Tw: doubt, crying, worry, ignoring someone

Ignored (Logicality)

"Loooooogan," Patton called out. He went to his boyfriend's room and leaned on him, kissing his cheek. "Whatcha dooooooin?"

Logan hummed. "Working," he mumbled. "Please, I need to concentrate. Can I have some alone time?" he asked, not looking up from his laptop. This had not been an uncommon occurrence lately, and Patton frowned some.

"Ok," he said, walking out. Patton bit his lip. He decided to make Logan some cookies, so that's what he went and did. He and Logan had the place to themselves, since the others were all camping in the imagination. But boy, it sure did get lonely. The others had been gone a week already, and were planning to be gone for another two weeks.

Patton finished up the cookies and took them to Logan. It had been a couple hours, so he hoped maybe he was taking a break. Nope. Logan was still at work. Patton sighed and smiled, offering a cookie.

"Patton, please," Logan sighed. "Not now. I have way too many things to do." He did look up this time, seeing the defeated look on his lover's face. Logan frowned. "Hey. What's wrong?" He got up and went over.

The other simply put on a smile. "Oh, uh, nothing," Patton giggled. "I guess I just miss the others really....it's kinda lonely all by myself all day..."

Logan frowned. "You're not all by yourself," he said. "I'm here with you." He had been there, but Patton's face made him rethink that. "Oh I'm sorry," he whispered, face palming. "The others are gone, I've locked myself in my room." Logan sighed. "How about dinner together tonight, ok?"

Patton smiled genuinely and nodded. He kissed Logan and went to make dinner, leaving the cookies in the other's room. He made a pot roast for dinner as he danced around the kitchen, making mashed potatoes and corn to go with.

Dinner rolled around and Patton sat the table for two. He waited for about ten minutes before going to get Logan himself. However, what he found, was his boyfriend asleep at his desk. He simply sighed and put a blanket on him. Logan needed his sleep. He'd get him to eat later. He went back to eat, then curled up on the couch and started a movie by himself. His mind wandered as he listened.

Was Logan disappointed in him? Had he done something wrong? Patton hadn't thought he had done anything, but why else would Logan ignore him? Especially after promising he'd be there for dinner. He always promised he'd be there later...he never was...

Logan woke up the next morning and groaned. He checked the time and got worried. It was morning, he'd missed dinner with Patton. He got up and ran out, trying to find his boyfriend. He finally found him on the couch, asleep with tear streaks down his cheeks. Logan sighed and gently woke him. "Patton...?"

Patton woke up, seeing him. He sat up and rubbed his eyes. "O-Oh, hey," he mumbled, sniffling. "Logie I'm so so sorry if I-I did something to make you not like me anymore..."

The other hugged him close. "No," he whispered. "No, this is my fault. I love you so much, I'm so sorry that I keep working." Logan sighed softly as he felt Patton hug back.

"I loved you too," Patton whispered, getting in his lap. They stayed like that for a while, just cuddling and enjoying one another's presence.
