Love is... The warm feeling you get in your heart when your boyfriend snuggles closer, eyes still softly shut and sun barely up. It's the smell of hot chocolate racing through the house, capturing everyone in its alluring scent. Love is holding your hand, and running your fingers gently over my knuckles.

Love is... When you calm me after a rough day. Love is being there for the one you care for most, being there for your partner. Love is supporting one another no matter what happens.

Love is... Getting into fights over petty things, and being able to laugh it off an hour later. Love is being able to talk openly with one another in the dead of night, words probably forgotten by morning. Love is waking up beside you and pulling you closer.

Love is... Knowing I have someone who will always be there.

Love is... Talking, joking, drawing, writing. Love is playing in the ocean or freshly fallen snow. It's laying down under the covers and humming a soft tune.

Love is what I feel for you.

"I um... I know it's not very good." Logan mumbled, fiddling with his tie. He kept his eyes trained on the floor, face burning. "But. But I hope it is... Adequate enough."

Deceit blinked, looking back over the paper, so intricately and carefully folded. Pristine handwriting looked back up at him, the words still exactly the same. No changes of a dream. His own cheeks felt hot.

"Are you flirting with me now?"

Logan could feel the embarrassment creeping up his neck as he hugged himself. "I- well, if you um, take it as flirting, then... Yes."

Deceit swallowed. "You really love me?"

Logan nodded slowly. "I understand if- Deceit!"

Logan's words were smothered as a snake-like side barreled into him, clinging to Logan with all six arms. He seemed to be laughing - maybe crying - and he had his face buried in his neck. And then Logan joined in on his giggles, a stupid grin appearing ob his face.

"I love you too, you gorgeous nerd."

Logan hugged Deceit just a smidge tighter, kissing his temple.
