Yeah, no really! Think about it! Thomas used to learn all kinds of new and helpful things from puppets when he was younger! Like how to count and his ABCs.
Maybe, it'll be easier to work through issues when puppets are involved!

    Roman stared at the piece of paper in his hand, as if wishing for it to magically do something. Sighing, he contemplated, "What do you do, with a BA in English? What is my life going to be?"

    Looking up into the sky, he could already feel the pressure of responsibility crushing down on him. "Four years in college, and plenty of knowledge, has earned me this useless degree."

    " Ah... What am I going to do? I can't pay the bills yet, cuz I have no skills yet. The world is a big scary place!"
Shaking his head, he convinced himself otherwise and stood up.
   
    "Somehow I can't shake, the feeling I might make, a difference to the human race!"

Meanwhile, over at Avenue Q...

    " Morning Thomas!" Patton greeted cheerfully, adjusting the cardigan tied around his shoulders as he greeted his neighbour.
 
    "Hi Patton!" Thomas exclaimed

    "How's life?"

    " Disappointing " Thomas replied, sighing. Seeing the questioning look on Patton's face, he continued, " Vine laid me off."

    "Oh, I'm sorry." Came the response from the bubbly man.

    "Me too! I mean look at me, ten years out of college and I always thought..." Thomas' voice trailed off.

    "What?"

    " Well... When I was little, I thought I would be"

    " What?"

    " A big comedian on late night TV." He sighed, "But now I'm 32, and as you can see, I'm not."  Patton shook his head sympathetically.

    "Oh well, it sucks to be me."  Thomas declared. " No..." Patton protested weakly.

    Thomas elaborated, " It sucks to be broke, unemployed and turning 33. It sucks to be me."

    Patton chuckled. "You think your life sucks? Your problems aren't so bad. "

    Gesturing towards himself, he started to explain, "I'm kinda pretty, and pretty damn smart."  Thomas nodded eagerly.

    " Thanks. I like romantic things like music and art. And as you know I have a gigantic heart ! So why... Don't I have a boyfriend. FUCK, it sucks to be me." Patton crossed his arms and huffed.

    " Me too!" Thomas cried out indignantly. "It sucks to be Thomas"
   
    "And Pat"
   
    " To not have a job!"

    "To not have a date !"

    " It sucks to be me!" They agreed.

    Just then, two men, one wearing a tie and the other in a dark purple hoodie, walked in, arguing about what seemed to be Game Theory's FNAF video. "Lo, I can't believe you won't believe it! The protagonist is OBVIOUSLY the murderer" Virgil exclaimed, arms gesturing energetically.

    " All I am stating, is that the facts don't add up. If the pro- " Logan was cut off by Thomas who asked, " Hey Logan, Virgil, who's life sucks more? Mine, or Patton?"

    The duo glanced at each other, and with a turn, they exclaimed together, " Ours!"

    Logan started, " We live together-"

    " We're close as people can get "

    "We've been the best of buddies-"

    "Ever since the day we met."

    Glaring, Logan pursed his  lips, " So he knows lots of ways to make me upset. OH everyday's a exasperation."
In response, Virgil rolled his eyes, "Come on that's an exaggeration."

    Logan started to gesture wildly, " You leave your clothes out, you put your feet on my chair!"

    " Oh yeah?" Virgil challenged, " You do such anal things like ironing your underware!" He mimicked the action.

    Logan crossed his arms, while Patton and Thomas started giggling. "You make that very small apartment we share a HELL!"

    " So do you, that's why I'm in hell too!" Virgil replied, pointing a finger towards the bespectacled man. " It sucks to be me!"  Everyone declared in unison before skipping around and  humming in glee.

    " Why are y'all so happy?" Emile Picani asked, walking out from the apartment he shared with Thomas. " Because our lives suck!" Virgil exclaimed, false happiness lacing his voice.

    "Your life sucks? I am  hearing you correctly?" Emile started , " I came to this country, for opportunity. Tried to work in Korean deli, but I am Japanese." Sighing in frustration, he crossed over towards Thomas, who started to look slightly worried.

    "But with hard work I earned 2 master degrees, in social work! And now I am therapist." Head sinking, he continued, "But I have no clients. And I have an unemployed fiance, and we have LOTS. OF. BILLS. TO. PAY."  With every word, Emile slapped  Thomas' shoulder, who looked sheepish. (Thomas, not the shoulder)

    " It suck to be me. It suck to be me. I say it suckasuckasuckasuckasuckasuckasuckasuckasuckasuckasuckasuckasuck! It sucks to be me."

    Just then, a man in a red sweater with a crown on it sauntered over and asked,"Uh excuse me
Sorry to bother you, but I'm looking for a place to live."

    "Why you looking all the way out here?" Emile tilted his head curiously.

    "Well, I started in Avenue A", he explained,"But so far everything's out of my price range. But this neighborhood looks a lot cheaper. Oh and look! A "For Rent" sign!"

    Thomas decided to answer the princely man(hah,Princeton, prince), "You need to talk to the superintendent
Let me get him for you. YO REMY!"

    "I'm coming I'm coming" the voice returned and a man wearing sunglasses while sipping a large cup of Starbucks stepped out.

    Roman gasped, " OMG ITS REMY SLEEP."

    Winking, Remy replied," You betcha. I'm Remy Sleep, from Thomas Sanders Shorts. I made a lot of money that got stolen from my folks. FUCK YOU DECEIT. Ahem, sorry. So now I'm broke, and I'm the but of everyone's jokes. But I'm here, the superintendent, of Avenue Q. "

    " It sucks to be you!" Everyone agreed.

    Patton declared cheerfully,"You win!"

    "I feel better now!" Thomas declared.

    It sucks to be you! On Avenue Q! Sucks to be me!On Avenue Q! Sucks to be you!On Avenue Q! Sucks to be us! But not when we're together! We're together here on Avenue Q! We live on Avenue Q! Our friends do too! Till our dreams come true! We live on Avenue Q!
