It was finally the end of the day. By now, your parents have been killed. You already had all your things packed for tomorrow. You have been trying to go to sleep for the past three hours. You just wanted to go to the orphanag and ask Frisk why she reset. You also wanted to see your best friend. You hoped that Melody still remebered you.

You sighed and pulled out your phone and looked through it. You got onto Wattpad and started reading some fan fiction. By the time you were finished reading the story, it was midnight. You put your phone away and finally went to sleep.

You woke up to the doorbell ringing. You went over to the door and opened it. Just as you expected, there were police.they explained to you about your parents death. You acted surprised and really sad. You really were sad but not as much as last time because you actually knew prior.

You went to your room and grabbed your stuff. The police then brought you to the orphanag. You got into your room and you set your things down. The caretakers pulled you out of the room to let the other kids meet you. She named off everyone including Melody and Frisk.

"Would you like to introduce yourself?" the lady asked. You shook your head.

"If they want to know my name, they can come up to me and ask." you replied. The last nodded and let You and the rest of the children go around and play. You walked up to Frisk

"Why? Why the hell did you reset?" you whispered

"(Y/n) I didn't! I really didn't!" Frisk whispered as well.

"Frisk, we went back four years in the past! We have to wait four whole years just to see them again!" your eyes started to full with tears. Frisk kept apologizing and hugged you.

"(Y-y/n)?" you heard a voice say. You looked up to see Melody. It looks like she was crying as well.

"M-Mel? You remember?" you asked.

"Of course I do! It wouldn't make sence if only one of us remembers. If one does, so does the other! We are sister's after all!" Melody said. She hugged you as well. You hugged both Frisk and Melody back.

"Alright! First off, if Frisk is telling the truth, then we need to think, who the hell would be able to reset the timeline?" you said.

"I think I may have an idea! Frisk, you said that last time, you left Chara with Asriel, right?" Melody asked. Frisk nodded.

"Which would mean...She was still with him when he absorbed your soul!" I finished. Frisk's eyes went wide.

"She probably is planing another Genocide run!" Frisk explained.

"Well, we have four whole years to prepare! I'm sure we can stop her when the time comes!" Melody said. You and Frisk nodded. You three started to plan the best course of action.

Meanwhile in ze Underground

(Sans point of view)

Damn, it's been only a day and I already miss her. She must be really upset about her parents. I really hope she remembers me.

Papyrus has seemed like he misses Melody as well, but he still works a bunch. No matter what the situation is, he is still a workaholic.

"SANS! I KNOW YOU MISS HER BUT YOU NEED TO WORK! IT WILL HELP YOU TAKE YOUR MIND OFF OF HER." I heard Papyrus yell from the other side of the door.

"Come on bro, just leave me to my SKULLking!" I joked.

"BROTHER, I DISOWN YOU!" Papyrus yelled. I chuckled and got up. I said goodbye to my brother and shortcutted to my sentiry station near the ruins.

I doubt much is going to happen during the four years. All I can do is sit and wait. I wish I could just kill Frisk for this, but she does play an important role in up escaping.

I'll just talk to Frisk when she gets here. Maybe it was Chars who reset. I don't know, I'm just upset and want time to hurry up!

And that ends this chapter. I know it's short but there wasn't really much I could think of. The next chapter might be short. idk, maybe I'll do a time skip. Well, bye bye for now my beautiful reader-chans!
