Roman's POV:

I look at the time.

9:00 PM.

Me and Virgil agreed to meet at the Imagination at 9:05. I've just gotten here. I made the forest a beautiful green and there was roses everywhere because Virgil loves roses. I also added a small lake with some swans and frogs. The night sky is a dark blue with some purple and many stars. It looks like a galaxy. I made it perfect for something of nature that Virgil would love. I want to make him really happy tonight. I don't know if I should tell him about the Deceit thing though. I don't want him to worry...

I hear a shuffle and I look up to see Virgil......limping towards me. I run over to him and grab his face and make our lips meet. He melts into the kiss and wraps his arms around my neck. I wrap one arm around his waist and pull him closer. I take off his hood and put our foreheads together. He smiles at me and giggles. My heart warms up and I graze his cheek with my thumb, staring into his beautiful eyes. I've missed him so much. And under the starlight, he looks so beautiful.

"I've missed you," he whispers.

"I've missed you too," I whisper back.

He chuckles and buries his face in my chest. "Can we cuddle?"

I nod. "Yeah, of course we can! Come on, let's go cuddle over here near the lake." I take his hand and lead him to the lake. We lay down on the ground, Virgil laying on top of me, snuggling into my shirt. I smile down at him and kiss his forehead. Then I start playing with his hair.

"You're so perfect," he mumbles.

I look down at him with smiles on our faces. "So are you," and then I boop his nose. He laughs and captures my lips. I roll on the top of him, holding our kiss together. He puts his hands in my hair, deepening the kiss. I put my hands up his shirt as he deepens the kiss even more.

And things happen that you can imagine so TIME SKIP

I look over at Virgil. He's staring up at the stars, a smile on his face. I've never seen him so happy before. It warms up my heart and soul.

"The sky is beautiful," he says. Then he looks at me. "I wish I was creative like you."

"You are, my love," I say as I stroke his cheek with my thumb. Then I go serious. "Also, next time I see Logan, I'm going to kick his ass."

He chuckles. "Thanks, Princey." But then he frowns. "But last time you did that, we got separated."

I pull him closer and run my fingers through his hair. "Nothing can keep us apart. I promise you that. He shouldn't have kicked you in the stomach and ribs. That just..." I growl. "That just pissed me off so much." I pull Virgil closer to me. "If he touches you like that ever again, I swear to God, I will kill him."

"Thank you," Virgil mumbles.

I look down at him and squeal. His face is buried in my chest, his bangs are slightly covering his face, his lips are parted open, he's staring up at me with sparkling me. "You're so adorable!" I coo.

He covers his face with his arms and says, "No I'm not."

I point at him and say, "Yes you are. And trying to cover it up with your emo darkness makes you even more adorable." I poke his cheek and he looks up at me, annoyed. "I love you, Hot Topic."

"First of all, I'm not hot. Second of all, I now want to go to Hot Topic, so thanks a lot. Third, I love you too."

I smile. "Let's do this every night, okay?"

He nods. "Yeah. Lets." We kiss and I wish I could do this with him all day, everyday.

Virgil takes his phone out from under him and opens it up. He frowns. "It's 12:30 AM. We should probably head back soon."

I nod. "But first, let me give you my number so you can unblock it and then we can text." He nods and we exchange numbers and he unblocks mine. "Okay, we should probably get going," I say in despair.

He sighs sadly. "Yeah. Probably."

We both get up, put back on our clothes, and start to head back to our rooms, holding hands. We say nothing to each other, just grip the other's hand like our life depends on it. In a way, it does.

We get to the outside of his door. I push his back against it and kiss his lips, his hair going straight into my hair. I put my hands on his hips and pull him closer. I pull away and whisper, "Goodnight, my love. I love you."

"Goodnight, Princey. Love you too." We exchange one last kiss until he goes inside his room. Then I go back to mine.

I crawl into bed and feel an emptiness in me come back. Virgil is gone. He isn't with me anymore. It makes me sad. I wish we could cuddle some more and...ya know...do other things...But I really miss him. I saw the extra cuts on his arms and shoulders but I didn't say anything. I didn't want to ruin the moment. I also didn't say anything about Deceit because I didn't want to ruin the moment. Tonight was really fun and happy and I wish we could have this throughout the day instead of sneaking around at night. At least we can text each other now. Then we won't be as lonely and depressed.

I stare up at the ceiling and I start to quietly sing.
