Logan sat at his desk. He was reading one of his favorite books, Beautiful Blue World. It was a book about war and separation. He had always loved literature. He loved the way words could form together to make wonderful literary art. He loved poems and novels and all things related to such. He read the beautifully crafted sentences and smiled. He loved reading what he could only describe as ancient architecture.

He thought of this because of the way his best friend, Roman Kingsley, would always talk about castles and cathedrals and large gorgeous buildings. They had this style to them that made them beautiful and Logan always felt that sort of feeling towards writing and literature. He felt entranced by the details and the structures. He reread the page and smiled lightly.

He reread the page again. It was always fascinating to him how he could read the same string of words and sentences and make different messages and themes and emotions out of them. There was always so much more to explore in those pages.

He heard a loud noise from outside his window and looked up to see his neighbor opening his window.

He and his neighbor had windows that faced each other. They lived right next to each other and they barely had any room between their houses.

"Good afternoon, Patton. What brings you to this side of The Way?" Logan asked. Patton and Logan had made up a thing when they were younger that was "The Way." They always called the other "the Neighbor from across The Way" and people were always confused, until they saw how their houses were lined up.

Logan and Patton's houses were very close together. As in they could hand each other things from their own windows. Sure it was a safety hazard, but it was a cool feature.

"I need help! I can't find where I put my heart! I think you have it?" Patton said with a faux concerned face. Logan looked at him with a bored look that morphed into an unimpressed look.

"Are you coming over?" Logan asked and closed his book.

"At this time of night? Logan that's preposterous!" Patton said and feigned shock as he motioned to the almost dark sky. Then he smiled, "of course I am."

Patton climbed onto the tree right outside his window and used it to get over to Logan's window. When he got to the window sill, Logan helped him inside and then kissed him lightly. When they pulled back Patton decided to tease him a little.

"Looks like someone missed me." Patton said with a smirk.

"No, what gave you that idea." Logan said and teased back.

Patton pouted for a second and the taller teenager looked down at him slightly (as Patton wasn't too much shorter than him) and kissed his nose.

"Okay maybe a little..." Logan said and then picked Patton up by the waist, spinning him around until he was giggling. They eventually stopped and Logan set Patton down in front of him, still holding him in his arms. Patton wrapped his arms around Logan's neck and leaned in slightly.

"I love you, LoLo."

"I love you too, honeybee."

That was just a whole bunch of fluff, but that's what a lot of you like sooooo

Also I have so many ideas for logicality so I'm probably going to go on a logicality spree.

Also also, the book I mentioned is an actual book and it's really good. It's my favorite book and I love it so much. The page I was thinking of was page 150 in chapter 25.

Anyways! Have a great day/night, lovelies!
