"And then, and then my parents just kicked out Remus as well, and now I'm not sure what to do because Remus is my brother, but he can also be too much at times. And I just... I can't come out to my parents now, but I've gotta pretend to hate Remus because he's gay even though I'm gay myself and I just don't know what I'm gonna do." Logan offered the bottle of beer, already half empty. Roman took it and took another long drink of it, before setting it between them once more.

Logan looked away from Roman. "So... homophobic parents, you and your twin brother are gay, you've gotta pretend to be straight and hate him?" Roman hummed in confirmation. "That's rough."

Roman snorted and shifted to his side, watching Logan. "Well what about you, specs? I didn't consider you the type for sneaking out to go sit on abandoned rooftops and look at the stars. What sort of dilemma has brought you here?"

Logan tucked his arms under his head, keeping his eyes on the stars above. "Mom's working me to death pretty much, for both school work and house work. I needed an escape."

Roman nodded. "So do you come here often?"

Logan shrugged, reaching for the now almost empty bottle, and he finished it off. "Not as much as you do, I hope."

"True."

Silence covered them like a blanket, and it was a comfortable one. They watched the stars, barely noticing when they moved closer together. The bottle of alcohol was pushed to the side and they brushed the other's shoulder lightly, watching as the stars would begin to fade as morning soon came.

Logan was the first to get up, and he offered Roman a hand. "Well, Roman... it was great meeting you. Hope we can meet again under better circumstances?"

Roman laughed lightly and allowed himself to be pulled to his feet. "Oh, definitely."

And then they went their separate ways, small smiles on their faces.
