Did He Just Call You Logan? (Logic x Morality)

Requested. Also an AU (I may have changed it too much, forgive me)

Patton had first met him at a party through his friend Roman. He was showing him around to a few other people he knew, and one of the people that he had been introduced to was Logan. Almost immediately after seeing Logan Patton had found him very attractive, and he really did try to remember his name. Unfortunately he was horrible with names, but that didn't seem to matter considering he would probably never meet him again.

Some day, much later on, Patton had been at a store that Logan happened to be working at. He didn't notice him until he was trying to check out, looking up and gasping as he recognized his face. "Hey! I know you."

"Oh. Yes, I believe we met through Roman. You are Patton, correct?" He asked, and Patton nodded. He felt his cheeks heat up, feeling bad knowing that Logan had been able to remember his name but he had forgotten the others.

"Yeah, that's me!" He smiled, panicking. He was relieved when he realized the other was wearing a name tag. It was a little smudged, but he could make out most of it. He couldn't see the first letter, but it sort of resembled an 'M'. Morgan? Proud of himself for figuring it out, Patton grinned. "And you're Morgan!"

"Uh... yes." Logan offered a small smile. Patton had seemed to excited, and he couldn't bring himself to correct him. "It is nice to see you again."

"Nice to see you too!" He said, and the two had a small conversation while Logan scanned his items, and soon Patton had to go.

The third time Patton met him had been while he was walking around at a park. Logan was there with another friend of his, someone Patton was pretty sure was called Virgil. He had met him at the party as well, and the only reason he remembered his name well was because Roman was always talking about him. Not that Patton minded.

"Hey, Morgan!" He greeted, smiling at the two. "Hi to you too, Virgil. How are you two doing?"

"Did you just call him Mor-" Virgil started, cut off by Logan, who elbowed him in the side.

"We are doing well, thank you Patton." He smiled, ignoring the glare from Virgil who was holding his side. "Would you like to accompany us? We were simply walking around and talking."

"Oh. Well, I would love to, but..." He trailed off, glancing at Virgil. "Are you alright with that?"

Virgil shrugged. "I don't care. We weren't talking about anything super interesting, though. Sorry if we're boring."

"I'm sure you're not boring at all," Patton smiled, telling them he would love to talk with them. The three ended up having a great time hanging out, and Patton even got Virgil to laugh. Logan told him that that was very surprising, as hearing Virgil laugh was very rare.

When it was time to say goodbye all both of them exchanged numbers with Patton, all wanting to be able to talk again. Patton left the two of them first, leaving Logan and Virgil alone for a while.

"So... why does he call you Morgan? And why didn't you correct him at all?" Virgil questioned immediately, and Logan looked away with a sigh as his cheeks burned.

"Well... we met through Roman once, and he forgot my name the next time we met." He explained, hoping to leave it at that. Virgil frowned at him, crossing his arms.

"That still doesn't explain why you don't correct him." He said, and Logan sighed again.

"It is just... he seemed very proud of himself for remembering, and he looked... very nice, when he was smiling like that. I couldn't have corrected him." He muttered, frowning as he realized how silly it sounded. He turned an even darker shade of red as Virgil laughed at him.

"Dude... You can't let him call you by the wrong name forever. He's gonna find out at some point." He told him, and Logan nodded.

"I know, I know."

More time passed and the two of them spoke to each other more and more. Logan knew at some point he had to bring it up, but it was incredibly difficult. He didn't want to embarrass Patton, or make him feel bad. He definitely knew when Patton asked him out that he had to figure out someway to tell him. So, Logan decided that while they were out on their date he would finally mention it.

Of course, as he was preparing to tell Patton he thought of plenty of other ways to solve his problem. What if he just legally changed his name? What if he asked all of his friends to call him Morgan instead, just so he never had to say anything to Patton? He wouldn't mind being called that for the rest of his life. The name always reminded him of Patton now, the man who always made him smile.

