I wake up the next morning and hear the slamming of cabinets and drawers in the kitchen. I groan and slowly get up throwing my robe on, I then head downstairs where I look and see my so-called boyfriend making his shake for himself.

I glare a bit and groan a bit, I walk in and lean against the door frame, I clear my throat making him look, he smiles “oh hey babe, sleep well? Sorry about not being home early” he says with his normal grin, i roll my eyes “oh its no problem at all, i only waited at the stupid restaurant for an hour like a complete idiot” i say sarcastically.

He stops and looks at me confused, he says “restaurant? What do you…” he then trails off, his eyes got wide and he mumbles “crap it was THAT dinner night” i glare and nod “yes its was THAT dinner night, you know it was because i reminded you for 2 weeks and we have done it every christmas for the past 3 years!! How could you forget?!” he groans “please babe stop yelling at me i'm sorry i forgot…'' I huff and walk over to get some orange juice.

As I grabbed the juice I then heard his phone go off and look at him from the corner of my eye. He was smiling at whatever it was so i say “who is that?” He quickly puts his phone away “no one just a friend”. I roll my eyes and put the juice away, I then sigh and say “don't keep secrets from me Jack…you know what? I'm gonna just go change and head out for the day, you do whatever you want" I walk away as he yells after me about how I'm just being paranoid and jealous.

I rush upstairs and change into a red skirt, leggings, black sweater, and my black boots. I walk downstairs grabbing my purse and the jacket I was given last night and rush out. About a few minutes later I end up Infront of my father's old house, I stare at it and frown, why did he have to get remarried and leave me behind? I mean I know I was a lot to handle sometimes but I was a teen, I needed him. I didn't realize how lost in thought I was till I heard "hey snowdrop". I turn remembering that voice, I smile a bit and say "Bernard".

He smiles "what are you doing here?" I put my hands in my pockets "oh um just walking around…how did you know I was here? And why did you call me snowdrop?" He smirks a bit and stands next to me "one, I just happened to see you when I was walking by and two, because it's my new nickname for you" I smile a bit more and shakes my head "well thanks…hey um I was wondering, would you like to hang out?" He smiles and nods "sure but I can't stay too long, I have to head back to work soon" I nod "oh of course, we could just go to the park and hang out if you'd like?" He nods and I lead the way smiling again.
