Virgil's POV

After Roman attended the wound we just sat in the sand and talked as if we knew each other our whole lives.

He looked up and realised the water around us was a lot darker then it was before "If you need a place to stay, you can come with my to palace. We have everything you need to help that cut properly"

Roman's POV

We started moving 5 minutes later, the water around us was around us was nearly pitch black We're definitely gonna get lost
Was what I thought before a blinding light shined beside me caught my attention. I looked and saw the most beautiful thing.

The purple patterns on Virgil's tail, the purple in his hair and his eyes were glowing a light mauve colour. I grabbed him by the shoulders to move myself directly in front of him. He looked down to realise what was happened which set his face ablaze.

He couldn't hide behind his hands so he brought himself close to me and hide his face on my shoulder
"Completely forgot this happened" I, still in shock to the close contact I had with him, brought my hands down to his waist and wrapped my arms around him for support.

"How does one forget something as amazing as this?" I questioned with a chuckle
"It only happens in the dark, I'm never out this late" His voice was quiet and muffled
"Well it helps us see what's ahead of his and where we are going"
