Other Friends - Moduke -
Warnings : Blood and Injuries, Vomit, Character Death, Unsympathetic and Abusive Patton, Sympathetic Remus, Non-con kiss, Thoughts of suicide
I really shouldn't be left with creative freedom over both the pairing and what happens to the characters when it comes to prompts....
----------------------------------------------------
Remus' sob was muffled by the rag that had been stuffed into his mouth, his hands chained to the wall above and ankles to the floor. The cracking of a bone and a thud as she was kicked again in the ribcage. Remus was furious, desperate. Why had he not listened?
Hope coughed blood onto the cave floor, gasping for air. Patton moved closer and closer, summoning her own staff into his hand and her stomach twisted more. She felt she might get sick. Scratch that- she would.
He stabbed the end into her thigh and she finally lost her dinner, heaving and Patton made a look of disgust as blood and bile mixed together with tears. Remus was screaming into his gag, thrashing against his chains and ignoring how they dug deep into his skin.
"Pmfhfn! Pefhgj!" Tears continued to streak down Remus' cheeks, red from tears and the powerful backhands from Patton. Patton raised a brow at the creative side, then looked back down at the dragon witch who seemed to be trembling and on death's door.
"In a moment, Remus darling~" Patton hummed. Remus sobbed louder as Patton raised the staff again, already coated in blood at the pointed tip. He aimed precisely and Hope's head hit the floor with a cracking sound. She stared blankly at Remus, her mouth open in a scream that never came.
Remus stilled quickly when Patton grabbed his arm and removed the gag. Remus gasped, still staring st his friend. He was pulled into Patton's arms in what was meant to be seen as a comforting embrace. Patton forced Remus' head into his shoulder and pressed a kiss to Remus' temple.
Remus continued to weep, and he couldn't stop himself from curling into Patton's arms. Patton ran a blood soaked hand through Remus' hair, the crimson substance acting almost as a gel and slicking his hair into place.
"Now, are you going to listen?" Patton whispered. Remus whined softly, nodding his head slightly. Patton grinned, pulling Remus roughly by his hair.
Remus blinked at him, tears still pooling from his eyes as Patton leaned in. "Good boy," Patton whispered before pressing their lips together. He slipped his tongue into Remus' mouth and Remus felt he too might get sick.
He panted as Patton pulled away. "Will you clean all up love, just so Roman won't accidentally stumble upon it? I'll be sure to cuddle you later and help you with those nasty cuts~" Patton hummed, trailing his fingers around the chains before pressing his nail into one of the slashes along his wrist.
Remus whimpered, but still nodded. He didn't want more pain. He didn't want it. He wanted to just leave.
Whatever that might mean.
The chains disappeared and Patton left the Imagination. Why did Roman give Patton some control over his part of the Imagination? Why? Why? Why?
Remus rubbed his hands lightly, staring down at the glistening red that smeared across his skin. He didn't need to look in a mirror to know that he was paler than usual. His hands trembled and he wobbled as he got to his feet. He cried out a chuckle, bringing a bloodied hand to his mouth to muffle it as he collapsed back to the ground near his friend, the only person besides Deceit he really cared about.
He couldn't leave Deceit.
God, he'd kill himself all over again if he did. He didn't want to put Deceit through that kind of pain.
And then Patton.
Patton would hurt him. Patton would do what he did to Remus, but to Deceit. Remus refused to let that happen.
He took a deep breath, the air tasted disgusting, and he shoved himself to his feet. Remus couldn't watch as he waved his hand lightly and Hope's corpse faded into nothing along with the blood and bile in the cave.
He sunk out, leaving only his blood on the cave floor. An unnoticeable drop of crimson.
