Tutoring (the Prinxiety side) HA! SIDE!

Hey guys im so so sorry for not existing!!! My computer was dead and I lost the charger :(( I could've written something on my phone but I honestly would've hated that so much and it would've taken my lazy ass ten years to get done XD SOOO!!! Now I'm all fueled up and I have ideas and a LOT of free time :D

PROCEEDING

Roman's POV

My mother is forcing me to give up my INCREDIBLY VALUABLE REHEARSAL TIME so I can "help" the other actors and actresses. Me! The best actor in the school, Roman Prince! It's a complete waste if you ask me. I have much more talent than anyone who's asking for help. And how am I supposed to teach? I'm not a teacher, I'm a STAR! The teaching part belongs to Logan. Speaking of Logan, Patton talks about him a lot. It's so obvious he likes him. I hope Logan signed up to tutor so he and Patton can start talking and finally get together. As much as I love my best friend, It gets pretty annoying having to listen to him go on and on about his "endless love" for Logan. It is pretty cute though.

Anyway, Patton needs to learn to be like me. Smooth, cool, charming. I could have anyone in this school. IF I wanted just anyone. But I don't want just anyone. I want a certain someone. He seems like he has a wall put up all the time. I want to break that wall so I can be there for him. He doesn't talk to anyone but Logan and a few teachers. If he talks to anyone else, he's rude and sarcastic. The last and only conversation I had with him, I asked how his day was. He responded with, "Oh it's just fantastic. I just love being trapped in this castle of dreams." He rolled his eyes, scoffed, and walked away. I'd love to say it was annoying and rude, but... God, that was so fucking HOT! I bet I looked as red as a tomato. (solanum lycopersicum)

My thoughts were interrupted when Patton sat down next to me in the cafeteria. "Hey, Roman! What are you doing here?" He smiled politely.

"Oh, my mother just thought it would be good for me to offer to tutor the theater kids that are having trouble."

"Oh, okay! Well I'm glad you're here! I heard Logan signed up to teach. I hope I get paired with him..." He giggled slightly and glanced around the room, looking for any sign of his love.

I rolled my eyes and smiled, also looking around for Virgil. He has theater with me, but he usually stays backstage with makeup and costumes. You'd think he'd be with the lights and such, but if you saw some of the makeup he's done, you'd know why he's there. He's super talented. I sighed just thinking about him.

"Roman? Did you hear??" Patton shook my arm excitedly.

"Oh, uhm no, I spaced out. What is it?"

     "I got paired with Logan!!"

     "That's wonderful, Pat!"

"I just hope I don't mess anything up..." He stood up.

"Pshh, you'll be fine. Just be yourself." I said, pushing him in Logan's direction.

"Virgil and Roman." I heard the teacher announce.

Hold on... Virgil and Roman... Didn't the teacher say that the tutor's name would be called first? Something's not right. I stood up with my bag and looked for my emo prince. I saw him give me a two finger wave from a lonely table on the other side of the cafeteria. I suspiciously walked on over.

     "Hey, Virgil right?"

"Just Virge if you don't mind."

"Oh okay. Virge, I thought the tutor's name was supposed to come first, right?"

"Yeah, that's why you're here, right?"

"No, it definitely is not! My mother made me sign up to help others! Not to play the part of the dumb one!"

"What's your grade in theater?" He looked at me with a dead expression.

"It's uh- None of your business that's what!" I crossed my arms in defense.

"Well, you have to have at least a B to tutor. The sign up sheet specifically said that if you signed up to tutor but you have a B- or less, you'll be assumed to have signed the wrong sheet, and you will then have signed up to be tutored."

     "I-I.. Well I don't have a B-! I just have a B! My grades are perfectly fine!"

"Sure, Princey." He smirked at me. God, I love that smirk. "Did you bring your report card with you?"

"Of course I did." I said, handing over the crumpled piece of paper from inside my pocket.

He rolled his eyes, muttering something about "the best actor in school doesn't even keep his papers in order," as he flattened out the paper to the best of his ability.

"Yep. You have an 81.2 in Theater II. That's a B-." He slid the paper over to me, looking completely satisfied with himself.

I stared at the paper in disbelief.

"Well fine then! If you're so smart then tell me what to do!"

     "Your written assignments."

     "M-my what?"

     "Your. Written. Assignments."

