise. Don't kill me yet.) 

So, what should you expect in this book? Think the Highway Man, but in medieval times. Viking slave-turned assassin, a Saxon princess, etc. It's going to be fun. I hope. 

I can't promise anything regarding updates. I have the rough drafts of the prologue and first chapter (as I'm currently writing this note), but that's it. I am working slowly on this, but the way my life is right now, I can't pour out quick updates like I used to. Nonetheless, it's fully outlined. All I have to do is write it. 

However, this story has grown seriously enough to be written on Wattpad. And if you decide to come along, I'd love to have you. This is a first draft. You are forewarned. All the same, let's get our feet wet.
