They sat cuddling on the couch, one of Remus's arms looped around Logan's waist and the other holding Logan's hand tightly. Logan leaned into Remus's chest, talking in a low voice about any and all subjects. The stars, the moon, crofters, the other planets, the ocean and its wildest creatures. He was currently talking about sharks, to Remus's delight.

Remus turned his head slightly, placing a light kiss to Logan's neck, smiling brightly when he saw Logan's cheeks burn red in the dim living room light. Logan's words failed him for a moment before he took a deep breath and continued, leaning further into Remus's embrace.

He took a deep breath before continuing. "Did you know that whale sharks and nurse sharks are technically relatives? They're both part of the order Orectolobiformes, living in mostly tropical and temperate oceans."

"Really now? That tiny shark is related to the massive one?" Remus asked. "It's like you and Patton!"

Logan laughed. "How are we the same as a whale shark and a nurse shark?"

"Because! Patty's really really tall, like Virgil tall, and you're really small, being a tad bit taller than Double Dee!" He exclaimed, nuzzling the back of Logan's neck.

Logan huffed, pouting playfully. "I'm not that short."

"Yes you are, my lovely nerd~!" Remus sung, pressing feather-light kisses to Logan's neck.

Logan broke, giggling as he turned in Remus's arms. Remus was beaming at him, and Logan leaned forward. The more creative of the two closed his eyes, expecting a kiss to the lips. His eyes sprung open when Logan placed a kiss to the tip of his nose, making his face scrunch up and turn a bright red.

"Logie!" Remus whined, but immediately burst into giggles as Logan pressed another kiss to his face, then another, and another.

Finally, after what seemed an eternity to Remus, Logan claimed his lips, cradling Remus's face in his hands and running his thumbs over Remus's cheekbones lovingly. Remus hummed in satisfaction, tugging Logan closer and holding him tightly.

"I love you, so much Remus." Logan whispered. Remus's eyes seemed so bright as he stared at Logan with nothing but adoration and pure joy.

"I love you too, Logan. More than anything." Remus pressed another kiss to Logan's lips, before burying his face into Logan's neck.

They stayed in comfortable silence for awhile, before finally Remus broke it with a mumbled question.

"What are your feelings on marriage, Logan?"
