After drinking so much of fruit juice he needed to visit the washroom so without wasting a minute he made an excuse & ran towards his house.

She rang the bell but no answer.

As soon as she stepped inside the hall her eyes fell on his body which was on the floor. The color of her face became pale & she felt like her life is coming to an end. Only one word slipped from her mouth.

The doctor was examining Randhir. All his friends and family were praying God to save him. His mother was sitting beside him like a corpse. 

I think accidentally he gulped some Sceoneem leaves (imaginary) (The doctor informed them)
