Logan worked at his computer, sitting on the couch with his boyfriend. He was working on lesson plans and setting up an assignment for his science class, more of an end-of-the-year-yall-survived assignment. Something easy for them to do while still getting a grade.

His wonderful, yet annoyingly persistent, boyfriend watched with boredom as Logan worked. Damien dropped his head onto Logan's shoulder, sighing dramatically.

"What is it, Love?" Logan asked, arm instinctively wrapping around Damien's shoulders.

"I need attention..." he pouted. "Work on that later!"

Logan laughed quietly. "Love, it's important. The kids are stressed and I want something easy for 'em to do-"

"This is what I get for falling in love with a teacher, isn't it. I should be known! Your job is far too important to pass up time with your soulmate!" Damien exclaimed, and Logan moved his computer out if the way as the other draped across his legs.

Damien put a hand over his forehead, tilting his head slightly.

With another chuckle, Logan leaned down and planted a kiss on Damien's scarred cheek, rough skin where he had been burned long ago. "Alright, you have my attention. Now what do you want to do?"

Damien frowned, looking up at Logan. "Honestly, didn't think I'd get this far..."

"How about I order a pizza, and we have a picnic in the fields today?"

"Starlight, it's night." Damien commented, rolling his eyes.

"Then we shall stargaze and eat pizza!" Logan cheered. "Sound good?"

Damien grinned, sitting up and burying his face in Logan's chest. Logan smiled fondly, running his fingers through Damien's hair.

He reached for his phone, and dialed the pizza place's number.
