A is a superhero and B is his arch nemesis, and they fight almost every day.

After a few weeks of radio silence, B finds out that A was in an accident and hasnt left the hospital. So, B goes to find out his true identity only to find out that A has lost his memory. B decides to visit and he expects there to be loads of visitors, or atleast a family member, but apparently no one has visited since A arrived a month ago. And, as soon as B enters, the injured hero smiles brightly.

A doesn't know who he is, but he came to visit him, so he must be very special! B of course uses this for nefarious reasons and pretends to be his boyfriend to sign him out of the hospital.

Does B actually fall in love with him?

Or does he end up betraying him for the sake of being evil?