Logan knew he couldn't do that, though. It would be ridiculous, and it wasn't that big of a deal to tell him. He should have done it way sooner, but it was too late to go back in time and change that so he knew he had to fix it now.

As he was walking with Patton-the two decided to walk around the park, just like the first time they properly hung out together-he felt a hand reach over to grasp his own. He looked up, seeing Patton smiling over at him, and smiled back. There were blushes on each of their faces, and they both quickly looked back ahead of them to avoid meeting eyes. Logan drew in a deep breath, finally coming to a stop next to a park bench. He asked if they could sit down, and Patton agreed, both of them sitting in silent for a moment.

"Uh... Patton, I have... something to talk to you about." Logan began, looking nervous. Patton was immediately worried, looking over at him and squeezing his hand comfortingly.

"Yeah?" He asked, frowning. "What's wrong, Morgan?"

"It's.. I'm not, uh..." he trailed off, unsure of how exactly to word it. He was cut off suddenly as someone shouted at the two of them.

"Oh, hey Patton, hey Logan!" Roman called, waving at the two of them. They both waved back, but Patton seemed confused.

"Did he just call you Logan?" He questioned, looking over at Logan who looked shocked.

"Well... yes. That is what I was trying to tell you, Patton. That is my name." He said finally, letting out a relieved sigh as he finally told him. "My name is not Morgan."

"I..." Patton paused, confused frown still on his lips. Then after a moment he grinned, and began to laugh. It lasted for a while, and at some point Logan joined in too. This entire situation felt very ridiculous. "Your name this entire time... why didn't you correct me? I've been calling you that forever!"

"I know," Logan chuckled, sighing and still blushing a dark red. He slowly explained why he didn't tell him, with each word growing more and more red. Patton shook his head, smiling and leaning over to kiss his cheek.

"Logan... this is honestly the funniest thing that has ever happened to me. You're so adorable, oh my goodness..." he giggled, wiping tears from his eyes. "I'm glad I finally found out, though. Logan is much cuter than Morgan."

"Thank you," Logan smiled, feeling as though it would be impossible for his cheeks to turn any darker red. "I'm glad I was finally able to tell you... this entire time, I've never known what to say. This really was a ridiculous situation."

"It's really adorable that you didn't correct me because you thought I was cute, though." Patton mentioned, and it seemed Logan was proved wrong as his face lit up more. Patton sighed, giggling again as he leaned over to rest his head on Logan's shoulder. "I'm really glad roman introduced us forever ago. You're really sweet, Logan."

"I am glad as well." Logan smiled, wrapping an arm hesitantly around Patton to pull him closer to his side. He felt happy, sitting there with Patton, and even though Roman and Virgil made sure to make fun of him every day for the rest of his life by calling him Morgan, he didn't care. He had Patton, and that was all that mattered.

Thanks to both of them for the prompt!! I liked it, hope you do as well. I know I changed it a lot, but I hope it's still good. For everyone else who's left requests (I believe I currently have 3) I will try to get them done soon, just maybe not all tonight. Also honestly, this sounds like something I'd do. Not correcting someone who gets my name wrong for months bc I'm too awkward lmao

Remember that account I mentioned a while back that was a Sanders Sides account I didn't tell you all the name of? Well I changed my mind bc it's boring on that account so pls go follow me and ask questions on my book: -Logic-TS- (keep in mind I'm not always logged into that account so I'll be awful at responding) (also I think in my description on there it says a different name for me but ignore that that was only cause I didn't want people to know who it was. I'll change it next time I get on the account lol)

ALSO MORE IMPORTANTLY IF YOU LIKE SUPERNATURAL YOU SHOULD GO FOLLOW MY FRIENDS ACCOUNT PLEASE, THEYRE AWESOME The-Angel-Castiel AND WHY JUST FOLLOW THAT ONE? GO FOLLOW THEIR MAIN ACCOUNT TOO. READ THEIR BOOKS, COMMENT, THEY DESERVE WAY MORE FOLLOWERS THAN THEY CURRENTLY HAVE Winchester_At_Heart
