Virgil's POV

I woke up with really bad headache. As I open my eyes I see Princey at my bedside. Weird I Thought. Then I see Dad and Logan. But no Deceit. Wait what happened?

"Virgil! You're awake! I thought I lost you!" Princey yells out while reaching for my hand. I pull away and stare at him like he's crazy. I notice Dad and Logan are up now.

"How do you know my name!? Where's Deceit??" I ask shocked that he knew my name.

"Virgil what are you talking about? You told us your name. And Deceit is with Remus." Princey answers me calmly now.

"I don't know what you are taking about." I say quietly.

"It seems Virgil has lost his memory due to the head injury." Logan says speaking  up.

"I wait what happened??" I ask

"Well we were in the imagination on a date and a dragon witch attacked us! And I tried to fight them off but this one was too strong and knocked me out when I came to you were knocked out and were bleeding from the head! So I picked you up and raced you to Logan!" Princey says tearing up.

I kind of feel bad for him. He seems very shaken up by this. Wait did he say date????

"Did you say Date?" I ask confused

"Yes Virgil dear. We are dating. Have been for a year now. You don't remember?" He says almost choking up.

"I um I'm sorry I don't remember Princey... the last thing I remember is that I'm with Deceit." I say quietly.

The look on his face says it all. Heartbreak. I really feel bad but I don't remember ever having feelings for him.

"I-um But Virgil I love you.." He says crying

"I-um I'm sorry I don't I ugh" I say pulling at my hair frustrated.

"Hey Kiddo Take it easy we can figure this out later. You need to rest." Dad says patting my shoulder.

"Patton is Right. Roman we should leave him alone." Logan says while grabbing Patton's hand leaving.

"I but um okay. I'll leave you alone Virgil. I'm sorry." He says while running out of my room.

I feel so bad but I don't remember ever having feelings or let alone loving him. I just remember Deceit.

              Next Day (still Virgil's POV)

I wake up fully rested the next day. I get up and get dressed and head down stairs for breakfast but stop midway hearing hushed voices.

"He doesn't remember us. He doesn't remember all of our good times together. I had the whole day planned for our Anniversary today and now I don't know." Roman says crying.

"I know kiddo but you have to give him time" Patton says reassuring him.

"Patton is quite right. He shall regain his memories seeing as his head injury was not too bad." Logan adds.

"But all he remembers is being with Deceit. I just can't believe this happened it's all my fault. What if he doesn't remember? What if.." Roman says starting to hyperventilating.

He's having a panic attack. I know this I have them a lot.

"Hey kiddo relax just breathe"

"Ca-an't" Roman says struggling to breathe.

I have to do something. I can't let him go through this.

I run downstairs almost tripping until I'm in front of him.

"Hey Princey can you hear me?" I ask gently

He nods.

"Okay can I hold your hand?"

He lets me take his hand.

"Okay that's Good Princey. Can you try and breathe for me?"

He shakes his head.

"That's okay. Try coping my breathe. In for four out for four that's it you got it."

He seems to have calmed down and is breathing properly. He leans into me. I just hold him.

"Thanks Virgil.." He says quietly.

"Don't mention it Princey." I say while standing up and heading to the kitchen to get something to eat. This was really awkward.

"Hi!!!" I hear someone yell.

I turn to see Remus and Deceit.

"Yea hi or whatever I don't care." Deceit says.

I walk back in the living room to see them standing there.

"Oh hey Virgil!! I heard you hit your hit! Are you okay? Is your brain falling out??" Remus asks me.

"Remus He is quite alright and no he's brain is not falling out." Logan says while rolling his eyes.

"Hey Dee. Where have you been?" I ask

"Not with Remus of course." He answers smirking.

I feel a pang in my heart. Why was he with him.

"So do you want to hang out Dee?" I ask hopefully.

He looks taken back by what I ask. He then answers, "why not"

I see Roman has tears in his eyes. He just walks out of the room.

So me and Deceit spent the whole day together it was nice. Then Remus interrupting us.

"Dee! When are we going to hang out! I miss my snake!" Remus yells dramatically

"Remus Sweetie relax we just finished the movie. We can cuddle now if you wish to?" Deceit answers looking at Remus with so much love.

I just get up and leave. I guess a lot has changed. As I'm walking back to my room I hear sobbing.

I listen closely and it's coming from  Roman's room. I wish I could remember but I don't. As I'm about to open my door I hear a door creak open. And make eye contact with Roman.

"Oh hey Virgil... so how was your day With Deceit?" He asks trying not to sound jealous but I could tell he was.

"It was good! But Remus showed up so yea I left. Are they dating?" I ask

"Yea they are. It's quite annoying. Remus is so clingy!" He says while laughing a bit.

"Yea he seems like the type." I say laughing as well.

"Gosh how I have missed that beautiful Laugh." He says while smiling at me.

I just blush and look down.

"Shit I'm sorry I didn't mean to say that allowed. Sorry if I made you uncomfortable..." He says looking ashamed.

"No it's fine. I'm good. It was nice to hear something like that. Deceit never really complimented me." I say smiling at him.

"well he should cause Virgil you are really amazing!" He says smiling back at me.

"Thanks. I um do you want to watch some movies together? I'm not really sleepy yet.." I ask while looking down.

"Of course Emo Nightmare I would be honored!" He says while bowing.

I just laugh and walk with him into his room.

We spent the whole night watching movies mainly Disney and talking. And the next Day I woke up remembering everything while in the arms of my prince.