I didn't know what to say, so I just sat there like a confused idiot. I guess I was a confused idiot, so it was pretty easy.

Virgil sighed. "Roman, you're the best actor in the school, everyone knows this. You're just too passionate about acting. You only focus on the fun part. You got so caught up in the acting part that you've forgotten that we get a written assignment every week."

"Wait, what are the assignments about?"

"It changes every week. They're usually about researching the original actors that performed the play for the nine weeks." (Idk how many other schools do this, but at mine, the time segments are like... there's four nine weeks in a school year, two nine weeks in a semester, and two semesters in a school year. if that makes any sense??)

"Oh, THOSE written assignments." I chuckled nervously.

He smacked me with a three page packet of papers. "Yes, THOSE written assignments. Don't worry, they don't count that much in the grades. Just start working on them and you can be one of the 'smart guys.'" He smirked.

"You know, I don't think I wanna be a smart guy. As long as I'm 'stupid' I get to spend time with you~." I winked at my chemically imbalanced romance.

I noticed a hint of a blush on his face. "Will you shut up and get your work done, you stupid prince?"

"Anything for you, Virgy." I smiled at him, mocking innocence.

He rolled his eyes once more and grabbed some of his papers from his bag to start working on.

TIME SKIP brought to you by my koffee kitty.... if ur on my snap u know lmao

Uhhh nobody's POV? idk im bad at POV's.. XD sorry

Virgil had just finished his final assignment, math, and put it back in his math folder. He glanced over to the digital clock on the wall. 3:54. Tutoring ended at 4. Virgil grabbed Roman's theater homework, despite his protests. He tore off a tiny corner of the paper. "What the hell was that for?!"

"Chill, Princey. I'm just too lazy to get another sheet of paper." He said as he wrote something down. Roman tried to look over his shoulder, but Virgil noticed and shoved back his assignment in his face. "I'll give it to you in a minute, hang on."

Roman rolled his eyes and sighed. They heard the teacher announce that the school was closing and that the students would have to find other places and times to meet, and it was their responsibilities to get their grades up, not the teachers'.

"Here, dummy." Virgil said, handing Roman the corner of the paper, now with his phone number on it.

Virgil must've noticed that Roman's face was red, because he quickly started defending himself. "It's not for a date or anything, jeez. It's just to set up our next tutoring time thingy."

"O-oh, right. I guess I'll see you next Monday? My house?

"Sounds good to me. Shoot me a text if you need me."

"I will." Roman smiled. "I have to go meet a friend. He's probably freaking out right now." He laughed. "He got paired with his crush."

Virgil smiled. "This friend wouldn't happen to be Patton, would it?"

"Yeah, it is, how'd you know?"

"Well he's hugging Logan right now. Also I noticed you two hang out a lot."

"HE'S HUGGING- OH MY GOSH I CAN'T CONTAIN MY EXCITEMENT!! DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW MUCH OF A JUMP THIS IS FOR PATTON?! HE'S BEEN PINING OVER LOGAN FOR SO LONG!"

"Really? That's funny, because Logan's talked about Patton a couple times too. Doesn't seem like much, but if you know Logan like I do, you know he doesn't talk about other people unless they're really important to him."

"Awwwww! They're gonna be so cute together!!"

Wouldn't it be great if we could be that easy?  Virgil thought to himself. "Yeah, they are."

"Anyway, I've gotta go check on Patton now. See ya!" Roman said, grabbing his back and heading off.

     Virgil's POV

I walked over to Logan. "What's up with your face, smart guy?" I know full well what's up with his face. He's all flustered because he has Patton's number now. I'm happy for him.

"Do you think he's gay?" I knew he was in love but he's never been this  straight- I mean... gayforward about it! Awww. I had to keep on acting like I didn't know anything.

"WOAH! You and Patton?! You know now that I think about it, you two would be really cute together." I smiled at him.

"Yeah..." Logan said dreamily as he wandered out of the cafeteria.

I'm kind of confused... He's never been like this before. It has to mean Patton's the one for him. It just has to...

     Roman's POV

"Hey, Pat! I see you've made a move!"

"W-what?! N-no, I just gave him my number so we can meet up next Monday! I know I like him, but that's not what the phone number is for..."

"Okayyyyyy, whatever you say, Patton." I smiled at him. I still wish I could have my true love that easily.
