As you can tell from the title, this is the starting town of your new Pokemon Game. Your character is soon arriving in the game from Sign-Up, and no one knows they'll be stuck in the game just yet, so as of right now it's a priority to many to get their hands on their Starter Pokemon from the Lab in the middle of Town.

And of course, wild Pokemon and Beasts
