Authors note: this picture is kinda what I'm going for. It will make more sense after reading but this is what I'm thinking when I introduced the costume.

                        You and sans sit behind the shed for a bit watching snow fall. After a few minutes you decide to go back to the party and socialize for a bit. When you walk inside, you notice the music stopped playing. You didn't know what to do. You remember that naps tabloid was talking about how he likes to make music. You decide to ask him if he wants to play some on the DJ table. It takes you a minute to find him, when you notice he was staring to the DJ table.

"Hey napstablook, would you like to play some music." You ask startling him.

"Oh I'm sorry, I didn't mean to bother." He says backing away.

"Oh no no, your not being a bother. Come on, I want to hear you play." You insisted.

"I guess it wouldn't hurt to try." He says with a small smile.

"That's the spirt." (Lol )

As soon as napstablook put his headset on you knew he was use to this. He just started and you were already amazed at his talent. He gives you a glance to see your reaction and you give him a big thumbs up. Soon everyone gathered around him and praised him. Knowing that everyone was having a good time filled you with determination.  After a bit you worked up the courage to go have a chat with Asgore. You walked up to him and started to make small talk. Eventually your small talk turned into a whole conversation on both of your ideas of what to do once on the surface. You could feel the pain in his words. It hurt your heart knowing the monsters were trapped down here. They were all so nice, and to think you couldn't even remember your life on the surface. You want to find  way to release the monsters from this underground. Asgore spoke of a way to free the monsters but it required a human soul. This sent fear into your mind. 'Did he know?' you wondered. He talked about various things from his life in the underground to his hopes for the future of monsters. After a bit undyne pulled you away for a dancing contest. Apparently papyrus dared her to compete against you in a free style. You did your best, but afraid of your disguise falling off, you went easy on the dancing.

The party continued until people started falling asleep. It amazed you, that no one suspected you of being human. Then again how could they when you had such good friends watching your back. Once everyone left, you start to clean up. Papyrus fell asleep next to the tree and sans was sleeping on the couch. Undyne took alphas home. For some reason that made you smile. You leave the boys where they were and continued to clean up. You put all the paper plates and cups in trash bags and put the silverware in the sink. You walked upstairs and grabbed some extra blankets. You first layed a blanket over papyrus and kissed him on the forehead.

"Good night." You whispered.

You then walked over to sans and place a blanket over him. You again kissed his forehead and whispered good night. You smile at the two before continuing your cleaning. You felt a sense of home overcome you. It made you happy. You quietly sit on the floor and lean against the couch. You admired you work for a bit before drifting off to sleep.

You wake up the next morning in sans bed. You were confused, you remember falling asleep in the living room how did you get here. You get out of bed and walk down stairs. You are greeted by papyrus asking if you want breakfast. You sat at the table and a plate of pancakes was set in front of you. Sans walks in and sits beside you.

"Morning foxy." He says with a giggle.

You touch the ears on your head and laugh.

"I guess I forgot to take them off last night." You say. You grab the ears and try to pull them off....they didn't budge.

"Having problems there bud?" Sans says.

"Yeah, they won't come off." You leave the ears and try to get the tail off. You look for the string that kept it in place...it's gone. You run to the bathroom and lift up your shirt a bit to see the tail better. Sans walks in the door and stops.

"Uh, how did you get it to stick like that." He asks.

Papyrus walks up behind sans and looks at the tail.

"OH MY..DO HUMANS ALWAYS HAVE TAILS?" He asks.

You start to freak out. The 'costume' was now apart of you.

"What do I do? They won't come off. Help me try and pull them off." You say in distress.

Sans walks up to you and grabs the ears. He pulls and you feel a sharp pain. "Ow!" You yell startling sans. You touch the ears out of complete shock. Papyrus and sans stared at a loss of words.

"Kid calm down, we'll have Alphys take a look and ask her what to do." Sans says calming you down.

You look in the mirror for a bit and try to understand what was happening. You reassure the boys that you were okay and bring them into a hug.

"It's okay, I'm okay. Let's just ask Alphys and see why this is happening." You tell them.

