Another collection of short little scenes that were suggested by people on my message board. Feel free to suggest more and I'll make another one-it's nice to have these to work on when I want to write but don't want to focus on something big.

Dog Dads (R Moxiety)

Patton hummed softly to himself, fingers trailing through the soft purple hair of his boyfriend who was sat in his lap on the couch. Virgil was cuddled comfortable against him, quietly dozing off comfortably in his arms when Patton spoke up.

"I think we're missing something." He mumbled, breaking Virgil out of his almost slumber and causing him to tense in his arms. Patton quickly went to hold him tighter. "Nothing serious, no need to worry, sweetheart."

Virgil relaxed again, shifting a little in Patton's hold to look up at him. He sounded sleepy and not very coherent as he spoke. "What do you think is missing?"

"I think... I think we need another living thing around. More than just the two of us." Patton said, smiling softly. "I think we need a pet."

"Oh, thank god," Virgil huffed, collapsing into Patton's chest, voice muffled as he spoke again. "I thought you were about to propose we have children. I don't want any gremlins running around our home just yet."

"Oh," Patton giggled a little, petting his boyfriends hair again. "No, no. Just... having a pet would be nice. We could get a cat!"

"Pat," Virgil shifted down his face was no longer hidden in his boyfriends chest, looking up at him with a frown. "You're allergic. No cats."

"Fine, fine. Then what about a dog?"

It took a while of talking and planning, but not too long after their conversation the two boyfriends found themselves once more on their living room couch. Patton was holding Virgil close in his lap again, smiling contentedly. Virgil was smiling as well, gazing happily at the bundle of fur that sat in his own lap, peacefully napping and enjoying the love and attention it received from both of the new dog dads.

Lazy Day (P LAMP)

It was just one of those kinds of days. The days where you didn't want to change out of your pajamas or leave your home, the days you didn't want to have to be productive in any way. A lazy day. A day to relax and not worry about anything.

The sides decided they were going to let their lazy day happen.

Patton brought out the snacks, Virgil bringing the blankets for their nest, and Roman picked their first movie they would watch. Soon enough the four found themselves on their blanket nest on the floor in front of the tv. Patton started the cuddling, pulling Logan close to his side and leaning his weight on the other. He gestured for Roman on his other side to join them, and soon all four of them were pressed close against each other, warm and cozy as they watched their Disney movies and snacked on cookies.

"I love you guys," Pat mumbled out, head resting on Roman's shoulder as Rapunzel sang on screen about her life in the tower.

"We love you too, Patton." Logan said, followed by Roman and Virgil.

Sometimes lazy days were the best kind of day.

Movie Night (R Prinxiety)

The room was dark apart from the screen that had one of Virgil's favorite movies playing. The room danced with light from the movie, casting different colors on the boy's skin as Roman gazed at him in wonder. Blues and purples and reds all changed the way he looked, head in Roman's lap as he watched the movie peacefully.

Roman adored the way he looked like this. All cozy and comfortable and safe, resting in his lap with his body curled close, one arm slipped around Roman's back to hold onto him. He was so beautiful. Roman couldn't resist the temptation, gliding his hands through the boys hair for a moment before his hand settled on his cheek, turning his head up to face him instead of the movie.

"What is it, Princey? This is a good part of the mov-" he was cut off by soft lips meeting his own, melting into the kiss and wrapping his arms securely around Roman's neck to pull himself in closer.

This was so much nicer than whatever was happening in his movie.