They agree and walk into the living room. You follow and sit on the couch beside sans . Sans pulls out his phone and dials Alphys. It didn't ring for long, till the answering machine kicked in. He hung up and dialed again. This time he received a text.

"Sorry cant talk right now, I'm going to be out of the lab for a couple days so I'll call you when I'm back." Sans says reading off the text.

"DONT WORRY HUMAN. IM SURE DR. ALPHYS WILL BE BACK IN NO TIME." papyrus reassures you.

"Okay." You say in defeat. "I don't mind being like this for a bit, I mean its not like its hurting me or anything." You convincing yourself it was okay.

"Hey kid if it makes you feel any better, I think this new look is CLAW-some." He says with a laugh.

"OH MY GOSH SANS. THIS IS NO TIME FOR YOUR SILLY PUNS." papyrus states.

"I don't know pap I think I'm FELINE better after that." You and sans laugh like there's no tomorrow. Papyrus face palms and walks away.

"Okay sans that's enough KITTEN around, I think PURR-haps we should go for a walk." You say holding your stomach from laughter.

"Nah I PAW-fer we watch a movie." sans says.

"PURR-fect" You say in response.

You both settle down on the couch and look for something to watch. Honestly you weren't paying attention to the TV. It was weird, you were able to feel your tail and ears as if it was natural. You were able to wiggle your ears and move your tail any way you wanted. Sans looks over at you and notices you intensely looking at your tail. He chuckles a bit and strokes your tail. Immediately it sent shivers down your spine. your face turns red and you pull your tail away out of embarrassment.

"Oh?" He says with a grin. 

You hug your tail and back away from sans a bit. He gives you a malicious grin and scoots closer to you.

"What's wrong kid? Cats got your tongue?" He says as he leans in closer.

"I mean it sans don't you dare." You say nervously.

"What do you mean kid?" He says smiling at you.

" You know what I mean sans." You say now laying down on the couch with sans overtop of you.

"Oh, you mean do this!" he says tickling your sides causing you to laugh uncontrollably.

You struggle to get away. Sans laughs as he tickles you. You both fall off the couch and laugh.  You lay side by side on the floor now. You turn your head to look at sans. He holds your hand and smiles. You felt butterflies in your stomach when sans was with you. You never had a dull moment when he was around. Why did he make you feel like this. There was only one explanation.

'Did I fall in love with sans?' You ask yourself. You feel your chest tighten at the thought.

"Hey kid, whatcha say we go to waterfall tomorrow?" he says sitting up off the floor.

"Really?! Can we?!" You say jumping off the floor and looking at sans with big eyes.

"Sure kiddo." He smiled.

"Woo hoo!" You say jumping with joy. "Can we take the shortcut?" You beg.

"How can I say no to that." He says.

"Yay! I cant wait." You say.

I guess for the rest of the day you relaxed with sans and papyrus. Normally pap didn't like to be lazy, but after that party, he felt it was alright. You asked pap what he was doing tomorrow.

"I, THE GREAT PAPYRUS, SHALL BE VISITING METTATON BACKSTAGE AT HIS NEW DRAMA, 'THE STAR OF ME'. " He says with great enthusiasm.

"Okay pap I hope you have a Metta-ton of fun." You giggling.

"Woah bro, make sure you don't have too much fun." Sans says giving you a nervous glare.

"NOT TO WORRY BROTHER, I SHALL HAVE THE PERFECT AMOUNT OF FUN AS ONE SHOULD HAVE." papyrus says not understanding the situation.

Sans face palms and you laugh making papyrus even more confused.

"You know what guys." You say

"What?" The brothers say in almost perfect unison.

"I really like being with you guys. I cant image a life without you." You say sitting in between them on the couch.

"Me too." Sans say.

"ME THREE" Says papyrus.

 You giggle holding both the brothers hands.

"Thank you guys for finding me." To think that this never would have happened if you hadn't lost your memories.

Sorry for the shorter chapter. I feel like this was a good time to put in a plot twist and this is how it came out. I hope you guys like it.                           *nervously smiles*
